Can I just say what a delight it has been to use the services of HOA Specialist over the past few months for my communities. Charlotte has been magnificent on coordinating all of my work orders and Billy the Owner has a tremendous amount of pride in the product he produces.I am more than happy to provide this glowing review because I have seen their work first hand. Because of the fires in Sylmar two months ago, my iron fence needed new paint. They were very busy and they painted my fence about a month after I hired them. They did a very good job and got the payment after the job is done. Overall I am satisfied.
