I was completely ghosted by another contractor and Josh was able to help out in a time crunch and gave a reasonable bid and was professional and easy to work with.I needed my hardwood floors sanded and finished and he gave me samples to look at the first day he sanded and was good to answer any questions I had.I wouldnt think twice to hire Josh and my floors look awesome. I do woodworking and Im kind of a handyman/home remodeler myself and I did one bedroom on my own and Joshs floors turned out better.
