    I am blown away by how professional and responsive Focil Construction is. I only wish I knew about them sooner - I was working with another contractor who was horrible and I found Focil who took over some of the scope of my kitchen remodel and it was literally night and day the level of service I received once I started working with Focil. Catalina was so patient - her communication in getting her fabricator out quickly who did a fabulous job was exactly the stress free professionalism I needed. I completely trusted the fabricator who did a great job book matching too and installing. I will absolutely be using Focil going forward with other home renovations such as my master bathroom and will gladly reccomend them to friends and family. Focil is the real deal.

    We recently worked with Joseph Focil at Focil Construction on the design, cabinets and installation of our recent kitchen remodel. Joseph and his team were excellent! They answered all of our questions and helped us get to the exact design we wanted. The cabinets we ordered are beautiful and nice quality. The installation was meticulous. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. We would absolutely call Joseph for any remodel work in the future. Cannot recommend him and the Focil team highly enough.

    Focil Construction - Quality, Integrity, Capability, Consistency - After interviewing several contractors to do the remodel of our kitchen/family room, we chose Focil Construction. Unfortunately, we had little knowledge of design, style or even material choices, however, we learned that we had the full services of the Focil staff at our disposal. The first step was working with Ms. Stephanie, Interior Designer. We were afforded answers to our daily questions, always helpfully and as soon as we asked by whoever we asked.The Focil Company consists of knowledgeable craftsmen and women, each with many years of experience.     Focil remodeled my master bath and kitchen in 2022. Their designer, Stephanie, was very sweet, helpful and collaborative.She prepared professional renderings of the remodels so we could visualize what the remodel would look like and work out any small details. She also served as the main contact for many of the day to day questions.Focil is a family business so the owner Joseph and his wife Catalina were also involved - Joseph from the detailed aspects of construction and management of various in-house or subcontracted professionals (plumber, electrician, tilers, cabinet installers, etc) and Cataline would stop by to check up on the projects.I am very happy with the outcome of my remodels and the quality of work provided by Focil. The Fabuwood cabinets installed in my kitchen and bathroom are very beautiful. Additionally any concerns or questions I had were rapidly addressed by the Focil team.

    Focil is what you would expect or dream a contractor to be but so rarely find. We did a fairly large remodel and it was on time, on budget and executed flawlessly.     Joseph and Team were amazing to work with. They are a full service design and construction company and we used every bit of their services. We were doing a full remodel of our downstairs which includes structural work and a total redesign of how we use and live in the space. We needed to gain storage and modernize the layout. He completed the job before the anticipated date even though we added to the scope of work. He also stayed within budget and the quoted amounts. We didnt always know exactly what we wanted and the team and designs (Stephanie Melendez designed the entire layout and provided great insight into what to purchase to keep to the design. She was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of what we needed.) were on point. All interactions were professional and thoughtful. Any issue that arose were quickly and efficiently dealt with and we were provided quality work. Oren the electrician performed quality work and provided insight for us to get the most out of our lighting and automate using the Lutron system. Catalina and the in-house fabrication team designed and built a great fireplace with surrounding cabinetry. We have received many compliments and would not hesitate to refer and use the Focil Team in the future.

    A friend of mine gave me Joseph Focils number at Focils Construction. He was recommended to us not only for their quality of service, but also for their quality of character. I got impressed from day one when I asked him to meet me at 1PM on a Sunday and I arrived at home at 12:45 coming from my daughters volleyball game and Joseph was waiting in front of my house already. I had contractors not even showing up for an estimate. That was a good start. He spent 2 hours showing us his ideas which not only were much better ones than the ones my wife and I had in mind but a much lower price than what we had budgeted for the project. We recently completed the design phase of our project with him and his team and have been extremely pleased with their collaborative approach, transparency, proactivity, and expertise. We have been set up for a successful journey as we kick off the construction phase and can’t wait to see the final output!If you are shopping around YOU MUST MEET THIS GUY and his team! From inception through to the final inspection, everything was handled professionally, transparently and punctually. Having a design early on to help us visualize what the final product was awesome as we tend to need to see it on paper. Even though everything was documented for all the materials, Focil was nimble enough to accommodate changes. An example being a suggestion from Joseph to use quartzite backsplash rather than subway tile.Friends and family all rave and sometimes we sit outside our patio just staring into our wonderful kitchen.     Focil Construction recently completed a full condo remodeling project for us and we are delighted with the results! In addition to the complete kitchen and two bathrooms remodel, Joseph and his crew installed new flooring throughout, replaced all doors and all light fixtures, installed new tankless water heater, repaired and painted drywalls and ceiling, etc. Our old condo was completely transformed and upgraded with the impeccable quality, increasing the value tremendously!Joseph is everything you want your contractor to be: organized, professional, responsive and always on time. Throughout the entire construction, Joseph was very quick to answer any of our questions and updated us on the progress every day. It was very important for us because we were out of state during the entire project. He is patient, knowledgeable and was there for us every step of the way. He gave us design and construction recommendations and all of them were spot on and without any pressure.     We contacted Focil Construction to restore our house due to water damage in our kitchen, living room, and family room. We found Joseph to be very patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. He and his team met with us several times and recommended the idea of an open kitchen plan. After they showed us a 3D rendition of the new kitchen, we were quite enthused with the concept. It involved knocking of some walls, opening the kitchen to the family room and adding a large island. We decided to go with this plan and are incredibly pleased. It really looks awesome! The new kitchen is gorgeous, it has lots of cabinets and drawers and looks beautiful.It has been a pleasure working with Joseph and his team, we always felt we were in good hands. Joseph & Jerami are very thorough and came by our home almost every day to monitor the progress and make sure everything was done perfectly. Sally and Kristina are wonderful, they helped us pick out the cabinets, the countertop, the flooring etc. and updated us with what was going on.We highly recommend Focil Construction for any home remodeling job.
