Thank God for honest business owners and contractors here in our community. I want to give a huge thank you to Diplomat Plumbing, Mike Leblanc the honest owner that came out after @mvp_plumbing_company gave me a bogus estimate and diagnosis of over $5,000‼️ for a simple clogged toilet. It’s disheartening for homeowners who don’t know what they don’t know to come across dishonest contractors -thankfully that did not happen to me today. Do your homework and do your research. I cant say enough about Diplomat Plumbing. Our house had a leak in the slab and time was of the essence as it was getting worse day by day. I had numerous plumbers come out to inspect the issue and leave saying I would have a quote by the end of the day or the next day. None of that happened. I called Diplomat Plumbing, Mike and Jonathan came out the next morning, inspected the issue, spoke with us about our options and said I would have a quote by noon. I had a quote within an hour. Mike assured us that he could put a team together to start the job the next morning and that is exactly what happened. Jonathan and his team were polite, friendly, courteous and jumped right in. There was never a time I felt unsure about their capabilities of getting the job done. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and made sure we were ok before they left. Mike would arrive with the team each morning to assess the prior days work, make sure we were on schedule and everything was running smooth and it was. The quote was reasonable and their prices were very fair. I have no regrets of hiring this team of professionals. The drywall repair was done by Jesus and his son, who did an amazing job, with no complaints. If I could give 10 stars to Diplomat, I would. 100% professional group of people. Highly recommend and you wont go wrong. Thanks again to Mike and his team for a job well done.

I called Diplomat Plumbing and they responded within minutes. In addition, they sent technicians to my home who responded within one hour. They diagnose the problem and realize that it was not a plumbing issue it was an issue with my washing machine. They were professional and did not charge me for the service as it was something they were unable to fix.This is the second time I have used this company. Both times they were honest, not charging me for a consult or services that I did not need. I have found it difficult to find honest companies in the past. I will continue to recommend and use Diplomat Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs! Five stars across-the-board!!

I woke up yesterday to a flooded garage and an almost empty water heater. I called Mike and he left a job to quickly assess my mess. He made a great recommendation, went back to his other job and we had a beautiful new tankless water heater installed by 7pm last night. He and his assistant were amazing! They were friendly, explained everything and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Diplomat Plumbing is now MY plumber going forward!

Had a leaky kitchen faucet and called these guys. Came out and told me it was just the hose. They said order one and they’d install it. Called them again a few days later and Mike and Jonathan came right out and swapped out the hose in less than 5 minutes and told me no charge. Guys coulda told me any price and I woulda probably just paid it. Didn’t even wanna take the few bucks I tried to give them. Nice guys and honest.

We’ve hired many plumbers over the years, Diplomat Plumbing was, by far, the absolute best experience we’ve ever had. We would recommend them without any hesitation. Pleasant, professional, and fairly priced; Mike and Jesus, and Jon spotted the problem, fixed it, and saved us a ton of money.
