    We thought Harris Comfort was very professional. The first technician that walked through our door explained what the problem was (Our very old heating unit was on its last leg!) and then referred us to the sales rep was very good.The sales rep that arrived the next day took his time to explain what services and equipment we would need in our home.There was only one day of turn around time and the quick service from the installers and how well they put in our new heating and AC system was wonderful. They were very adept at what they did and also cleaned up after themselves.I am very pleased with Harris Comfort and I would recommend them highly! As I mentioned before, Very Professional!!

    A wonderful, experienced team to work with - we are so happy we found Harris. We received estimates for our HVAC project from other local providers that quoted $7K+ more than Harris. Besides providing great value, they were super responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and showed up to the job on time. They cleaned up so well and were so fast that we couldn’t believe they were already done. Unprompted, they delivered chocolates to our home as a thank you for our business. We will now only work with Harris for our hvac maintenance!

    Harris Comfort sold me a whole house generator and installed it. I thought the price was fair and they were all very nice, easy to speak with and knowledgeable. The installation team was not only really good at their work but very respectful of our home. They even cleaned the floor in my basement where they tracked in a little dirt. I had an issue with my gas company (Amerigas - stay away!). Harris really went out of their way to work around this issue which I appreciated.

    Harris Comfort installed a whole house generator for my home. I cant praise this company enough. From Tom in sales to Tim and Parker for the insulation and the helpful office staff all operated like clock work. They handled everything including the propane system and the building permit. My wife and I didnt have to do a thing! Generac is lucky to have the support of a company like Harris Comfort.

    Weve used Harris twice now and soon to be a third. They installed a whole house generator, replaced our AC, and will be replacing our hot water heater next month. Dealing with them has been quick, easy, and very professional.

    Everything about this company is organized , they come out and get the work done, everything is neatly invoiced and written up the way it should be, professional outfitIf you have a Generac , trust me, you dont want anyone other than these guys, they know what they are doing , other companies want to charge fees just to come out, if you need maintenance these guys just get it done right for you

    We could not be happier. The entire process of installing a whole home Generator was easy. The salesman, Tom C., was right on time for our appointment. Everything happened exactly as promised and except for scheduling a utility upgrade and code inspection was handled by Harris Comfort.I would absolutely recommend Harris Comfort to a friend or neighbor to install a Generac whole home backup generator.

    I used Harris to service a Generac 22 KW generator. I had never owned or operated one before moving in to this home. The technician from Harris was very professional and was very kind about explaining how the generator worked and what kinds of basic maintenance I could do on my own to extend the life of my unit. I would absolutely have them service my generator again and will keep their number handy if/when I run into HVAC problems.

    I had a Home generator installed in the past month. The process was fantastic. From my initial call to the in home assessment and estimate to the installation and follow up. Everything was explained to me in detail. All of my questions were answered. Im very happy with the service I received and would recommend Harris comfort highly.

    Im blown away. This young field tech. Jon D. was incredible. We have been living in this house for years and each year we have an inspection and this was, by far, the most complete and helpful. Jon pointed out things that no one has EVER mentioned and Im not talking about repairs that Harris covers, Im saying little bits of advice that will help us maintain our heating system in good repair for decades. This just shows that Jon and Harris care about the customer not just for the season but permanently. The HVAC business can be a little shady but Im hooked on Harris. Thanks to Jon D. I have all the confidence in the world that they will take care of us. Thanks Jon and thanks Harris.

    Harris installed a Trane Central Air system in my home in late June. The technicians were excellent in knowledge and work ethic. They were extremely careful about keeping everything clean in the areas they were working and cleaned any debris that was dropped. Their knowledge of the Trane system was tremendous. I would recommend Harris to anyone who needs their services.

    This was a first rate process from start to finish! The sales rep Tom C spent the better part of a morning explaining in great detail the entire process to us including the site location for the unit as well as the circuits transferred to the unit in the event of a power failure, the monitoring features that accompanied the Generac as well as the LP tanks and financing options that could be available to us. Another advantage to using Harris Comfort is that as an LP supplier everything necessary for installation and maintenance of a Generac are under one roof.Tom’s quote for the system that we ultimately selected arrived promptly the following day and was competitive with other quotes that we obtained. We found Tom to be very knowledgeable and patient as he answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns.Our installation team for the Generac unit and the LP tanks was Mike H., Tim D., and Chris H. They arrived promptly on the install day and immediately went to work despite the some-what inclement weather. We were very pleased that there was a minimal disruption to us throughout the entire project which took the better part of the day. Once the unit was operational they guys explained the maintenance schedule as well as the brief weekly start-up to check on the unit.All-in-all for us this was 5-star experience and we would highly recommend Harris Comfort to anyone considering a Generac system.

    My condensate drain was blocked causing water to back-up and leak onto my floor. I called Harris around 8am on Saturday morning and the tech came out about 2 hours later. Job completed and no more leaking. Reasonable price and no upcharge for a weekend call.

