    Danny and Richard and their whole team are great to work with. They were recommended by my builder and did an outstanding job installing my two systems. Danny was great to work with from start to finish, and Richard came out to do initial startup and system check. The work inside and out certainly exceeded my expectations, as well as all the folks on his team were polite and did great work, and did it the right way which is rare today. I would definitely recommend them for new installs or service. Thank you!

    My family and I had a mini split installed in our FROG by Fulmer 2 years ago. Last week, my husband was in our garage when water dripped on him from overhead. When he looked up, a large yellow stain was present and he noticed more water on the floor where he had been standing. We immediately called our plumber to come out and help us locate the leak. When the plumber went to open the eaves of our home, standing water was present and all of the boards in the eves were soaked. Upon further investigating, the plumber found the source of the leak. When Fulmer installed our minisplit, they used electrical tape to connect the unit line which had come completely detached from the unit, therefore causing the significant water damage. I had to pay the plumber $40 just to come out and see where the active water leak was coming from. I reached out to Fulmer at that time and they came out. They noted that the line should have been connected using something stronger and that they would fix it. They left fans here to help dry everything out. When I mentioned that I felt they should pay the $40 fee I had to pay given that they had not properly secured the minisplit line that caused this significant leak, they stated that they couldnt pay it. Since over 2 years had passed since installation, they werent going to pay. They stated that they came out, fixed the issue, and didnt even charge me anything. I mentioned that I shouldnt and would not have paid anything given the damage that had occurred because of their mistake. They stood by their decision to not reimburse me and let me know that I should have reached out to them first instead of the plumber, as they have a plumbing division of their company and would have handled it.BEWARE if you plan to use this company, you will be stuck holding the bill for any damage caused by their poor work. Instead of simply making things right and paying the small $40 I was asking to get back despite significant damage being done to our floors due to their poor work, they chose to say No. I would not recommend this company to anyone.***Update: The owner of the company reached out to me after posting my initial review. He apologized for my poor experience, had a technician come out to my home to make everything right, and made things right in regards to the expense I initially incurred. I appreciated his follow-up, professionalism, and the way he handled the situation. He assured me that my experience was not handled as it should have been and he apologized and made things right.***

    I called Fulmer HVAC after having 2 other local companies come out to give me an estimate on a new Mini-Split unit for my office. After getting 2 estimates that were ridiculous priced. Dave came out and looked over my situation then sent me a couple very reasonable offers. When the Fulmer crew came out to install the unit everything went very smooth. They handled the install like professionals and did not miss any details including cleaning up everything. I am very pleased with the new unit and the work that was performed by Fulmer.     Jarvis, did a great job. He called and discussed what was the issue and what he was going to do to fix. Very happy that they were able to schedule some to fix it so soon. Grant was able to get our home AC working in 10 minutes and notices the fan motor was about to go and replaced. Both Techs did a great job and helped us survive the southern heat!

    We called on a Wednesday with plumbing issues. Plumbers were at the house within 48 hours. The guys were very very professional and friendly. The repair process was explained with pricing and alternate repair plan was explained with pricing. Payment plan was easily available with card and phone. The guys retested everything before leaving the job site and no mess to clean up. I highly recommend this business. Tks guys!!!

    I am so pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of Fulmer plumbing. Our slab house had a concealed leak, and between dealing with insurance and navigating the various repair options, our contact Mark Crawford was amazing. They didnt try to upsell us like a lot of other companies but instead informed us of all likely options and the pros and cons of each. In the end, we decided to have them completely re-pipe our entire house, which was no small feat considering we do not have a crawl space or attic. Marks team, led by Barrett, did a fantastic job in less time than anticipated and right on budget. They even cleaned up the plaster/drywall dust and gave our floors a quick mop, which is above and beyond what any other plumber has ever done for us. I have no hesitation in recommending Fulmer plumbing and I am so happy with their work that I will also be using them for my heating and cooling needs.

