    Had my roof replaced last month by Ten Arrows Roofing.When insurance denied my claim, Ten Arrows recommended and referred me to a Public Adjuster who dealt with my insurance company and was able to get my claim approved. Definitely a smart move!Once approved, I contacted Ten Arrows and they got to work. They answered all my questions and immediately addressed my concerns.     Ten Arrows roofing came out to give us an estimate on our roof after we were told we needed a whole roof replacement. Which they determined we didn’t need a whole roof replacement, only a few shingles replaced, this saved us from a very long process of going through insurance.     This company is amazing, I can’t say that loud enough! We have used them for different jobs in the past and most recently needed a waterproof roofing replaced on an exterior walk in at our commercial property, they quoted a great price for the job and went above expectations on cleanliness and the overall job itself. I would call them for any sort of roofing, I had no idea where to begin looking for someone to do this job and they knew exactly what was required, got to us quickly and did the job in one day.     100% Recommend Rob & Ten Arrows Roofing for anyone needing honest great company. We had some hail in a recent storm and werent sure if there was anything serious that needed attention.     My husband usually handled everything when it came to any damage to our home.     Got referred to Ten Arrows Roofing yesterday by my brother-in-law for a small spot in my living room ceiling. Called today to set up an appointment and they were able to come out the same day!     Everyone listen up! If you want a quality job done right the first time then, your best option would be with Ten Arrows Roofing! In 2019 we had storm damage to our home in TuttleOklahoma. The roof and gutters were damaged. Rob and his team worked with the insurance adjuster to point out all the damage that occurred. After evaluating the damage Rob found my decking was no longer in code. This was a blessing that he pointed this out to the adjuster. We ended up with new decking ,roof and gutters. Also during the installation of the new roof Rob found several issues/ requirements that the previous roofing company left off to cut corners. For instance drip edging. So fast forward to August 2024. We moved to Eufaula Oklahoma for our retirement home. We encountered a storm with 90 mph winds in June 2024. Insurance company was slow getting the damage accessed. I called Ten Arrows Roofing again and unbelievably Rob and his son Cody started a business in McAlester Oklahoma. Cody came out immediately and covered the damaged roof until my insurance company showed up. We had damage to our roof, ceiling and floors due to water damage. Rob generously drove from Blanchard Oklahoma to our house in Eufaula Oklahoma to work with the adjuster. He drove over 300 miles (round trip) to ensure we were taken care of. I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are to know a company that went this far out of their way to ensure we were taken care of ! The crew to fix the roof and the crew that was sent to repair all the internal damage was outstanding! So do yourself the best favor you can do for yourself without any regrets .     They were very patient with us as we finally made our decision on what product to use on our roof, but once we did decide, they were immediately on the project. When all the products arrived, they began work and due to a chance of rain the following day, they got an extra crew out to finish our whole roofing project in one day. They were very thorough in the completion and the clean up around our house. The whole crew was in constant communication with us to make sure that the project was completed to our ultimate satisfaction.     A Professional company who are also your hometown neighbors.We are very happy with the quality work and the experience from a great family owned local company. Ten Arrows has excellent roofing crews that took care of our home while removing the hail damaged roof and installing the new one. The crew completed our roof in one day and were careful with our landscaping and left our property perfect.Cameron is very knowledgeable in regards to the insurance process and helped us with our storm damage claim and explaining how insurance works with storm damage.     We had recent storm damage and what a nightmare to say the least as we have 38 Solar Panels on our house.Rob at Ten Arrows roofing was outstanding to have our work done by he and the solar company coordinated a joint effort to get the panels off in one day the house reroofed the following day and the solar panels back up and running on the 3rd day talk about expedited service.I highly recommend them for any roofing or other repairs needed and will definitely use them in the future if ever the need arises again.

