    Called Triton and 4 others for quotes of a known issue. Drew came and assessed the problem and what the solution would be. I also asked him to look around the rest of my property as I had been told by another company that I needed more work done. But he assured me everything else looked good and explained everything. He was super respectful, not pushy or badmouthing other companies. I decided to go with Triton. The crew came the next week. They were also very respectful and did a fantastic job installing the piers, nicely patching the concrete they had to remove on my front porch, and cleaning up the dirt remnants. Highly recommend.

    We just finished some extensive foundation and slab repairs with Triton. We had piers installed, and a large amount of slab injection that was required. All of my interactions with them were great. It started with Cody who got together the plan of attack and the quote for us. He was available to answer all my questions, and helped me understand the process. Antonio and crew showed up this week and did a great job of raising the foundation getting all piers installed and cleaned up in one day. He was great to work with. Kyle and his assistant showed up the next day and did two days of slab injection covering the majority of our house. He also communicated well, and was willing to answer all questions. He was great to work with as well. This was not an inexpensive project, but I feel like we got our moneys worth, and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend Triton to anybody.

    We just had piers installed on our home and Triton did an incredible job. They were easy to work with and completed the work in one day.     I just want to say WOW! I had pulled up some carpet in my daughter’s bedroom and seen some cracks in the concrete. DJ came to my house and was amazing. We started in the bedroom I had concerns about then he looked at the whole interior and exterior of my home. He is Super knowledgeable and caring. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly and where i completely understood. He put my mind at ease. Thank you so much! I’m so thankful for this to have been an easy obstacle thanks to you and your team. Thankfully he said there was nothing wrong and the house is in great shape. For some companies I could be seen as an easy target since, I was in no way knowledgeable in foundation and I’m a single woman. Some companies would take that as an opportunity. But he took the time and gave me some knowledge on it. Let me know what to look for and what signs to look for if there was to be a foundation issue.     Kyle and Armando came out for wall ties which was the second part of my foundation repair. Kyle was on time, thorough in explaining what he was going to do, and exact on completing the job just as he described.I was fully satisfied with all the work Triton foundation did at my house.     Very easy to work with! Selling our home and a structural engineer required 3 piers to be installed. Triton felt that only two were necessary, but we had to satisfy the engineer, so we did three. They didnt try to push extra, unnecessary work, delivered as promised, and bumped up our install date to a Saturday to help us get to closing on time. Many thanks!

    We have used Triton and their crew a few times and have never been disappointed! First time was because we had a water drainage issue next to our house. They came out told us what we needed to do and referred us to another company who came out within a week and installed a French drain. Triton and their crew came out to give us an estimate for piers in order to sell our house. They also came out within a week of giving us the estimate and placed three piers, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. When I tell you that Jeff and Melissa are the best people I’m not lying. I have never met these people before this and they have become friends. They do so much for the community and school backpack drives, donating additional school supplies, and even putting together Christmas gifts for single moms. They are best in the business!!!

    Scheduling an estimate was quick and easy. Drew was super professional and sold us on what we needed and advised on things we might not need if we were to make some changes in other areas, like guttering and keeping the area from getting super dry. The price was much more affordable than others. The work was quick and high quality. Hopefully we dont have any more foundation issues, but if we do, were calling Triton.

    I would definitely recommend Triton Fondation Repair. We only had a few days to get wall ties put in to repair our north and south walls because we were closing on our house and repairs had to be finished before we could close.Not only did they get it done in a timely manner but he was on time and very professional.     I would say they are very professional. There were cracks in our garage wall and they were honest to say it needed foundation repair. Their price was very reasonable when I asked around other companies. I even hired a civil engineer and he said the same thing. Their front desk staff is also very friendly and well informed.     We had concerns about our house settling and our neighbors said to request a consult from Triton.We showed Cody our concerns, asked several questions, and he patiently walked us through what was worth keeping an eye on and what was normal wear and tear. He was extremely knowledgeable and spoke to home construction methodology and why something appeared the way it did. The vast majority of our problems were cosmetic due to aging and normal wear and tear.He even warned us that if we had brought someone else out and pointed to these things they would begin selling us unnecessary products and services.We don’t require any foundation work at this time but we are deeply grateful for well-run businesses like Triton that have so much integrity.If you suspect you have foundation problems, do not call engineers out. Call Triton so they can tell you what’s really going on and what it will take to fix it.

