From the initial call to the completion of the job, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. Not only were they quick at fixing the urgent plumbing issue, but they were able to diagnose the issue, and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, they exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality plumbing services.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be using E.H. Miller for all of my plumbing needs going forward. My shower started backing up one morning and toilets bubbling and they were able to come out the same day, when Travis and Justin arrived they were incredibly professional and friendly, they got straight to work. Unfortunately they were unable to resolve the issue, and found that there might be a bigger issue that was going to require more time to diagnose and fix (and potentially jackhammering) so you can imagine my anxiety. They were able to schedule the work to be done a few days later, they arrived promptly in the morning and got to work diagnosing, had to call the supervisor, Chris, out who worked with them the rest of the day - they were determined to fix the issue that day and not leave us without plumbing...and they did! They were able to fix the issue with little damage (one hole had to be cut in the wall) and didnt have to jackhammer! Chris explained exactly what was going on, he gave me suggestions for continued maintenance and I felt the price was reasonable for a full days work with 3 guys. Friendly, up front and honest is how I would describe E.H. Plumbing.

We have used E. H.Miller Plumbing for years and have always been thoroughly pleased with any work they have done. Recently, Chris Ayers, chief plumber for the company, helped us solve a complicated issue with our hot water tank. It involved a lot of trouble shooting and multiple parts before the problem was corrected. He was dependable, timely and professional. As he worked, he was extremely thorough and patient throughout the entire process. When the job was finished, we knew it had been done right! We give this company, and Chris Ayers, our highest recommendation! You will not be sorry giving them a call!

Mr. Miller came to check out a leaky faucet for our sink. He came out the same day and immediately realized it was just a loose fitting that needed to be tightened. He tightened it up, checked everything else out, and told me to have a good day! The cost was minimal. We have used him before, including for a very complex job with a bathroom sink, and he always does a fantastic job! Definitely recommend!

Very good service and very prompt. They almost always are able to come next day and get the job done quickly and professionally. I have never had an issue and have used them at least 7-10 times. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

Friendly, respectful, exceptionally responsive, prompt, and high quality, comprehensive service. They replaced my leaking faucet, added turn off knobs underneath and a higher shut off valve to my main water shut off which sat very low behind the washer and hard to turn knob without major tool.At 65, I especially would never have been able to shut it off in an emergency. I was very impressed with experienced professional, Chris Ayers, who came to give the free estimate and with the high quality and attention to details of the repair coordinated by Brian and Jack(?), who came to do the one hour repair. I am highly selective due to a history of disasters with two other plumbing companies. Highly recommend you stop searching and hire E.H. Miller Plumbing today!

Working with EH Miller Plumbing was an excellent experience. Jim was knowledgeable, efficient and kind throughout the entire process. We had gone for many days without hot water before we found EH Miller Plumbing, who were able to promptly install a new hot water heater in our home. We were so pleased with the timeliness, price and outcome of their services. We will be using EH Miller Plumbing for all of our upcoming plumbing needs and we will definitely refer our family and friends!
