    Gene is friendly and did an awesome job of answering questions and working through the process of picking roofing, windows, doors and siding. He was always available to talk with about any questions about the process.Brett is friendly and his teams were great at their work! It was impressive to see them work and when there were issues with our house like wood rot that needed to be fixed they handled it in stride without a problem. The men on the work teams Ivan, Al, Steve, Nate and Daniel were friendly, courteous and wonderful at their trade. They were gracious when I was curious about the work and kindly answered my questions.I highly recommend Zimmermans Roofing (windows and siding) for your home renovation projects. Couldnt have imagined getting a better group of professionals to do our house projects.

    We had about 150 shingles missing from our roof, and we had the best experience and a job well done by Zimmermans Roofing.First Paul came and looked over our roof and gave us an estimate right before he left. His professionalism, expertise, and knowledge were exactly what we were looking for. He gave us several options, and we chose the best option for our roof and get this. We didnt have to pay an arm and a leg. It was affordable, and so today Paul and Cody completed the job. Everything looks great, and we can have full confidence in our roof.They also have maintenance packages for a low cost we opted to have as well for yearly checks, and we are sure to always have our roof taken care of at a discounted rate. What a great team and company we are very satisfied with. If you need any roofing work done, by now you can tell yes I highly recommend them😁

    After researching the available roofing companies around our area and having done business with Zimmermans roofing previously, we selected them again for our roofing project. Their pricing was better and Kevin was a good salesman! He gave a very thorough presentation and estimate.In early December we replaced our roof with Certainteed LandMark Pro - 50 year shingles, installed edge and a ridge vent system and upgraded our gutters to 6 with corresponding gutter guards. The entire job took 3 days due to weather concerns. On day 1 the main roof was replaced, day 2 the gutters and some of the gutter guards ( a miscalculation on the number needed) and day 3 the back side of the house was complete. Two days later the rest of the gutter guards were installed. There were also a couple of areas that I wanted addressed and they were fixed as well.My delay in this review is due to some issues that I asked for resolution to but due to the extreme cold weve had I asked them to hold off. Today, the team came out and finished everything up so the job is now complete.Overall, I am happy with the results and the workmanship of the guys who worked on the house but I do need to wait until warmer and hot weather for a final report. Because the shingles were installed during the cold weather they are not all laying flat and some seem curved. I was assured they would flatten out once the weather heats up.The Zimmerman team, from sales, office staff to the installers were all very efficient and did a good job. No complaints!UPDATE: October 2024.The CertainTeed pro shingles developed several areas where algae appeared. Damnit! That’s why I spent all the money getting what I thought were the best shingles available. Anyway, contacted CertainTeed and they honored the warranty so I called Zimmerman roofing to come out and clean the roof. Matt came out and did a great job cleaning the algae and we’re hoping it stays clear for a long time.

    Just received an estimate to replace our roof and an option to include solar. Darrien was very friendly and professional. He stuck to the most important information and didnt waste our time trying to pitch his product.     They were booked out for some time due to storm damage in the county but on the day of the appointment Cody was super helpful, very informative, took lots of photos of the issue (turned out it likely wasnt my roof causing the water ingress but the neighbors). I was provided honest quotes for a couple misc items that could help mitigate the issue and advice on fixing a gutter draining problem on a lower roof. Ill definitely be recommending Zimmermans to anyone who is looking for an honest service, repair, or replacement.

    Zimmermans installed our roof and gutters 2 years ago and did a professional and beautiful job. Today they came out to help us with a roof cleanup- we had debris on the roof from trees and growth from ivy into a gutter. I dont do ladders. They showed up early, did the job immediately and thoroughly. I highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of roof work. You wont be disappointed!

    Zimmermans has done several projects around our home.     Serviceman was friendly, professional, thorough, and able to arrive earlier than expected. However, I wasnt informed until after the $99 evaluation that they do not do inside work (ie repair of ceiling water damage). When I had scheduled the consultation, I specified the need for this repair as well as my decision to choose Zimmerman over 2 other companies that informed me at the time of inquiry that they dont do inside work . Had I known this was the case with Zimmermans, I would have continued to look elsewhere.

    We are moving out of state and the buyers for our house had a home inspection done that showed some damage to the gaskets around a couple of the roof vents. I called Zimmerman Roofing to schedule an appointment for them to inspect and repair them. Their first available appointment was a week away which wasn’t ideal. I asked to be put on the “bump” list in case someone canceled. By the end of the day we were rescheduled for today! Before 9:00 Paul had come and inspected and replaced the gaskets. Such a competent and professional and pleasant young man! He took photos as well so I can show the new homeowners what was done. I felt like they really cared about my situation and heard what I needed to have done. I’m just so pleased. Thank you Paul.

    I enjoyed dealing with Zimmermans Roofing. The estimator was there on time. He actually found some damage on two of my other rooves that the other contractors I had brought in didnt find. The initial quote was lower than the quotes from my other contractors. But with the additional work they would be doing it was more expensive, but in my opinion worth doing to prevent more damage to my roof.When the work crew showed up they were also on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. I have a small flat roof, so their crew was done in a few hours.I just had the follow up work on my lower roof done yesterday. I was able to look at their work from a window and I was impressed with their work.All in all I am happy with Zimmermans Roofing. They were on time and professional in all aspects from the estimator to the work crew to the clean up. I was able to secure financing through the lending companies they work with.

    I called Zimmermans Roofing today after I noticed an issue w/the flashing on my roof after a heavy rain. They were out the very same day and also repaired it the very same day! I have used Zimmermans Roofing in the past and have also recommended them and Ive never been disappointed.     ***See the update at the end of this novel****So far so good, no leaks yet, BUT: I would have appreciated more honesty in the original claims and then in what was promised the day after installation. Heres the story: Small rubber roof was installed in March 2015. We were sold on this business due to the positive reviews and the knowledge and confidence of Sean, who came out to give us a price. One of his selling points was that due to their experience, the bubbles seen quite frequently when other contractors do rubber roofs are not a problem for them, because they know the golden moment when the bonding agent is ready. The day after ours was put on, I went up and saw many bubbles, most about 3-4 inches in diameter. When I called Sean, he said, Give it time. Sometimes it just takes a while to smooth out. I asked what would happen if in 3 months the bubbles were still there. He said, Then we will come out and re-do it. In July 2015 I went up to check on it--there were even larger bubbles than were there in March. I called them, was unable to talk to Sean, but they sent someone out to look at it. That person then left a message for me on my phone assuring me that there were no problems, and that due to the governments regulations about the bonding agents they have been having problems like this for the last few years.************Update!!! About a year ago, after the new owners/management took over, I had another contractor here who looked at the roof. He called Zimmermans to report what he saw. The New Zimmermans came out, agreed with my contractors opinion, and replaced the whole thing at no charge!!! The New Zimmermans are my heroes! It took all new materials, and three men to do the job. The roof is now flat and beautiful. They stood by their word, even though it wasnt the new owners fault. Now, thats class!
