    Eric and his crew delivered. Had a water line break over a weekend, he had equipment and excavators lined up within 2 weeks in the middle of summer. Minimal Cocnrete work in the house after boring a new water line, had the project done within a morning. Do t hesitate to do business with.

Dan took time to walk us through their showroom and guide us to the perfect Refrigerator for our needs. Even found a great deal on matching stove. STEVE AND WAYDE delivered and set up. They were AWESOME. Very efficient and most respectful of our home. Removed and replaced doors on the fridge and our house to get my new fridge in. Took the time to explain the many new controlsBells and whistles that we werent familiar with. Cant thank them enough. Great job guys.Highly recommend..

    We had a very positive experience buying and the delivery of our refrigerator. They were able to delivery on the same day we bought it. It was the day before the Fourth of July, so we were very happy with this prompt service! The delivery people were helpful, answered our questions and did an excellent job.

    Brian B. inspected my Lateral Sewer Line and found that it only needed cleaning. He brought along all the equipment needed to complete the job at hand and left everything as he found it when he arrived. A year has passed now and everything is working like a Top of the Line Clock. :-} GREAT JOB Brian Boomgarden!

    Purchased kitchen range and it was delivered and installed within several days. Installers were polite and worked efficiently. Used stove same day for baking and preparing dinner. Worked well. I think I will like the new features also.

    Danielle was friendly and efficient. Paul H. arrived, listened to what I said and then took care of furnace maintenance and found the problem with our AC. He was knowledgable and explained. He also did some research about the needed part and reported his findings before he left. He came back today with the needed part and installed it. The AC works again! Wonderful service. THANKS! GSM cares about their customers.

They were all amazing and super friendly! Even though we had an appliance cart at home, they loaned us a cart, AND blankets to get our new range/oven home safely! Top notch service, paired with knowledgeable staff!

    We bought new appliances for our kitchen from GSM. We love them and had a warranty issue with the shelf in the refrigerator. We made a call to GSM and Dan took care of it. He stopped over the same day we called and updated us 2-3times through out the process until we received the new parts. We couldnt be happier with the sales team and more importantly the service after the sale.

    My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. GSM quickly sent two guys with a replacement heater who then had the failed heater removed and replaced in a short time. A very friendly and efficient team which provides great customer service. I would highly recommend GSM!

    Steve did work on our refrigerator in the freezer compartment water draining down to the fan causing ice to form.He fixed it so the water doesnt drain down. I definitely would recommend Steven Kostoff Hes the bestπŸ‘Œ .
