    When I discovered a leak in the roof, they came out immediately to evaluate. Their schedule was full, but the next day they sent someone out to do a temporary patch, to keep the leak from doing more damage. Then as soon as they could, they sent a crew out to do a complete new roof. It looks great, and Ive had no problems since. Excellent service; they went out of their way to help and get my problem taken care of.

    From start to finish, WM was very responsive, professional and communicative. We were very impressed with the entire team at WM and felt the installation of our roof was top-notch. They were honest and it seemed they had great integrity. Having a flat roof on our home presented a lot of concern and challenges. WM Roofing did an outstanding job calming our concerns and handling everything in an outstanding manner. Would definitely recommend this company for a flat roof, low-slope and gutter project. Great job guys!

    I have used WM Commercial Roofing at not only my place of business, the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway, but also at the Masonic Lodge that I am a member of. Their assessment of my needs at each location was spot on and the repairs were made as soon as weather would permit. They repaired both a rubber membrane roof and a foam roof with satisfaction. I will be using them in the future.

    Wm Roofing installed a new flat roof on my building several years ago. I have not had any issues with a roof that had previously been a nightmare. I wish all the companies I worked with had half of the integrity this company has. Wayne is always accommodating, pleasant and immediately responsive and makes sure I understand exactly what needs to be done and why. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

    WM has now completed 3 large new construction projects for me to date. In each project the communication from start to finish was excellent. The actual work performed was done professionally and OSHA compliant. You judge a roofing company by its record of solving problems. On one project that had a call back due to inclement weather during original install the service was immediate and effective in response time. I would use WM again.

    My roof had leaks in it everywhere...... thought I had to spend tens of thousands for a new roof. Paid only 5 grand to WM roofing and almost a year later I have zero leaks. Having then come back to do more repairs on another section of the building in the spring. Amazing people and an amazing product.
