We had a friend that had a project done by Anclote Restoration and the work was beautiful. When we needed to have our kitchen remodeled we call and set up a consultation. From the first meeting to the last it was great working with this company. The plan was well explained and clear. The work happened on schedule which honestly is not the typically what you experience with contractors. Also not typical was the project manager. He kept us informed and always got back to us when we had questions. A truly patient and professional man. All in all I would recommend Anclote restoration to anyone who is having work done in their home.

We had Mike and Rich both working on our renovation. From the start to the finsih it went of without a hitch! They were so easy to work with. We had a water leak that resulted in having an insurance claim. We had to have the cement slab torn up, pipes fixed and then slab fixed and all new floors. They did it all within 2 weeks. They kept us in the loop the whole time, giving us updates. They also cleaned up so nicely as well as protecting all of our cabinets and appliances that stayed in the house. I would highly reccommend Anclote Construction, they are top notch, very proffessional! Pictures of during and after. So incerdibly happy with the job they did, they exceeded my expectations and I will certainly use them again!

Anclote did a big remodel job for a commercial property that I manage. We chose them because their attention to detail in the bid process and the fact that they were able to handle all aspects of the remodel including flooring, painting, carpentry, lighting & electrical, plumbing etc. Jenna was our project manager. She was constantly coming by to check on progress and was super responsive whenever I reached out to her with any questions. I would certainly use them again on my next rehab or remodel project!

We had an amazing experience with Anclote Restoration from start to finish. Mark and Casie explained all of the options for my project. The quote was reasonable and broken down so it was very easy to see where the price truly came from. Casie and his team were professional and easy to work with and they didn’t mind my dog who would bark a bit as they came inside and outside. The gentleman (can’t remember his name!) who caulked and painted did such a crisp job!! And Jenna helped throughout the whole process from scheduling to checking on the finished product. We would absolutely use Anclote Restoration again.

The exception was Anclote. They were very honest, professional and within our price range. I recommend this company to everyone. My house burnt down last year and they came out and re built it. I had called so many different companies and they had the best turn around time so I decided to go with them and I am so glad I did. After suffering such a great loss, they made the process so easy. I had a bathroom leak and was referred to Anclote Restoration by my insurance company. Rich from Anclote came out, saw the damage and actually called and negociated with my insurance adjustor to get more money to get the job done! I had always wanted to convert my old tub to a shower so this was the perfect time to do the remodel. Rich and Mike worked had to make sure the job was done correctly. They over saw all their contractors ensuring everything was perfect. My daughter is a designer and they followed her plans exactly. I smile when I enter my new bathroom. It is magnificent! I will call Anclote when I am ready for my kitchen remodel!

My house was flooded in early December when a sewage pipe broke on Village property I live on. After researching several companies I went with Anclote Restoration for complete restoration of my entire house. I have been satisfied with the quality of the work done for me. There were some issues you would expect as to what the budget allowed versus what the actual cost turned out to be. I choose to put vinyl throughout the entire house which I recently put down. I had put new carpet in the bedroom . So I had additional funding I was responsible for when I decided on vinyl in the bedroom instead of the carpet. But I was please with the overall outcome. I also found it difficult to understand replacement of the same material in the countertop since costs had gone up. Over all the finished project is quality work and I have been pleased with the quality.

Our renovation was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. As with all projects, there were minor setbacks, but one of the best aspects of working with Anclote Restoration was the ability to express concerns and receive solutions in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new kitchen. They efficiently worked with our insurance and with us and created a successful experience. Also, every employee/sub contractor who entered our home were friendly and professional.

I would recommend Mark and Anclote restoration. The team is very communicative and professional in their work. We had a broken pipe flood our house. All baseboards, cabinets and custom closet was redone. They did a superior job. Their cabinet guy Bryan was very good at meeting our expectations and did the job to make us happy. I give 5 stars and would just recommend some additional attention to cleaning cabinet doors, shelves and floors after finishing installation. Anclote saved us money and I really am appreciative of their professional insight.

