Michael recently completed replacement of a concrete sidewalk along the side of my home. He was extremely professional, responsive, and friendly throughout the process from first communication through completion of the job. He and his crew worked very quickly to demo the existing sidewalk and complete the new work exactly as he described, within the estimated time. The job was more difficult than a normal sidewalk due to working above ground level in a narrow space against the side of the house. He handled it with ease, taking great care for the surrounding structures and garden beds. Michael followed up quickly when I had questions after the job and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was to my liking. I highly recommend Michael Rumps for all concrete related work.

Michael came out for my estimate and was very nice. He made me feel comfortable and told me everything up front. Michael and his guys came to do driveway, sidewalk repair and fix couple foundation cracks in basement. Michael and his guys finished all the work in timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. You wouldnt even know they were here besides a beautiful new driveway. Michaels work is so nice and professional. Great company. Needed some maintenance work done on an older brick foundation and they were able to complete it quickly and to good standards. Michael and his crew installed a french drain system for me a few weeks ago. I was very impressed by his crew and the quality of work. There was and issue with the placement of the drain pipe, not their fault, but they came out right away and moved it for me. We finally got rain and storms and there was not one drop of water in my basement for the first time. They also installed a new Back door and storm door which required a lot of extra work. I am a completely satisfied customer and will use them for anything I need done in the future. Michael is a quality guy and runs a quality company.

I was referred to Mike for concrete work from my realtor shortly after I settled into my new home. One of the biggest things that annoyed us with our new construction home was the pathetic excuse of driveway the builder provided. The driveway was very long, but extremely narrow. The houses in the development shouldve all been installed with double-wide driveways, but its obvious the builder was trying to save money over practical use for the home owner.Mike stopped by around Memorial Day weekend and checked out the scope of my project. Ended up witg a 55 x 9 extension and 12 x 9 rear extension so I could park an additional car. He ensured all necessary permits and permissions were granted before starting any work. In the case for New Castle County, no permit was required. We did require permission for DELDOT but that was a quick glance over. Mike and his crew were finished the job very quickly and the end result was great.
