    We were very pleased with the professionalism of Deak Electric throughout the process of selecting, installing, and starting up our new Generac Standby Generator. Every member of their team was excellent. Manny took the time to strategically determine our needs, answer our questions, and suggest payment options. Their office staff coordinated with other vendors, scheduled appointments, and communicated with us all along the way. Licensed electrician Dylan and his team worked neatly, and efficiently installing our generator, and Bill Jr. made sure that everything was up to code before showing us what we needed to know as new owners of a generator. We highly recommend Deak Electric.

    Excellent workmanship and top notch electricians. Kevin was neat, efficient and very pleasant! I had a laundry list of neglected electrical issues that he took care of for me from installing new Ring Outdoor motion detector Spotlights over my garage and side doorways ...a timer switch for my bathroom fan and lighting repairs. A+++

    The absolute best. I have been using Deak electric for over 3 years to service my V-10 liquid cooled generator. Steve and Helena are extremely professional, knowledgeable, available and always willing to help. The make Deak electric the only place to purchase and service your Generac generator.     Our experience with Deak has been exceptional.Our sales rep, Manny, is extremely knowledgable and clearly explained the optimal installation plan. Morgans customer support has been amazing. Despite our challenges with generator/tank placement, she stuck with us every step of the way until the job was successfully completed.     I have quarterly service on my generator with Deak Electric since I became the new owner in April after the previous owner only had annual service. I have received two visits thus far and have been impressed with the quality of the work and the knowledge of their technician who knows his stuff! My generator has been in the red twice and both times they let me know before I knew. The first time was a glitch that they were able to reset remotely. The second time I had just converted to solar and Eversource changed out the meter and shut the generator down with the manual switch so Bill Jr. through Danielle (who was kind enough to answer my email while on maternity leave!) emailed me the instructions on how to reset it and they also offered a visit if needed. What good is a generator if it is not there when you need it and I need and appreciate Deak for being there when they are needed?!

    RK came out to service our generator which we were told is some beast of a commercial sized one that no one else could fix. It was here when we moved in. He did a great job. Was knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. He knew everything about the generator and was able to repair it. Highly recommend this company.

    Deak installed a new Generac generator and removed our old, poorly-installed generator. Their staff was awesome - polite, neat, patient - and did a great job. They communicate frequently and well. So we knew each step of the process well in advance. Coordinating a town building inspector, a propane company, us and their own people is a lot of work, but they did it very well. Were thrilled with our new whole house standby generator!

    Since moving to the area 6 years ago, Deak Electric has been wonderful! When we bought our house, they installed a new whole-house generator, which they have maintained for years. Not only is the product fantastic (living in the mountains, weve used it a ton due to bad weather and downed trees.) Steven in particular was extraordinarily helpful today. A routine maintenance turned up an issue that he was able to repair under warranty. I can not recommend this company enough. They are responsive and professional. Thanks to everyone at Deak!

    I was connected with Deak through a Costco generator purchase (liquid cooled Generac). Although there were a number of complicating factors (supply chain delays, 75ft of trenching for propane/electric, as well as difficult access to and placement in the backyard), the entire staff at Deak had the utmost patience and worked constructively with us through the entire journey. From the many electricians that visited us (Alex, Dave and Vinny) to the office manager Helena and even Bill Deak Sr, it has been a fantastic experience all around. Also, I didn’t realize this at the time, but FYI even though I was required to pay for the entire project upfront in order to qualify for the 10% Costco shop card, I believe Deak doesn’t receive any payment until the job is substantially complete. Grateful to have such a kind, conscientious, and detail-oriented team to look after and service the system going forward.

    I had a notification of a recall for my generator, I call DeaK and they replaced it. I will tell you they know their business, very professional, trustworthy, and helpful. I will plan on doing business with them from now for everything electric related. The tech Vinny even spoke with my gas company to alert them of a high pressure natural gas problem.     UNBELIEVABLY GREAT!! Had an issue with the generator not starting properly and then the red light. RK came out within a couple of hours, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Another part was needed, and Morgan, who also answers the phones, DROVE the part over. TOO MUCH!! Everything is now working properly, and my stress level has dropped. SUPER COMPANY.

    Deak Electric is an excellent company! The main breaker went bad that supplies power to my condo unit which I rent and Deak was so responsive and nice and professional and got right out there and did a fantastic job! I am so happy to have an excellent company for electricians. Kevin did an excellent job. All the staff was extremely friendly and courteous, a rarity these days!
