    “Basement renovation in Bloomfield New Jersey”!Do you need professional help to do the renovation? Then, listen to this. We lived in our house for almost 10 years and we decided to have our basement done. Our basement is old and gets flooded when it rains for several days! It was a headache! Looking for a contractor was even more challenging, especially someone that we could trust and follow what we would like done in our basement. Fortunately, Adan Construction LLC was able to help us with the process and achieve our dream basement. Thanks to Michael, Adan, and his group of professional workers for a job well done.     I had my porch and exterior stairs renovated and overall, Im pleased with the end result. Of five different quotes, they were the most reasonably priced, knowledgeable and had successfully done similar work before. The combination of new materials and Adan and Michael’s recommendations, made for an overall great look and sturdy construction. There were some hiccups along the way, but despite challenges, concerns were addressed and communication improved. Adan and Michael are professional, patient and seem to really enjoy the work they do. I would highly recommend working with them.

    Had the driveway repaved as additional work to a larger exterior project. After Adan and Michael’s recommendations, patience in explaining the different options to me, and added time, we moved forward with the repaving and Im glad we did so.     Adan, Michael and their team did an exceptional remodeling of our basement. Due to frequent flooding, they reconstructed and installed a french drain. They added a bathroom and elevated our washer/dryer system. They had an efficient team for each step of the project. I was impressed by their expertise, craftsmanship (electrical, plumbing, flooring, framework, interior design) communication and hard work. A room that we would seldom use, they transformed the space to what we now enjoy daily!

    I’ve been looking for work to be done in the bathroom/basement, and one day while driving home I saw a work van with “Adan Construction” on the side. Curious, I googled them and checked their website and social media out and knew this was the kind of work I was looking for.I emailed them, and within a day or two they got back to me, came to my home and came up with an extremely reasonable quote for the project.Within the next few weeks the project started, and I gotta say, these guys busted their backs day after day. They showed up bright and early morning and stayed until about 6 every night.They went above and beyond with their work and even did more than we asked (pipe removal, heater installation etc.)Honestly cannot recommend them enough. Beyond friendly, great with their communication, and the work truly speaks for itself.Looking for more work in the future and there’s no doubt I’ll be sticking with Adan.

    We hired Adan and team to renovate the home we bought. They did a lot of work for us: gut renovated kitchen, gut renovated bathrooms, refinished floors, changed whole home plumbing, updated electrical service, reinforced girder with steel beam and fixed waterproofing in the basement. They did a great job, were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and delivered great quality! We plan to hire them again in future for some outdoor work we want to do and recommend them to everyone looking to get quality work done!

The project consisted of water proofing the basement (including adding a French drainage & sump pump), electrical, flooring, and sheet rock walls and ceiling.
