We used Handyman and Moore to install vinyl plank flooring and replace the baseboards. I couldnt be happier with our decision to use James - he was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job on the flooring installation.The sub floor needed to be leveled and old baseboards removed before installation. The work crew was careful with moving all of the furniture and cleaning up the dust.Installation of the floors went smoothly and they look beautiful. 5 stars all around.

I just wanna start off by saying that James did a fantastic job installing luxury vinyl plank in our home. He installed approximately 1000 square-foot of Cali Alderwood plank and quarter round. I did look at his reviews prior to hiring him and decided to give him a shot. As a small business owner myself, I know you cannot 100% please everyone and sometimes reviews get written out of initial frustration. His communication skills from the beginning were top-notch. Estimate came when he said, fed ex delivered when they were supposed to and start and completion dates were on point. His work was impeccable and he knows how to measure so there isn’t a ton of waste. I would recommend him 100%.

Ok lets start with professionalism. Not only were my calls and texts returned in a prompt fashion but every interaction has been awesome. Lowes dropped the ball on installation and we have a Graduation party this weekend but Flooring and Moore picked it up in the clinch! He came out and measured everything, helped me make sure I bought the right stuff and when I screwed up on a piece of material he immediately had a fix! Every bit of this entire process has been phenomenal. I 100% recommend Floors and Moore for any flooring project you have!!

Needed a garbage disposal replaced ASAP...posted on fb and 20 min later james responded...he came out and had it all replaced within 2 hours of my fb post but my sink still wouldnt drain..so he said for no extra charge hed check if my pipes were clogged...sure enough they was...he waited for me to clean them and put it back together for me and everything works great now...def recommend him for fast, quality, reasonably priced work...i would def call him back if needed again....good guy tooo