    Drew Nix is who you want to request!From a pre purchase inspection, warranty check to a full in home walk around he has been absolutely stellar to work with.Great contractors are hard to find these days and foundation repair is not at all sexy.     Triton was recommended by my realtor and did my pre-purchase inspection. Did some work putting steel piers under a wall in my new house, and discovered another issue while they were here. I will absolutely have them out to fix that because they did such good work. So, so friendly. I enjoyed chatting with them just because. They had amazing respect for me and my property, explaining what the issues are and how to fix them. They left my property immaculate, being super careful to tidy up after themselves. I absolutely loved them and would recommend to anyone.

    Excellent experience with Triton. They were highly recommended by the company that did our home inspection and we are very glad for that recommendation. Tritons foundation inspection was very thorough and they did a good job explaining what they found. The price seemed very fair to me and was lower than I was expecting.We had a slightly complicated situation with the timing of the work and the timing of the home sale, but Triton was able to come up with a solution that worked for everyone and prevented a big headache on our end.When they came to do the work they were on time, did a great job, and cleaned everything up at the end. We had two piers installed and a slab injection. Both were done expertly. They were able to achieve significant lift installing two piers while also paying close attention to not put too much stress on the nearby window. The concrete work at the end was also done well. I was very anxious about the slab injection but they avoided the various sewer pipes and duct work in the area and still achieved significant lift. The guy doing the injection was experienced, great to work with, heard our concerns, and acted accordingly.It can be hard to find companies you trust to work on your house. We are very glad to have found Triton and definitely recommend them. We will be using them again in the near future for concrete work and other projects.

    Very professional and understanding of the situation I was faced with.I had to sell the home of my ex-husband, the father of my children, who had recently passed away. We made arrangements for payment to be made at closing, and that took such a huge burden off of me. It was one less thing I had to worry about when it came to figuring out how I would pay for this and a whole list of other things I had to do in order for the home to pass inspection and be put on the market. Their price was very reasonable and fair also.     Triton did pier work to stabilize our foundation. They were respectful, professional and communicated well! We also had their gutter team add more rain gutters and down spouts on the house. They matched and tied into our existing gutters. After some heavy rain we found a bit of a problem, but they returned, fixed it and honored their commitment of quality workmanship. Thank you Triton!

    I am a real estate investor for buy and hold and flipping for 18 yrs. This company is my go to source. I have tried many. My criteria is for only companies to do what they say they are going to do, do it right the first time and give accurate not inflated scopes of work needed. They have inspected some that did not need extensive work as others have suggested. During buyers inspections their work was basically flawless and their guarantee combined with discussing any concerns the buyer might have are relieved. From Robert coming out to evaluate and sending me an estimate, to Brittany on the finance team walking through the billing and finance part and then topped off with Kyle who came out for installation and fielded every question I had. This is your sign - use Triton. They are very affordable and they offer financing, which is rare to find a foundation repair company that offers a financing option. If you find yourself in the situation we did, just bite the bullet and invest in your house and use Triton because they care.

    Showed up on time. I actually attempted to obtain 3 quotes from various vendors and Triton was one of the first to get back to me. One of their competitors who claims to have the lowest price guarantee simply failed to return my calls. In the end, Triton was the best quote and provided great value for the price, did exactly what needed to be done. Didnt upsell- did exactly what was required. Crew was fast, cleaned up well, and left the home better than it was. Highly recommend.

    Triton did a Void Fill under my slab. Slab was dropping due to a void under it, which may have been from a long-term water leak that caused the soil to compact under the slab. They were professional & explained the risks involved. Fortunately, due to their expertise in what they do, none of the potential risks came to fruition and the job was done with the best results I could have hoped for. All staff I dealt with (evaluator, office, & tech who did the job) were friendly, professional and made it a great experience dealing with Triton. I highly recommend them.

    Jeff and team has been great to work with. I was selling a house and knew little about my foundation issue but answered my millions of questions. They went off my structural engineer estimates and fixed my house. What TFR said the problem was is what my report stated. I didnt need an engineer report but I spent the extra money. They did the job and even answered questions after the repair. I had a question and they came back out to answer any questions.I reached out again 7 months later with my new house and he answered a quick question that I had about the new foundation.     Tritons proposal was basically in line with what was given to us several years ago by an independent structural engineer, even to the number of piers needed. Far better than several other proposals. The explanation was complete and the work was done within a few hours. Only problem was that the follow-up inspection didnt happen because we did not know that the engineer was coming and no one was home, would have liked to have been there. But, overall a very good experience.
