After a complete kitchen and bath renovation (with a different contractor) that took over a year to complete I was skeptical to embark on a much larger project. We decided to hire Chuck Quinn for a major addition as he came with very good references. It is rare to find someone in his profession that acts like family. He was incredibly attentive, professional, cool and calm! We were living in our house at the time, and he made sure his subs were as courteous as they could be. He was on site several times a week. He completed the job as promised. I highly recommend Chuck Quinn.

We engaged C. Quinn Construction for an extensive, 9 month renovation of our 25 year old home that included the conversion of a screened porch to a climate-controlled wine room/butlers pantry, a complete kitchen makeover, a master bath makeover, addition of hardwood and tile floors plus refinishing of existing hardwood floors, exterior and interior painting, and replacement of our 16 x 24 aging wooden deck with a Timbertech composite deck. Chuck and his team were professional, skilled, communicative, courteous and friendly throughout the entire project. They were dedicated to bringing our vision to life and to staying on schedule. We could not be more pleased with the result. We highly recommend C. Quinn Construction!!

Weve been working with C. Quinn Construction on both commercial and residential projects for over 15 years. We were first introduced to Chuck and his team when our home was struck by lighting causing a fire. Being displaced for almost a year, Chuck and his team worked expeditiously day in and day out to get us back in our home and with the highest level of craftsmanship. Since that time, we have contracted with C. Quinn on multiple projects, including a major ~8,000 sf renovation to our office space, the building of our architecturally designed dream home and many other renovations.C. Quinn Construction is a dream to work with. Transparent and professional along every step of the way and builds to the highest standards of quality. Chuck and his team take a lot of pride in their work and standby it...!

My wife and I engaged Chuck to build our waterfront home in Swansboro, NC. It was an easy choice to select Chuck and his team to build the house as he led the construction of the house we had built in 2015 a block away from our new home. We chose Chuck as he has a solid team and is honest with respect to costs, delays and unforeseen circumstances that always disrupt a build, particularly in a coastal environment. We had a very open line of communication on the build which began during the beginning of the COVID period. He kept us up-to-date on potential cost of materials increases and availability. His team finished the house in May 2021 and we absolutely love the quality of the work and attention to detail that his team provides. We recommend Chuck and his team to anyone looking to build a quality home or refurbish an existing home.Matthew Bishop
