    I called on Saturday to schedule a repair for the next week, and Wendy was pleasant on the phone and very informative about what could be wrong. The team was at my house on time on the day scheduled, and they diagnosed my septic system quickly and gave me a price up front before anything was done. The price to pump and repair was lower than what I thought it would be too. I am grateful for the quick and professional service that Septic Pros offers, and they will be my septic company of choice from here on. Great service from a family business.

    Very good initial meeting with Wendy, explained everything, Im looking forward to working with you and your crew, good costumer service.Where do I start, so many good things I wanted to say! First of all Wendy is the most honest, knowledgeable, professional, super human being. Very happy and satisfied with the total job of my septic system. The crews, Phillip, Glen, and Anthony are equally knowledgeable and updated me of whats going on. They went over and beyond their work, they even cleared the bricks that had been in my backyard for over five years! Thank you Wendy and the crews, such a wonderful company, very caring, hard working and clean up after they finish, perfect job, Im very grateful and satisfied costumer and yes I will use septic pro services again when need arises.I just find out that Glen fixed my outside water hydrant, thank you Glen.

    First time ever using them and I can say the Technician was great very friendly and told me exactly what was wrong and what he had to do. Poor man was out here almost 3 hours by himself and got my problem taken care of. Wendy I guess the office manager was really friendly and kept me updated on when tech was going to arrive. The price was very reasonable. You can tell this company wants to help people and not over charge like others . I’m so happy that I called them. I want to thank the Tech I think his name was Phillip for coming out and getting the job done. Thank you Ms. Winn

    I have used them several times. They are very good very honest. The technician knows what he is doing. I’m very satisfied and I would use them again. I also live out towards new Waverly and they will drive that far. This is an excellent company.

    We were in need of emergency service with our septic, all while getting run around by many septic companies. Not sure how I ran across Septic Pro Services, but when I called owner happen to take my call, she addressed me with professionalism and a true sense of care and not the normal well this will be an emergency call out or after hours service call, it was give me a min let me make a call and I’ll call you back. Within minutes I was called back and service technician was at my house in an hour.All my issues were resolved promptly without an overpriced gouge! I will continue to uses their services.     After calling numerous places they were the only ones with asap availability..they were very professional and polite., and arrived earlier than time quoted, and when they arrived they got right to work and the visit was alot faster than anticipated.
