    Daniel did a fantastic job with the boiler replacement. This is a costly job, so I wanted a company I could trust to install it, and Royal Class didnt disappoint. They were prompt and professional and made sure I was informed every step of the way. They also notified me by text when Daniel was on his way so I could prepare (put the dogs away!) Im happy with my new more efficient boiler and have peace of mind Ill make it through another cold winter in NY (and many more in the future) without any issues.

    Kyle R. was respectful and found practical needs for important things that popped up.A pipe burst in my house and he shut the water off going from that point, and came back in a couple days to fix the leak.He stayed the entire time working and he even gave me a military discount because I was in the Army.Not enough good things can be said for Kyle R. and Royal Class!

    Excellent service. When our old hot water tank sprung a leak, Dave came out to asses the situation. He gave us several options and really spent time explaining the details to us. And once we made a decision, everything was put into motion. Dan and Andres showed up first thing in the morning to install our new heating system. They were always courteous and did a fantastic job. Now our heating system is fully upgraded and we have hot water once again without the worry of leaks. Thank you Andres, Dan, and Dave and everyone else at Royal Class.

    Found I had a pipe from my tub leaking into my kitchen . Called Royal and within an hour Kyle showed up to asses the situation. Said he could fix it and returned with all the parts he needed to make the repair. Everything went smoothly and the pair was made. No more leaking tub. Kyle was very knowledgeable and friendly and knocked out the repair in no time. Not that in looking for any new plumber problem but I will call Royal the next time I have a problem

    A bit of a different type of review. I have used this company previously for regular HVAC maintenance and have been satisfied. This past Sunday, I called them for a unique reason: one of my 4 month old foster kittens managed to displace the floor vent in my kitten room and had disappeared down my HVAC ductwork. I heard his brother crying on the baby monitor, and went to check on them when I discovered this and my heart dropped into my stomach. I called out to Parker, and I could hear him meowing, but I couldnt see him or feel him, even with my entire arm inside the vent. I turned off all my thermostats and called my friend, but despite our efforts at locating him, we had no idea where he was in the house.I called Royal Class Service and initially they said they wouldnt be able to help because of liability issues, since there was a live animal involved. I think they took pity on me and could tell I was panicked, and called me back to say theyd reconsidered and would send someone out. They did quote me the emergency call price, since it was Sunday, and their technician, Craig, arrived shortly thereafter. He ran a camera down into the ductwork, and unfortunately, despite rolling out 25 feet of slack, there was no sign of Parker. We could still hear him purring, but everything echos in that maze of tunnels and we couldnt figure out where he was, and he couldnt follow our voices to the opening. Craig did check several other vents, the boiler room, and even my attic, but unfortunately we realized that Parker could be anywhere. I could tell Craig was worried (and dejected), but at that point the only option would be for him to start opening up my entire HVAC system and my walls, and I wasnt at that point...yet. He left - reluctantly - after apologizing for not being able to do more, and suggested that we give Parker a little time to calm down from all the strange voices and the racket of the camera being deployed. He also let me know that Royal Class wasnt going to charge me anything for the call.About 30 minutes after he left, I decided to go into the adjoining bedroom and remove the vent cover, to see if perhaps Parker had moved closer to that side of the house. I also thought that if *we* couldnt decipher where he was based on his cries (he was no longer purring, but becoming increasingly distressed), because of how sound carried and was being distorted in the ductwork, then *he* probably wouldnt be able to locate us by sound either. Instead, I got my laser pointer and reached as far as I could into the vent and started waiving it around and calling to him. Within a minute or two, I heard a cry that sounded closer. I kept calling and shining the red laser around wildly, and about a minute later, I saw a little white head pop around a corner! Another meooowww, and Parker crawled closer to the opening and I was able to scruff him and pull him out of the vent! Thankfully he was unharmed, and after reuniting with his brother, Benji, had nothing but exciting stories to tell, the little pistol.So although Royal Class wasnt able to locate Parker, I was truly touched by both the concern and effort shown by Craig, as well as by the fact that the company elected not to charge me a dime for sending someone out on a Sunday afternoon to try to assist with a kitty rescue. Moreover, I got a follow up text message on Monday from the company, inquiring as to whether I was able to rescue Parker. They said Craig was a cat enthusiast, and had been so upset that he couldnt find Parker. I shared the good news, as well as a picture of the culprit and his brother. I hear that my boys are quite popular with the team now, and have their own little fan club!I was impressed by Royal Class Services compassion and by Craig for his efforts and concern for my little guy. Every once in awhile, something happens that restores your faith in peoples kindness, and this was definitely one of those times.     It feels like a cliche to say that Royal Class Service always goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, but its really true. Ive had them out to my house twice, the first time to install a hybrid water heater and the second time to repair a faulty AC unit. They will always be my first call for any issues I have with plumbing or HVAC.

    Royal Class installed a new natural gas on demand heating system. Excellent work even the town inspector was very impressed on the neat work that was done. Had the system serviced this year by Bruce. System is working great. Bruce did and excellent job. He even helped change my water filter system. Very neat and clean.     Last week, Royal Class replaced the HVAC in my home. The process was seamless from start to finish. Dave Straub provided me with three excellent options, Dianne did the quick scheduling, and Daniel & assistant arrived first thing in the morning to do the install. My floors were covered & protected before they started working. Noise was minimal, out with the really old & in with the new! Installation was completed by mid-day and all went well. I am very pleased with the service and attention to detail, as well as the excellent pricing, offered through Royal Class Service. The best around!

