    Noble House helped us do a full master shower remodel, and we are so happy we chose them for our project!We have so many good things to say about them -Attention to Detail: During the initial walkthrough and project design phase, Zach and Cade provided invaluable insights and design suggestions that we had not previously considered. Throughout the process, they reviewed the work regularly and fixed minor blemishes as needed.Communication: At the beginning of our project, Noble House discussed clear expectations that were agreed upon by both parties. The team maintained clear and prompt communication throughout the project. They addressed our questions and concerns quickly and conducted regular check-ins. The project manager (or another team member) was consistently present on-site, often visiting once or twice a day to deliver materials and engage with us. We truly appreciated the exceptional level of customer service.Project Management: The team demonstrated strong organizational skills. Sub-contractors and managers were well-informed about the project plans, and tasks were scheduled in advance with ample communication. Clear expectations were set for sub-contractors, which we found particularly beneficial.Responsibility: They took great care in protecting our hardwood floors, carpet, and overall living space. We also appreciated that they helped us with picking out quality materials for our project and ensuring that everything passed inspection.We will certainly be utilizing Noble House again for future house projects!

    Highly recommend! Professional, timely, excellent communication and excellent customer service! Noble House went out of their way to support our vision of installing a shower so that we could meet the needs of those in our community who dont have access to one. This idea of installing a shower in our existing bathroom came with lots of questions but Noble House met every one of our questions with generous explanation and walked us through each option until we felt confident in the plan. They offered multiple options for us to be able to accomplish our vision despite our tight budget. They communicated every step of the way and even showed up on a non-work-day to ensure the tidiness of the workspace for our scheduled gathering. We are very pleased with our decision to trust Noble House with our project and very happy with the work. Our shower is everything we wanted and more. Thank you Noble House team! It was a pleasure doing business with you and we will definitely be in touch for future projects.

    Zach and his team were amazing to work with! They were easy to communicate with and very reliable. All of their subs were excellent. Their quality standards are extremely high, they had amazing attention to detail, and they worked tirelessly until every detail was right. Our job was relatively small but they never once made us feel like we were not a priority. We are thrilled with the outcome of our project and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future!

    My wife and I were referred to Noble House Construction by someone we’d me who had used them previously. We were naturally skeptical, as trusting someone you don’t know to take on a project as significant as ours and do it well can be daunting. We bought a home that needed significant updating (ended up being a complete gut job - down to the studs) and Zach, Cade and team were ultimately the ones we chose for the job. From the initial phone conversation with Zach to the initial meeting and walkthrough, through the entire ~9 month project they legitimately exceeded our every expectation. The estimate they provided was detailed and easy to understand, and throughout the entire project they communicated with us through an app called Builder Trend. Status reports, photos, estimates of work to be done and a running project total are all there to be accessed at any time 24/7. In addition, we were sent at least weekly emails with the “big picture” status of the project - any action items/decisions we need to make, next steps and often, simply just a “check in.” So incredibly valuable to have that - especially for a second home that’s not close enough for us to visit regularly. Throughout the project there were surprises that occurred - as they always do - a number of which came with additional costs not quoted/assumed from the start. Despite that, when they came up, Zach/Cade would email or call and explain the situation, the options and the impact of decisions needed to address it. Clear, timely and fair. Throughout the project there wasn’t a single occasion where they didn’t return an email, text or phone message immediately. In the end, the cost of what we took on were greater than the budget, but I’d do the same things again in a heartbeat. We sincerely COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with a single aspect of the work Noble House Construction did for us. In our wildest dreams we couldn’t have imagined our home looking as beautiful as it turned out. Our only complaint is that Zach and his team aren’t able to come out to the Midwest where our primary home is and do work for us there.

    We contacted Noble House Construction in Newberg to do a partial renovation of one of our bathrooms. We were incredibly pleased with the final result and were so impressed with the work. We had a fairly tight budget to work with, and their staff did an amazing job getting us the bathroom we wanted while staying within our budget. During the process we made some changes and added several items, and the staff worked with us to accommodate those changes and keep really close to our original estimate.The contractors they hired were polite, professional and left our house clean at the end of every day. They worked to minimize the disruption to our schedule.I am happy to recommend Noble House unreservedly. We will certainly hire them again.

    Zach and his team at Noble house did a great job. Our remodel was removal of a load bearing wall, addition of oak hardwoods, recessed lighting, and a shower remodel. They communicated well the whole time and kept the project on time. Thanks Noble House, we’ll be using you again.

    Have a new home, a year old, that had extensive water damage caused by a faulty HVAC system, couldn’t get the original builder to repair the damage, what made matters worse my son lives in this home and I live out of state. I had Noble House Construction recommended to me, I spoke with Zach who was more than helpful, he even recommended a company to come in and deal with the water damage. Zach was amazing, explaining the whole process and providing a very reasonable estimate. Zach kept me updated with texts, emails and pictures of the whole process. Zach turned a pretty traumatic and stressful situation, into an easy process. I would HIGHLY recommend Zack and Nible House Construction for any of your construction needs, from minor repairs to new construction, you won’t be disappointed. I wish I had gone through Noble House Construction for my original construction, thank you Zach for all your help!

    If you value teamwork, open communication and a solutions based approach, youll like partnering with Noble House.We were impressed that Zach took the time to walk us through his customer engagement agreement that specifically identifies the clients preferred communication style. We appreciated the regular communications and the solutions based approach we experienced with Zach and the entire team. Despite being 1,300 miles away we felt like Noble House was practically next door.We remodeled a home built in 1909. We added an ensuite to the master bedroom and created two beautiful bedrooms simply by reimagining the homes space. Every detail was attended to and no detail was too small.My wife and I worked within financial guidelines we established and what made me realize we chose the right contractor for our project was when Zach said, tell me more about what youre thinking, the vision for your home and what concerns you have and let me dream with you.

