Ted and his team were such a dream to work with. From the time we met Ted when he came to give us a quote for removing a load-bearing wall from our new home, he was thoughtful, professional, kind, honest, and well-versed in his work. As this was our first foray into major home renovations, we wanted someone who was transparent in the process and whom we could trust. All of the guys that worked on the project were amazing as well, and we actually kind of miss all the noise they created now that theyre gone! The entire process was a total breeze and we will hire Ted again without hesitation for any work we need done in the future.

They are a reliable company with consistently high quality work !The highest compliment was paid to Ted one day on a project he designed for us ... One of our employees arrived on a job sight that he had no idea that Ted did the perpetration work for ..Our man looked around at the construction work and said to me ..... This job looks so good .. Its as if Nelson did this work ...Ill never forget that because its a clear example of how the workmanship does speak for itself ...If you are doing a project and want it to stand out ... Get Ted to do it !Thanks Ted for everything you do for us...

The Westerly Masonic Foundation had a leak that just couldnt be fixed. T.J. Nelson contractors provided us with a detailed quote of how they would replace our 60+ year old flat roof including exactly what materials the would use. They did a great job at a fair price and we are extremely please with their work. Thanks Ted, Pete & crew!

Everything is always done right. When they say they are coming they do, on time. Always uses a contract so theres no unpleasant financial overrides or surprises. This review is based on them doing several projects over the years including a huge addition, complete kitchen, 2 baths, a deck, and siding. I love getting the job done right with peace of mind.