Following water damage to our glued down hardwood floor and kitchen cabinets, Rich came over and talked us through what in his opinion was necessary. As Florida snowbirds, we left the house to them to get on with the work whilst we returned up north. Returning a month later to sign off on the work, all I can say is WOW !Very pleased with the result. Anclote were very flexible and incorporated some additional modifications, such as replacing 1/4 round on existing baseboards with new 3 1/4 wood baseboards. The new plumbing under the kitchen sink is pure PRO! Thanks Anclote.

We searched long and hard for a contractor after Hurricane Irma ripped the flat roof off our house and flooded the interior. They were a local company and we were looking for a third opinion, not being overly happy with the first two we called. Mark came out and was very friendly and helpful. We even have property near each other in North Carolina. Mark and Mikes insurance background really appealed to us and they worked from the adjusters estimate. Having additional damage until we could get the roof back on the house they took care of the insurance supplement for us. Diane was very nice to work with and dealt with the mortgage company which to that point was a complete nightmare. They started very quickly and there were no delays. We were surprised considering how many were affected by the storm. If a problem was noted Mike was usually there within fifteen minutes to take care of our concerns. Their work was of exceptional quality and they did not cut any corners anywhere. If there was a hint of water damage they did not try to repair or patch it, they replaced it. This is a great company and we highly recommend them.

After the professional drying out process, Anclote Construction/Restoration came in to rebuild the kitchen the way it was was prior to flood. They did a 5 star job. We are happy with the bathroom remodel that Anclote performed after we had some water damage immediately after moving into our house. They also directly communicated with our homeowners insurance company to make sure that we didnt have to come out of pocket more than our deductible. Only criticism I can give is that the job took 7 weeks to complete which I felt was a bit long. Some of this can be attributed to our homeowners insurance delaying payment. Overall good company to work with and I would recommend to others.

I can not say enough great things about Mike and the team at Anclote restoration. We had water damage in our upstairs bathroom and had fought with the insurance company for quite some time, they had rejected several estimates from other contractors and many companies I called did not even want to come and give me a bid. I reached out to Anclote and their office manager, Dianne, sent out Rich who use to be a claims adjuster himself and he basically did the work for my insurance company and was not only able to get the estimate approved for our bathroom but also for all our hardwood floors to be replaced as well since part of them had been damaged.Once the work started, they were courteous and explained the steps in detail. When Mike found that we had a small leak on our roof in the process he made the repairs quickly since we were out of town during the renovations. Mike communicated with us each evening and told us what was happening with the repairs. We came home to the job being completed as they promised.

I reached out to every real estate attorney, contractor, and trade specialist I knew. Everyone said they were a great company and did high quality work. I met with one of the owners 2 days later at the house.As a home owner dealing with a disaster and not knowing what to expect meeting Mark Byrne the President of the company changed my entire outlook. He took the time to explain in detail how the process works with the insurance company and gave me a very accurate timeline for the project, and was also very helpful in helping me figure out my temporary housing during the project. I agree to have them do the work on the spot.Anclote had a great crew at my house the next day to start the remediation and scheduled to have all of my furniture, clothing etc moved out of the house. Inside of a week they had cleaned up the entire mess, fixed my roof, and moved all of my things out so they could start the rebuilding process.Mark and Mike Byrne met with me and took a lot of time to go through the entire project. As they started working on what was almost an entire rebuild it is important to know that I was always able to talk to them or the people doing the work so it was going to get done right the first time. I also thought it was nice to be able to pick out fixtures, fans, etc along the way. They were very helpful in helping pick flooring, paint, etc. It went from having the feeling of dealing with a disaster to being excited about building a new house.I cant thank Mark and Mike Byrne enough along with every person in the company. I found out about Anclote Restoration when my house flooded last summer. At the time, I was completely overwhelmed by the flood damage. The walls, floors and kitchen cabinets of my home had to be removed and replaced. I met with several contractors and heard different opinions about what needed to be done and what flood insurance would cover. When I met with Mark Byrne, one of the owners of Anclote, he was like the voice of reason in a total nightmare. He carefully explained what I needed to do, why I needed to do it and how much insurance would cover. I felt he was honest and straight-forward and gave him the job. When the work started, it was supervised by Mike Byrne, who is Mark’s brother and also an owner of Anclote. He was very hands on and stopped by, telephoned and texted me frequently with updates. Each and every crew that worked on my house was professional, courteous, and hard-working. They did excellent work and they always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Many of them were Anclote employees. Now that all the work is complete, I feel my house is better than before. If I ever have another disaster I know I will call Anclote Restoration. Estimate that was provided was detailed and used throughout job for additions and deletions. (Initial cost of project was about $100k.)Quality of work was excellent, all sub-contractors were professional and courteous. Many, many, compliments on my house since they completed the job. We had a minor roof leak and within two days our ceiling had collapsed. Insurance was notified and we couldn’t wait 48 hours for their team to come out, Anclote came out immediately and brought dehumidifier machines. They mitigated all of our concerns as we have a child with asthma and could wait for adjusters. Anclote was quick, informative and they far surpassed anything I expected in such a time of need and stress and anxiety. Thank you Anclote!