    We just had our second home roofed by Ten Arrows, & I can’t say enough good things about this company or their work. Ransom was up on our roof the day after a huge hail storm, & he was back for the inspection with a third party inspector our insurance company sent, & again for a re-inspection with our actual adjuster, where he fought for us after the first tried to downplay the amount of storm damage we had. Camron went SO far above & beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted, & handled every detail with our insurance - she made it so easy on our end! Storm season in Oklahoma is obviously crazy busy for roofing companies & TA is local to us, so after several damaging storms in our community this spring she is swamped (I’m not exaggerating, her phone NEVER stops ringing), & she still managed to make me feel like our home was high priority. Ransom & Camron both came by the day their crew was here, making sure everything was done in ONE DAY!! We have a large house with a steep roof, & every one of our neighbors have gotten new roofs since that hail storm & theirs all took 2-3 days, so that’s what we anticipated - but with a toddler, keeping the noise contained to one day was such a huge, unexpected convenience for us.     These guys came over and fixed issues I had with a new roof that was put on by another local company! Not because I was paying them a bunch of money but because it was the right thing to do, and the other company would not stand behind their work! I only wish I would’ve used 10 Arrows to install the roof instead of the other local company! 10 Arrows roofing has the best customer service and came highly recommended from a neighbor when they heard of my issues! Best roofing company in town!!! Don’t make the mistake I did of using someone else to install a roof, these guys will just have to come fix it anyways! ;)

    Tens Arrows Roofing will be my only roofing call in the future. Earlier this year, they provided me with an honest assessment of my roof (at no cost) for a refi. While I did not yet need a roof, I was impressed with their service and professionalism. Then, when the ice storm on October 27 struck, I called Rob at Ten Arrows for some damage that I received. He and Cameron immediately ensured that our roof was secure, and then scheduled us for repairs. Ten Arrows Roofing provided a quote, communicated a timeline, and then came out on a weekend to make the repairs. They even went above and beyond the original quoted work by performing additional maintenance and upkeep at no additional cost!I am so pleased to have neighbors like these fine folks.     Rob and his team were fantastic! We had a bad ridge cap that was starting to leak. I called Ten Arrows Roofing to ask if they could find the problem and to get a quote. Rob came out a day later and said that we need an all new ridge cap and vent because who ever installed it used the wrong material. He was able to squeeze us in and his team got the job done quickly!     We cannot recommend Ten Arrows enough. Rob worked very well with our insurance adjuster. Camron was awesome to work with on scheduling. Very responsive and available when we had questions. When the gutters were installed, a downspout was placed in the wrong spot. When I contacted them, Camron got everything situated for us and it was fixed within a couple of days. They truly want you to be happy with the finished product. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and well taken care of. Their crew was nice and worked hard to get our roof taken care of in one day.

    I used Ten Arrow Roofing to repair and replace the roof on my commercial building and they did not disappoint. I had about 10 leaks throughout the building and he replaced part of the room and sealed the main part of the roof. Ten Arrow Roofing even sealed the gutters even though that was not part of his scope of work. They were very professional and exceeded my expectations. Rob, the owner, followed up with me personally to make sure my leaks were fixed and he didnt hesitate to come out to fix additional leaks that was caused by the old roof. Overall great price, great professionalism, showed on time and genially cared about the work they performed.

    Well one of the reps came out, on time, when they said they were going to be there.This was to access any damages. He recommended that I file a claim.     I was having to replace shingles every time the wind would blow more than 20mph until Rob and Camron with Ten Arrows showed up. Rob was very honest that a wind claim could go either way but he would go to battle with the insurance company for me, if I decided to submit a claim. After hours of behind the scenes conversations with the insurance company, Rob was able to get a whole roof replacement from my initial claim. I’m confident that wouldn’t have happened if he wasn’t involved. He was personally on the roof with the adjuster and found issues that the adjuster would have skipped over. He was extremely accessible through call or text throughout the whole process. We ended up upgrading to a premium shingle and full gutter replacement. Camron was very detailed through that process and never once did I feel pushed to do anything that I wasn’t happy with. Ten Arrows will be my first call going forward and I have no reservations in recommending them to others.

    When our roof was hit by hail, we were uncertain about whom to call. We wanted to work with a local company, one with a solid track record. Ten Arrows had replaced some other roofs in our neighborhood, so we decided to give them a call. Just a day or so later Rob came by to look at our roof. Upon meeting him, we were immediately at ease with our decision to call Ten Arrows. We filed a claim and when the claims adjuster came Rob met him at our home to help document the damage. When the claim was approved, Rob met with us to explain in detail what needed to be done and help us choose the type and color of the new shingles. Rob kept us informed at each step of the installation and was glad to answer any questions. Either he or his son was on site while their team installed the roof. We were impressed by the high quality of their work. They took care to avoid damaging our shrubbery and flowers and did a thorough job of cleanup. The new roof looks great and blends well with the appearance of other homes in our neighborhood. Should we ever again need to replace our roof, we will be calling Ten Arrows.
