I contacted Collin for some concerns my husband and I had in our house related to noises that didnt seem right for plumbing, along with some slow water pressure in part of the house.Collin arrived a little early, before my scheduled appointment (which was super awesome!), and he took his time investigating while trying to replicate the issues with the houses plumbing. He was super thorough, explaining everything in a clear manner - and he even taught me how to flush out the sediment from the hot water heater!By the end of his investigations, he said that there was really nothing wrong, other than the hard water from the city causing expected build up in the plumbing system.We discussed a water softener treatment system, which my husband and I had been talking about getting for a couple years. Collin was able to quote us a very reasonable price for a system, providing us with photos of previous installations. Im planning to have Collin return to install the water softener as soon as I am ready to move forward with the project.I definitely will make sure Collin is our regular house plumber. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth!! -

Colin was awesome!! I had been battling a slow drain in my kitchen for close to a week. I reached out to Super Rooter and spoke with Colin. He was there within a couple hours to diagnose the issue. His rates are more than reasonable and the guy knows his stuff. Highly recomend. -

Though I didnt get to use their services, I really appreciate Collins answering my questions and his professionalism. He gave me a very reasonable quote. I would have gone with Super Rooter if I hadnt missed out on an open availability that they had. That will teach me not to try to schedule something while I was on vacation and coming back home. Silly me. In the future, if I ever need water/plumbing services I would definitely consider using them for their services! -

Collin was awesome! He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and clear the clog right away! He also offered helpful hints and pointed out that our back flow shut off valve was in need of replacing also. Prices were very reasonable and comparable to the work performed! -

My parents had a water leak that needed to be repaired. I called a couple of places in the area just to get the run around or no one even answered. Then I called Super Rooter and they answered and had no problem checking it out the same day. They arrived at my parents house within a couple of hours and was able to resolve the water leak with no problem. My parents were so happy to get that fixed the same day. Highly recommended. I will call them first for any problems I have with plumbing in the future. -

I own and operate an Airbnb in Deland. Around 4pm on Saturday, I received a call from my guests informing me the water in the house was not working. I called several companies and Collin from Super Rooter was the only one who called back within a half hour of my call. I was in panic mode and Collin related he could not come out until Monday but he would talk me through on providing a temporary fix. He stayed on the phone with me for about a half hour until I got the water to flow again to the home. He literally saved the day. He came Monday morning on time as promised. He was very professional and did excellent work. He replaced the piping that was bad and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. He is a man of his word and in todays society that means a lot. I highly recommend him and definitely will use him for all my plumbing problems to come. Thank you again Collen for saving the day and my guests from a could be a bad vacation. -

Absolutely *terrific* service by owner/operator Collin Bllavir!! In my 20+ years in DeLand, and having used numerous other plumbing companies, Super Rooter is *by far* the best Ive ever used! On time, extremely courteous, highly efficient and fantastic service in repairing numerous problems (toilet repair, slow sink drains, clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal and installing new shower head).
