Will and his team lived up to their name Hero Plumbing these past couple weeks helping us troubleshoot an issue with the toilets not flushing and low water pressure. They not only successfully diagnosed the problem(s), but they were able to quickly solve them. He was able to quickly get an excavator onsite to dig up the sewer line and fix the toilets flushing issue. A tree root had dislodged and clogged the pipe to the septic tank.10/10 Highly Recommended!

Sent a text to Hero at 8 am, they responded a bit after 9 when they opened. Told me a plumber would be there shortly. The young man had my leaky commode fixed - removed commode from floor, removed and reinstalled wax gasket, replaced and tested seal - all done in less than 20 minutes! This company is indeed named correctly - they’re my hero! Definitely keep them in your contacts.

Called AFTER HOURS and left a message. Within 2 minutes I received a text message saying he could head my way. 10 minutes later he was at the front door. Fixed the problem quick and professionally. The level of above and beyond with this is jaw dropping. BEST IVE EVER SEEN

I just had John and Julian from Hero install a 3 way filter system on my water pump and change out the filter on my reverse osmosis system. They also raised my water pressure.They are highly professional and I couldn’t recommend them more!I now have the best pressure for my shower ever and I should have done it a long time ago!Hire Hero and you’ll be very happy!!!

Resolved all of our issues, sewer was backing up. had to reroute piping due to it being a long stretch to where it was out and hard to tell how much of the line would be collapsed. Got everything working good now though.

I have called on Will on two separate occasions and he showed up to help me out immediately. (Weekend hours and early in the morning). He replaced a hot water tank for me and on a separate occasion found and repaired a water leak under my house. Reasonable pricing and prompt service. I would definitely recommend his service. 5 stars all the way!

These gentlemen went above and beyond for us. We hired them to fix our kitchen sink issues and to install a garbage disposal. They also fixed our cabinet facing which had been loose for years, cleaned up everything when they were finished and made sure the plumbing was efficiently perfect! The prices are fantastic, so affordable! They provided great customer service. I am hearing-impaired and they had no problem texting with me instead of calling. They patiently repeated their answers to my questions then made sure I understood everything. So professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate. I saved their number for future reference!

I was in need of help with some clogged pipes and down spouts. I got put onto hero plumbing and im glad I was. William was very fast and very nice in explaining every step he was taking in fixing my problems. William have a very nice helper that is a hard little worker. The two of them were able to find my leak clear the clogged pipe and fix everything all in the same call. I would recommend Hero plumbing to anyone who is in need a plumbing repairs.

I called Hero plumbing as I was having some issues with my well. They came out and quickly diagnosed the issues and resolved them. While they were there I had them repair a small leak and address an issue with my toilet. They were very professional and efficient. All the problems were corrected in a timely manner. I would recommend.

It was a couple weeks ago when we had the really cold temperatures, and I woke up to no water due to my water pipes frozen under my trailer. I didnt contact Hero Plumbing until late Saturday evening, but I had a response right away about my situation, and they arranged to come out first thing on Sunday morning. They showed up as promised, and had my water back on in less than a couple hours. I did not expect anyone to be able to come out so fast, let alone on a Sunday morning. But they did, and were efficient and friendly. Very thankful for their help and highly recommend for plumbing emergencies and needs. Thank you!!