We were out of town for a month. When we got back the condo upstairs did some pluming work. Every time they showered it came down to our place. We had lots of mold. Anclote was here the next day. They got rid of all the wet and molded drywall. Did mold treatment, replaced drywall, tile in shower, molding, and so on. They were the best. The crew were very polite and clean. I would refer them to anyone. GREAT customer services.

Had a water supply line break and flood 90% of my condo over in Pinellas. Called them at about 3 p.m., they were there with their clean up equipment by 8:30 p.m. Very loud but very effective. over the next couple days had to tear out all the carpet , strip mouldings and drill vent holes in walls and replace bad tile and bath vanity. I thought the response was super fast considering you want to dry out the place asap.Spent 5 days drying the place out. Place was a mess.They worked well with the insurance co. Did a darn good job on the replacement and restoration well within budget after dryout. Wanted a specific carpet and pad so it took a couple days longer than I expected, but it was well worth the wait. Owner Mike checked on it every couple days, guy is a real quality contractor. Co. is legit, licensed and insured, gave me a 1 yr. guarantee on labor and materials. No games- stuck to his estimated price. Reliable bunch when disaster strikes, at least for me.

Can’t say enough about this company. I had 3-4 quotes done on my home remodel and Anclote was the best priced. I had an Insurance claim as a result of a broken pipe. I contacted Anclote Restoration and couldnt have had better results. They worked with my HO insurance adjuster, who also had high praise for AR. Every member of the crew that replaced the floors, walls and the hole that was made in order to repair the culprit (water pipe), along with the painting inside and out, were a delight to work with. Each and every one of them went above and beyond. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.In my former life I handled insurance claims and this is the first time I was ever on this side of a claim. This was an experience I wouldnt want again but should the occasion arise, Anclote Restoration is on the top of my list.....and Ill be sure to recommend them to anyone who asks!

Having used another contracting company in the past, we recognize what a wonderful project manager Mike is. He checks on his guys often and sees that they have what they need to complete their work. We just completed a kitchen renovation in our condominium with Anclote. Our experience was excellent. The kitchen is stunning, every phase of the project was easy and completed within the timeframe laid out. The staff is knowledgable, efficient and personable. Every question we had was answered promptly. This company deserves a 10 out 10. This is the second time that we used Anclote restoration for home restoration. We called them the second time due to the fact that our first experience was great. The second experience (7 years later) was the same quality of work. We had some of the same employees in both experiences, which says a lot in the construction field. Was very happy with what Anclote did in our kitchen. Because of a water leak we had to replace sections of walls and all of our cabinets. The job was quoted to be finished in a little over 2 weeks but was done in 2 weeks. It also came in slightly under budget. There were a couple of minor issues that the team fixed immediately. You will not go wrong in hiring Anclote Restoration.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about ANCLOTE or their employees. All are highly capable, friendly, knowledgeable, and their work is of the highest quality! Mike stopped in, quite a few times, keeping a watchful eye on the progress and was willing to make a few changes from the original quote. This was the third renovation of my entire master bath and parts of my kitchen. I only wish I had known about ANCLOTE before the first. My home was hit by a car.l called Anclote Restoration and they came out and gave me an estimate as to what it would take to repair my home asI had structural and electrical damages.I had to move out of my house as it was deemed unsafe.
