    Princeton Electrical Makeover office staff and their Professional Electricians located out of Princeton nj based office did great job installing my Tesla charger. Would love to recommend them for all professional residential, commercial certified work.Certified Electricians had great knowledge about their work and with codes etc.

    Our Princeton Electric experience started with a home inspection by Mr. Eduardo Molinaro. Mr. Eduardo explained the procedure that would be preformed in simple language detail. PE would take care of the township permit and handle any followups, corrections the inspector may find. The technicians, Mr Frank D., and Antonio arrived, made the change from a 60 amperage to a 200 amperage circuit breaker box. Of course, the power was turned off to conduct the update. The entire process took 7 hours to complete. After the box work was completed the technicians stayed up to an hour to check each circuit, check every outlet, updated old wall wires as needed. Mr. Frank D. and Mr. Antonio were professional, efficient, friendly, and approachable. Before departing for the day, they answered all of our questions, and reminded us to call the office if any problems arises or if we have followup questions.In closing, I highly recommend Princeton Electric to execute any/all electrical work. The work is guaranteed and the prices are reasonable and negotiable. PE has very knowledgeable and professional technicians. I am a satisfied consumer.

    Very experienced and Detailed oriented. They completed the work for installing the Tesla charger in-time and with very high-quality work. Paper work was smooth. I was successfully able to claim the NJ credit towards the installation cost incurred.

    I had been having a problem with my electrical service. Once circuit was fluctuating power. I had others look at it, some wanted to rip my walls open. Princeton Electrical Makeover came in, suspected the problem was in my main panel and gave me an estimate that also included further diagnostics should it be more than a panel issue. The crew that did the work was very professional and thorough. They replaced the panel box, also replace GFI receptacles and tested all circuits. They spent alot of time to insure all problems were resolved. I would use these guys again for any further electrical work. Reasonable price, cleaned up all work areas and did an excellent job.Bill

    Upgraded a panel to higher amperage and running 50A cables all across the house to the garage for generator hookup and EV charging. Rates were comparable. On time install and completion. Everything was relatively clean. Fishing of cables was also done nicely (just two cut outs in basement ceiling) which I patched up shortly (it was noted that patching and painting was homeowners responsibility). Permits were completed and inspection was failed due to a minor technicality, but the team came the same day and resolved quickly. They were prompt, responsive, and dealt with paperwork. Recommend them for any job.

    Princeton Electrical Makeover is simply fantastic to work with. They were extremely responsive with their estimate and worked within my budget to get everything I wanted done. I got Princeton Electrical Makeover to install a whole house surge suppressor, a dedicated 60AMP power box, re-routed a coax cable from the loft into the basement. These guys came on time as advertised and did a splendid job at the house.

    First got an accurate estimation and then super fast and excellent Tesla wall charger installation. The technicians did a careful inspection and find the best route from the electrical panel to the garage and use the shortest path possible to get the job done. it works as expected and I saved a lot compared to other company that have gave estimations.

    It was the day before New Year’s Eve and I wanted to attend a party so I could be with friends (my dad had just died and it was a sad time). Unfortunately the alarm system was not removed by the company and kept going on at 3 am. I could not sleep and didn’t want to leave the house overnight in case neighbors would complain. I called Princeton electrical in the morning and they sent someone over that evening. No other company was willing to do what they did—he removed the alarm system within an hour he was so kind and helpful and really saved the day. The lady who answered the phone and arranged the appointment was so kind and compassionate and truly wanted to help me resolve this issue. I’ll always remember their excellent service as I was grieving, living alone and unable to sleep for several weeks because of the alarm. They were my lifesaver and I will call them again and recommend them with enthusiasm!

    I had tried several other electrical contractors based on other recommendations, and they were unresponsive and then simply didnt show up at appointments. Princeton Electrical Makeover was the opposite: responsive, on-time, did the work in the amount of time they said they would, and charged what they quoted.     The wiring had to be run from one side of the house to the other.They figured out how to run the wiring with minimal drilling and so it cannot be seen. The charger was placed in an optimum location with no wires showing. They followed all safety codes. The township inspector even said that they did an excellent job.I would definitely use them again.

    I am very pleased with the way the job went from start to finish: from our discussion of what was really needed, through estimation and to the execution of the job. Everything was professional, clear, and well done. The job site was left clean, and very important, we had power back the first evening even though some of the demolition was more involved than expected. After the job was done, I needed PEM’s input on how to restore the sheetrock, and I got a prompt reply that guided my next steps.
