I called politely to ask about improvements on my home, and needed just a slate of wood. The man was very rude and said We dont do that here. I offered to pay to have it custom and he hung up on me. I have been disrespected before by this company. They dont know how to treat people or potential customers.Follow up. My wife who was also grossly mistreated was called back by Ryan one of the regional managers I believe, after contacting corporate. They kindly listened and apologized. Also took our measurements and agreed to help us. They went above and beyond so we thank you for the compassion and understanding and wish this company and all its employees a long a prosperous life.

Spahn and rose is my go to hardware/ lumber yard. I purchase all my building products from them. The folks at the desk always have time to explain what products are right for my job. If I have questions they take the time to answer in a way that I understand. And they are there if I have any issues after installation. Yes, there products might cost a little more than the big box stores. But the service far exceeds their competitors. And there may be delays. With the pandemic it seems all venders are struggling to meet demand. I have learned to be patient.

Love the great customer service at the local lumber yard. Nice quality lumber, they had everything I needed, and helpful service. Thankful for the local shopping.