    I recently had a whole home generator installed from Harris. I evaluated several local Generac partners and found Harris to be easiest to work with and with the best proposal.By best, I mean the best value, as well as the most professionally prepared. You can tell how well managed they are and how detail oriented their team is from that alone. Tom did a great job collecting all of my details and requirements, he had no issues with my requests for generator placement, landscaping preservation, and transfer switch placement. I was even provided a map of exactly where everything was going!Tim, Danny, and Parker of the install team were great. All of my requests from the sales process were understood by them and everything was installed as discussed and expected. They did a great job with the wiring, which was routed and secured professionally. They also waited for the propane company to come and hook up so everything could be tested before leaving. Lastly, the Mobile Link app was activated while the install was occurring, so I could verify its operation before they left.Everything went smoothly and I couldnt be happier!I have also used Harris for Mitsubishi ductless repair and that was a pretty good experience as well. So far, I am impressed with Harris, and look forward to future business with them.

    Excellent experience from start to finish with a Generac 18kW whole house generator backup. Tom came out initially for the estimate and explained the whole process in detail. A new electrical service and back up switch was installed by Clements Electrical. Mike and Fernando installed the generator in about half a day. They tested it before leaving to make sure there were no problems. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained servicing and monitoring details. They also helped me get the Generac app installed on my phone. About 3 weeks later a switch on a transformer outside our house malfunctioned causing a power outage for 3 hours. The Generac generator worked flawlessly. Very happy I chose Harris for the generator install.

    From the initial meeting with Tom, to the last day of the install, the folks Harris Comfort were professional, and accomodating considering that we were working/schooling from home during the AC install (which was quite invasive, as our house had no existing ductwork. Heath, Fernando, and Sean were on time, professional, and always mindful of our kids school schedules, which we really appreciated. Once the install was complete, Heath walked us through how the system works, and answered all the questions we had. Our new AC has kept us cool and comfortable all summer, and we couldnt be happier! We use Harris for our Heating needs as well, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    After getting multiple proposals, we purchased a Generic 18 Kw standby electric generator from Harris Comfort. Extremely happy with the entire process - dealing with the saleswoman, coordinating the installations, getting LP delivered, and setting up a payment account.Based on their recommendation, we also decided to have them arrange to install a new main electric panel installed to make the whole system up-to-date and safer. This was done by a licensed electrician that does many electric generator installation jobs for Harris. Just a beautiful and neat job replacing 40-60 year old electric panels and wiring.The Harris Comfort installation crew finished installing a generator and a LP gas tank and underground gas and electric lines. They did a fantastic job and were very friendly and accommodated my many questions and concerns. They listened to me and were able to work around a few things to make the job better whenever possible. Here are a few: 1.) There were two underground stormwater drain hoses (4 and 6 diameter) running from our back yard that intersected with the gas line trench. I marked the area before they arrived and they dug under them so that the drain hoses were not disturbed or damaged.2.) Location of generator pad was discussed and moved back around three feet so that a lawn tractor can fit between the generator and some azalea bushes. To do that one of the men had to dig out about 10 square feet of pachysandra to allow the three foot clearance from the generator air inlet.3.) For the electric line from the generator to the house, the trench had to run under a fifty year old boxwood hedge next to the patio. I was concerned that they would be damaged so the crew decided to dig the trench up to the hedge on both sides and then dig under the boxwood roots. This worked perfectly.4.) The crew had to cut through a cement patio for the electric line trench from the generator to the house. They used a diamond blade saw to carefully cut the patio and lifted up sections without breaking them into small pieces. This allowed them to backfill the trench with dirt and gravel, compact it and them reinstall the old cement pieces back into the original placement. This saved me a lot of cement work and actually looks great since the old existing patio surface is the same with just a small saw cut line that I can grout or caulk after it settles.

    After years of hearing from HVAC contractors that we needed a new home heater, and wanted a whole house generator, we called Harris. They looked at our 30+ year old unit and told us there was nothing wrong with the old unit and it just needed a good tuneup. In my line of work, honesty goes farther than the sale, and I knew at that moment we had our new service provider. We had them fix our heater (works perfectly now), install our whole home generator on time, and provide us with very affordable home heating oil delivery. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trust worthy company that isn’t after your wallet.

    My 33yr old boiler needed replacing, called 3 heating companys to get estimates.First two showed up, then John Z. From Harris shows up.I have to say, John was real easy to talk with about boilers, no pressure , he explained the pros and cons about the 2 I was interested in and when i picked the one i wanted he went on about financing and installing boiler.John was very helpful in making my decision, even though Harris was not the cheapest of the group.Next talk with Jamie , Jamie could not have been more accommodating getting a date for the crew to install my new boiler.Crew shows up, Frank and Frank and 3 other gentlemen, long story short these guys were a bunch of good workers.Everyone knew their job and Frank and Frank were like artists with the piping, needless to say they did an excellent job.About a week later John Z.