    This company is awesome. They are honest and very respectful. Extremely well priced. Had a large company try to charge me double for a system that was comparable. Then tried to give me a lesser system for a thousand dollars more after I said it was higher than I was quoted by Fulmer. Fulmer ended up installing a better system than first quoted for the same price originally quoted. It has improved our electric and gas bills so much. The system is paying itself off little by little. This review is over four months out from the install, so I have given it time to see how well it works and its great. Go with Fulmer. You wont regret it. They are awesome people.

    Fulmer Heating & Cooling was excellent. I had a repeat gas leak after my home warranty company had improperly fixed this fall. I went with Fulmer on my own to fix it correctly this time.     As one of their service vans pulls out of our driveway, I felt the need to review Fulmer HVAC. Theyve been replacing, repairing, and servicing HVAC systems in three buildings for our family for over 15 years. From the original owners to the current owners, their service, responsiveness, pricing, and professionalism have been much appreciated. On the rare occasion weve had a minor issue with service (one time years ago), Fulmer management made it right promptly and with care. Weve had an occasion to have their help with plumbing repair recently as well, and this service was also top-notch. Fulmer has some of the best techs Ive ever had the pleasure to work with. Give them a call if you have HVAC or plumbing needs. [PS: their service contracts are absolutely awesome.] Youll be glad that you did.

    I have used Fulmer HVAC and Plumbing exclusively since retiring to Lake Murray. Our most recent project was to replace all of the original ( leaking) fixtures in the Master Bath with high quality contractor grade faucets. We also discovered the water lines to the Roman Bath were leaking under the tub. Called Fulmer last Saturday and left a message, not really expecting to hear from anyone until Monday. I was wrong, within a couple hours , I received a call from Mark C telling me he would send a crew out Monday morning. Matt and Birdie showed up to assess the project and assist my wife and I in selecting the fixtures. Mark called with the estimate later that evening which we consider reasonable based on all the work that needed. By the end of Thursday that same week Matt and Birdie had installed 5 new quality fixtures replumbed the Roman Tub entirely, replaced the service line to the commode and added 7 new shut off valves for me. These guys are RELENTLESS workers and genuinely good people. No more leaks! I Highly recommend Fulmer Plumbing ( and all there hvac services as well). Good, fair people to work with.

    I will DEFINITELY use them again. Fulmers service and price was perfect for us.I am a 1st time user. If I had a little more experience with them and their service and price was consistent with this experience, I would give them a GLOWING 5 STARS.I called and was rewarded with a person on the other end that spoke clearly and understandably. I explained my problem and got an appointment for service in a few days (it was NOT an emergency). The service person, Grant, ARRIVED ON TIME AND EQUIPPED TO DO THE JOB. With no delay he thoroughly checked the unit in question and resolved the problem. He also took the time to explain to me how this ductless unit worked and he made valuable suggestions on how to keep it in top condition, prolong its useful life and reduce common maintenance mistakes.After the job was done, he had diagnosed and repaired in less than 1 hour, he filled us in on the entire line of air conditioning and heating units Fulmer carries, and finished by explaining their parts and services warranties.The service call was ON TIME, AT THE AGREED ON, IN ADVANCE PRICE, AND THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. The service person was courteous, well informed and professional. I will DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!

    Well one week they put in a new hot water heater in a house we are selling and the next week they fixed a capacitor on the same house a/c. So yes we use them for heating ,a/c , and plumbing. They are great!!! They show up when they are supposed to and dont mind giving you an estimate. Also, they have maintenence contracts too.

    Grant arrived at our door when scheduled and was wearing a mask (which we appreciated). He promptly diagnosed that our thermostat needed to be replaced and when he was done, he explained how to use it. The only downside to the new thermostat is that it was not the same size as the previous one - which gives us a great reason to repaint the room! Thank you Grant and Fulmers for the great service.

    I highly recommend Fulmer Heating and Cooling and Dave Carson! We contacted Fulmer H/C to get a proposal and quote to improve the cooling of our family lake house that is used on an occasional basis. Dave gladly took the time to come out to our house and look over the arrangement of our existing system as well as evaluate our needs. We have a glassed in sun porch that receives direct, morning sun. That, combined with poor air distribution, was leaving our house unbearably hot in the summer! Dave proposed a Daiken mini-split unit and a rearrangement of our duct work. The price quoted was very competitive and fair. The work was done on the day agreed upon and was done very professionally. Followup work was done to complete the project. Dave personally followed up with us several months later to make sure that we were satisfied. It was a pleasure to deal with Dave and his crew. We feel that we received a good solution as a fair price. We look forward to an continued relationship with Dave and Fulmer!