    Great work by both friendly plumbers. Very thorough and keep you updated through the process with pictures and explanations of the issue(s). I had a fairly expensive job ($4k) and I feel ok because the work looks correct and well done. The people that work at Royal are nice and prompt, which is hard to find in the home repair service industry. You know they’ll come and do the job as the estimate was agreed upon. Well done.

I initially spoke to Amanda about my no heat emergency situation, she was amazing! - listened and made me immediately feel as though I had found the right company to help.     We discovered a leak in the crawl space and called Royal Class and they arranged for a plumber to come the next day. Cole was very professional and inspected everything down in the space. He provided us with options and price quotes and answered all our questions. We decided on what needed to be done and he made all the arrangements as it is work that will be done at a future date as soon as possible.     Central AC replacement. Andres was on site at 8:15 and after assessing access to the attic put a mat down to cover the floor from the work are to the front door. Andres & Daniel were very efficient and professional. Work space in the attic was tight but they took the time to make it safe to allow for efficient removal and install. Commissioning of the new unit was thorough and gave me sense of that the install was performed professionally by knowledgeable Tech’s. I would definitely recommend Royal.

    Royal arrived promptly to replace a severely damaged oil burner furnace and hot water heater. The company worked with my homeowners insurance company to provide them with the necessary information for reimbursement. The technicians were polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The office was responsive, returned all of my calls and pleasantly answered all my questions. This was a devastating experience, leaving my entire home filled with soot and their kindness was so comforting. Going forward, I will now use Royal for all my system needs. I couldnt recommend them more highly.. They even sent me a box of cookies as a thank you LOL.     Cole and Craig form Royal Class Service and the excavation team from Valley Contracting did an excellent job of replacing sewer pipes in our crawl space and also connecting us to our town sewer line. Cole and Craig worked tirelessly all day to replace pipes and then routing new piping for the hookup to the town sewer. Mike O’Donnell and Ryan and Whitey from Valley Contracting did a great job digging the trench from the house to the sewer hookup and then pumping out and demolishing the septic tank.Royal Classic handled getting the town permit and keeping us informed of the process, as well as bringing in Valley Contracting for the excavation work. Matt, Diane and Bruce, in the Royal Classic office, answered all our questions and were so prompt in getting back to us. From our first contact by phone with Liz at Royal Classic, to working with Cole through the process, to Mike O’Donnell form Valley Contracting coming back the next morning with more fill to level out the yard area covering the demolished septic tank, this major project was efficient and seamless.     Having experienced the immediate odor of electrical burning I was so scarred and started looking around from where it was coming from. The suspected culprit was our furnace.     I had a terrible sulphur/rotten egg odor that intermittently shows up after showering in the master bath, and Friday was pretty bad. I sent an email to Royal Class late on Sunday evening, and by 8:30 am today, the company reached out to me to discuss the issue. They said they could send a technician in a couple of hours, which I happily accepted. Dylan arrived promptly to troubleshoot, and of course (as is always the case) there was no smell when he ran the shower. He took his time, though, checking the shower, the tub, and the hot water heater, as well as other faucets in the house. He explained everything well and gave me options, including an estimate on replacing the anode in my hot water heater (a likely culprit). He also said it could be because I dont use the tub in the master, and suggested that it could be gas in the p-trap that dried out from non-use. He suggested that I periodically turn the water on in the tub, as well as other faucets that dont get much use in the house, to see if that took care of the problem. I appreciate that he didnt try to push an expensive repair on me that might not be necessary. He took a water sample and it will at least be good to know whats in my water, particularly since I am considering installing a filtering system in the house. Dylan was thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and amicable, and while I hope that I wont need the services of Royal Class anytime again soon, I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs (and perhaps HVAC when my agreement with another company expires). Very satisfied with the company and the tech!

    Dan and his crew installed my new systems 2000 boiler, doing an exceptional job. Hes neat, efficient, and genuinely cares. I can say this with certainty because during the installation Dan found that the manufacturer forgot to send an essential piece for the venting of the unit, making it impossible fire the new unit up. He tried everything he make something happen and although ultimately we had to wait an extra day (no big deal, life happens) you could see he was genuinely disappointed, apologizing several times for the issue.I wont let another plumbing company ever work on my home.

    We just had Matt out today for an HVAC estimate. Because a text was sent to me with a bit more info on Matt, I realized he might be able to provide estimates for plumbing issues weve been unable to resolve with a prior plumber. He listened to our issues, tested a few thoughts, and provided us a solution. Hell be typing up individual estimates for each issue along with estimates on HVAC system.Along the way he gave us ideas that we can help improve our heating and cooling efficiencies as homeowners.Im pleased with his visit, and look forward to working with Royal Class in the near future.I also want to add how appreciative I was that he had no problems wearing a mask.     Noel with Royal Class diagnosed my AC issue within minutes after seeing that hot air was blowing out of my vents. I didnt proceed with the repair because Im in a new home, and the system is under warranty. Noel recorded a video for me to show the builder!! Awesome and timely service!     Royal Class Service came to my home to do a gas pipe pressure test that I needed as soon as possible. The work was well done, the technicias were on time, professional and they even gave us tips on how to communicate the work done to Central Hudson,the electricity and gas company of the Hudson area. I recommend this company for any home owner. They also have an annual membership which gives you their service all year to check plumbing, electrical and gas in the house. We dont need home warranty at all.
