    John recently installed a new water softener and a whole house water shutoff valve right next to the WS. Expertly done at a reasonable rate and timely. John has done a number of small projects for us and is very reliable.

    Contacted John at Land & Sea Service for a custom designed Kayak launch that would not break the bank. Being remote made it more difficult since we could not be there as the work was being done. John sketched out the plan and made some very good suggestions. After some back and forth John made sure he made every adjustment and we now have a perfect Kayak launch.     Land & Sea Service has done great work for me. They have pride in their workmanship and don’t do shortcuts. They’re very good at explaining what needs to be done and keep me informed on the progress.I had my AC go out recently and the HVAC company said it was the wiring and needed to bring in an electrician. I called John and he made it a priority since the heat index was 100 to send Eric that day despite his day out and they fixed the wiring along with getting the AC running. I recommend Land & Sea for house repairs to anyone and will continue to use them myself.

    I needed a repair done to the wiring on my trailer and it was recommended to just replace the entire harness. In very little time John was able to get the entire trailer rewired and installed new lights all around and the work done is flawless! Highly recommend!