The subcontractors they use do high quality work and the contractors at Noble House were attentive and communicative.     I recently had need of garage repair after the bad storm in Portland in January. I had 2 water pipes freeze, break & flooded my garage ceiling & walls. Luckily I knew of Cornel’s Plumbing and they came out the day I called. They repaired the pipes & insulated them but I had still a mess with wet walls & ceiling. I had a restoration company dry out the garage for 2-3 weeks but needed a construction co. for further repairs. Noble House Construction was recommended to me by a neighbor! I hired them & they were very professional with giving a bid which I took after receiving two others.They are very nice to work with & repaired it to my satisfaction! All their subs were extremely nice & helpful as they did their jobs. They always arrived on time & left everything neat! My garage now looks better than it did previously. It was a pleasure working with Zach & Cade, and I would definitely recommend them for any construction job or repair!

    Zach and the crew at Noble House are fantastic. We asked Noble House to replace an old cedar deck with a new composite deck. Zach and team did an amazing job with the demo of the old deck and installation of the new one. They kept us updated on timeline and budget throughout and communicated well when a couple of unexpected items arose. We love the new deck and appreciate Noble Houses attention to time and budget.     Noble House were recommended to us after we suffered water damage from broken pipes, and all I can say is WOW! They were professional, courteous, and totally on our side. It was like having work done by family friends. Zach carefully examined every angle to make sure we got the best results, and everything was covered by our insurance. He worked directly with our adjuster to make sure things got approved and completed in a timely manner, and came back after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied and that there were no issues. Its nearly impossible to tell anything ever happened in the first place. 10/10, cannot recommend enough!

    Noble House goes beyond your expectations. Zach was very patient with our engineer in getting the load-bearing wall completed correctly. Zach saw what the engineer did not anticipate. Zach worked with the permit process and once they started the job, it was completed in a very short time. I would trust their help again with no reservations. The job looks perfectly ready for the next step. The foreman Pat did a top job calculating the install and framing for the next step.

    We had significant issues with water intrusion on our commercial property. We have 3 silos that are converted to a bed and breakfast. As a result of the unique style of our buildings it presented quite a challenge to find a suitable repair.Zack and his team from Noble House came out to assess the problem. Right from the start it was obvious that Noble House crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I work with sub-contractors of all varieties on a regular basis and Noble House are leagues above them all.Early on in the repair project I had to put Zack, the owner under a fair amount of time pressure to complete the work. He rose to the challenge and was able to exceed my expectations.The project was complete ahead of the schedule that I was told. The work completed was above my expectations. Every interaction with a crew member was great and it was clear that they all knew what they were doing.The best thing about working with Noble House is that Zack and his team were able to remove the stress from what was a pretty serious repair. Everyone went above and beyond and it was a pleasure to work with such a professional team.If you are looking for a company that will do a great job for you and give you the value the money you are hoping for then Noble House is it.

    We used Noble House for a kitchen and dining room remodel in 2022, and we were really happy with both the process and the results. We received several bids from several companies, and Noble House was competitively priced. Ultimately we chose to work with them because of the quality of their communication, their commitment to following up with us, and their willingness to think creatively in problem solving our project.We received consistent and proactive communication from Zach and his team before the project, so we were ready to go when it was time to start. During the process we felt like we were the only project their team was managing, even though we know that wasnt the case. Zach served as our advocate with subcontractors when we hit bumps in the road, and I always felt like he was on our side. In the end, our project turned out just as we had hoped and within the budget we expected. We will definitely work with Noble House again and we have already recommended them to our neighbors.

    The value I received from my relationship with Noble House went far beyond a finished remodeling project that exceeded my expectations. The Noble Team is very good at knowing what to do. Be assured they wont miss a detail; theyll build it right. But its the how they do what they do that sets them apart. Their first and highest priority is understanding how well make decisions and solve problems. All the specifications and numbers of a construction contract are important, but the Noble Team knows the first question that must get answered is, How will we work together? Everything else will come easier and faster after figuring out how to work together. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The Noble Team is committed to and works hard at making communication be the key to a successful outcome. That uncommon and essential trait underscores Noble House getting my highest recommendation.

    April 5, 2021I hired general contractor Zach Fontaine of Noble House Construction to re-roof my house in part because of the very reasonable price. I was amazed at how smoothly the project went. He perfectly timed the job so that we dodged rain, not an easy task in March in the Pacific Northwest. His workers were on time as well as polite and tidy. Every day they cleaned up the yard so my two-year-old grandson could play when they weren’t there. The quality of the work was top-notch and I had a new roof in two and half days!     Noble House Construction is amazing. We got to know them from the remodel they did on a neighbors home. We are so delighted with the total remodel of our bathroom. They were so conscientious with timing and organization we only have one bathroom. Zach , the owner was excellent at explaining options and going over our ideas with us , helping us with our budget and always available and visiting our work site. All the staff was excellent when we had questions. I also just cant say enough about Cade. He was an amazing helping me and guiding me on choices, sizes, with products I ordered. The attention to detail is so much appreciated. They really care that you LOVE it. I really appreciated the weekly schedule. We could pull up on line at any time. If they needed to change things due to holidays etc. They updated the schedule and kept us appraised via phone or text. In closing I would say you can not possibly go wrong with this amazing group and company. The workmanship is excellent and the customer service is a 10 ++.

    Noble House is a spectacular crew with a great owner and a spectacular project manager. We hired them for the build-out of our office and not only did they manage to fit us in on a moments notice they were able to do the build out quickly and efficiently. Cost wise they were not overly expensive but the work they performed was very high above par for what we expected out the gate.10/10 would recommend and will definitely use them again.
