    Im so thankful for TJ!! We had a bad smell problem in the basement we could not figure out for way too long. I called many different plumbers and other companies out but no one had an answer. I finally discovered Sutton & Sons and TJ came through and almost immediately found the issue. Fixed it in less than 20 minutes!Thank you is not big enough for how much relief I feel having this issue finally taken care of. But, THANK YOU!

    While we had to scale back some of what we originally wanted to do, the original quote from TJ was by far the best. We had an outside spigot, new sump pump and a recirculation pump added to our home.Let me tell you about the recirculation pump if you dont know what one is. Our Kitchen is about 4 miles from our water heater and takes forever and a lot of water to get hot water to do the dishes. The recirculation pump gives us instant hot water and works great!Install of everything was done in one day with no mess left afterwards. Great communication and prompt, professional service. Strongly recommend!

    We recently purchased a mobile home cottage in Newaygo on croton pond that needed some plumbing repairs. Premier not only got the job done they did it with speed and efficiency. We were so pleased with their work. They fit us right in and took care of all our needs above and beyond expectations. We will definitely be using them again.     TJ and the crew just finished plumbing a home we are building for a client over in Newaygo. I cannot say enough about how professional, and easy to deal with they are.     I can not say enough about the great service I received from this company...my hot water heater blew right before 4th of July and they stayed in contact with me throughout and got my hot water back just as soon as possible even with it being the holliday!!!

    Renovating an old house with galvanized steel plumbing and need some work done in the kitchen. They would have worked with the existing pipes but gave us a super competitive estimate to rip and replace everything with PEX. Saved us a ton of money and headaches in the long run!It was a 2-day job and we figured wed be without water overnight. They planned it out so that they could leave the water on overnight and cutover to the new pipes in the morning.Super professional, super friendly and great work. Highly recommend!Edit: a few months after all the work, we noticed a slow drip at an external faucet down the line from a closed valve. We called Premier to take a look. They showed up quick, replaced the faulty valve and didnt charge us for it. Add integrity and fairness to the list of characteristics to describe them. A+.

    TJs crew took out a kitchen cabinet and installed a dishwasher purchased from Decker and Sons. The crew was great to work with. They currently are installing a shower/tub unit, replacing a garbage disposal, and replacing some old water and sewer piping. They are a pleasure to work with and make sure they make repairs properly.

    They installed my new sink on my kitchen & had to “re-plumb” to make it work. Very efficient. Also, a different time, had to have a new toilet installed after they detected a crack. Work was completed in a timely manner. Very happy with the service that I received.

    Our under mount sink became detached from our granite on Sunday, we called Premier on Sunday and they actually answered which was amazing! They were here Tuesday morning because we told them it wasn’t an emergency,(which they asked us if it was)! They repaired it, very professional and very helpful!     I had a total back up. They found room in their tight schedule to not only come out one time but twice. First time they thought the clog was removed. Later that day when that proved not to be the case, they were back out and went through the entire system all the way to the septic tank. They really did a great job making sure my line was clog free and draining properly.

    They did work in my 1950s house to replace my old electric water heater with a new high efficiency gas water heater. They reconfigured the piping, installed the equipment and added a new vent through an old existing wall opening. My utility bills are a lot lower now! Thanks guys!

    Contacted Premier Plumbing for two issues.First I needed an assessment about a toilet that was loose, TJ arrived when expected- was professional and knowledgeable about the problem. My toilet was repaired and secured correctly in less than 90 minutes. My 2nd issue involved replacement of my kitchen faucet which was leaking and needed replacing. The faucet was ordered and installed on a second service call. Again, on time professional and work completed quickly and the area was left clean and ready for use.
