I highly recommend The Backflow Pro, LLC. Brendan responded pretty quickly to my post when I said I had water in my 4 tall basement. He came that evening to take a look and immediately determined it was my water heater that was leaking. He shut the water off to the heater and pumped out as much as he could that night. He was back in the morning to remove it and the next day came and installed a new water heater. He came when he said he would and was professional and responsive explaining each step. When he finished the water heater, I asked him to look at my kitchen sink faucet which has been dripping for a few years. His estimate to replace it was more than fair. I knew the faucet I wanted and bought it. He was available before the job he was working the following day and came promptly at 8am to install it. Brendans rates are very reasonable, he is personable and still professional. Self employed plumbers I have used before have not been as responsive as this man. He was willing to come at off hours to make sure I would be all set. Immediately stopped the leak AND removed as much water as he could with the pump he had while working in tight quarters after business hours and at an affordable rate! He took many pictures for my insurance company. You can be sure he will treat you fairly and provide excellent service.

We had a plumbing challenge and phoned The Backflow Pro.At the scheduled time, Brendan promptly arrived and quicklydetermined our plumbing problems. He then obtained the necessary parts and was able to complete the work that same afternoon.We found Brendan to be professional, knowledgeable, and honest and are very pleased to have located a plumber we can rely on should future needs arise. We highly recommend The Backflow Pro!

Had Brendan install the waste water plumbing for my new bathroom and it turned out just as I needed. He was prompt in answering questions, getting the job started and, once I got inspection approval, he finished the job that day. The price was reasonable too.It was a pleasure doing business with Backflow Pro. I’ll be doing so again when the need arrises.

Truly a professional service showed up same day which was amazing for an issue with our back flow valve on the mains. Did an amazing job by repairing the valve and was finished in just over an hour . Getting this done was important as we have a restaurant and bar with many employees so thank YOU Brendan for the prompt and professional service which is difficult to find these days.Gene.

Our business is heavily dependent on a consistent water supply. When our back flow device failed inspection, having it repaired was overlooked for several week. That is until we received a letter from the city stating the shutdown date would be 30 days after the failed inspection unless we could prove it was repaired.Brendan Roy with Backflow Pros responded right away to take care of our failed back flow device. The work was done quickly, exactly when he said it would be done and he was happy to come in on a weekend as not to interrupt production. I would highly his service to anyone!