    I wrote Fulmer Heating & Cooling to look into a geothermal system (what I might call the gold standard in heating and cooling efficiency from my laymans perspective).The price of geothermal is still a bit prohibitive for me at this point in my life, but even when it was out of the question for me Dave continued to answer all of my questions with a refreshing timeliness, friendly professionalism, and deep knowledge.My hope with geothermal was that I would be able to get rid of my old gas furnace and turn off the gas line to my home, which no longer seemed possible. As these motivations became clear to Dave he informed me that a new heat pump can be a viable option in our climate.So my question then became, Whats the next best thing.You can see that I could go on and on, but suffice it to say Daves customer service is peerless. He took the time and ultimately actually sold me not the very most expensive and efficient heat pump, but the one that was most cost effective (balancing many variables) for my specific home, situation and desires.Finally, as a good consumer, I sought another quote from a reputable company (which I still do believe is reputable); Daves price was nearly $1K or about 15% cheaper.Highly would recommend calling Fulmer even if you have a question or want to assure you are getting great service. Five Stars.

Fulmer was not the absolute cheapest but their offer was the most economical (best price for a quality product, outstanding efficiency, great warranty, outstanding customer service, locally owned company, etc.). we could not be happier with our decision and highly recommend Fulmer Heating & Cooling.

    I purchased my HVAC system from Fulmers approximately a year ago. Both him and the company are honest and delightful people to work with. From the start of the process to the end, they have been nothing but helpful. Dave, the owner, has personally worked with me to ensure that my system was set up to run perfectly.Recently, I noticed that my thermostat wasnt keeping up with the temperature that it was set to. Fulmers came out that day to help diagnose the problem. They were flexible with my schedule and had the issue fixed within 24 hours.     We hired this company because we were not getting proper airflow in a new house we purchased. Their guys came out and quickly diagnosed the problems with the unit and ductwork.     I couldnt be more pleased with the replacement installation by Fulmer. They were prompt to evaluate my needs, gave a strait forward estimate and began and completed installation in the time frame promised. I called three vendors, all quoting basically the same system. One attempted to provide an off brand unit at top shelf prices and the second talked so much BS that I had to roll up my pants cuffs. Fulmer quickly evaluated my needs, provided a competitive quote on a name brand AC and basically sealed the deal with a handshake. Theres clearly a reason their reviews are typically all five star.

    Mark, Matt, Sam, and Adam treated us like we were family. My 1890s home has some seriously jacked up plumbing and needed a full replacement. They fixed every little thing to make sure the job was done right.This turned into a multi-day job, and Sam communicated with me every day. I knew when they would arrive, who was working on what, the issues they faced, and ŵhen they needed access to the inside of the house.They cleaned up every day before leaving and at the completion of the job.I cant thank these guys enough for a job well done.Highly recommend.

    I contacted Fulmer Heating, Cooling & Plumbing in Newberry, SC because there was a problem with my airflow and my thermostats were too difficult to navigate. The turn around time was only two days. Grant was the service technician dispatched in response to my call. Fulmer is LUCKY to have such a courteous, polite, respectful and knowledgeable employee! Grant was on time, introduced himself and got to work. I was pleased to see him in a branded truck and wearing a branded uniform. He availed himself and patiently answered ALL my questions and explained the different processes as his work progressed. I signed up for the PM service and I had new WIFI thermostats installed. Grant walked me through downloading the mobile APP. He ensured that both thermostats were successfully dedicated to the app and that the app was fully functional. I am very pleased with the outcome of the service call because Grant was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. Now I can enjoy my easy to use brand new thermostats both manually and via my mobile phone. Special kudos to the owner, Dave Carson who also facilitated the service call. Try them! Their prices are reasonable and you can’t beat their customer service! You too may be satisfied with their commitment to excellence and OUTSTANDING personal one-on-one customer service!
