    Very happy with the DKH technician, Daman, he did a great job and went above and beyond to install the water heater.He overcame all the obstacles that came his way and hours of waiting for reasons of the water heater order, having to go from one Home Depot to another since they did not know how to handle the order.Not only that but the fact that this happened before New Years, it was a marathon.Thanks again to Daman for his commitment and great job and for explaining everything in detail and making sure everything was in order before leaving.

    I left a message with them late on Saturday and they returned my call in minutes. Had a new water heater installed by noon on Sunday. Very knowledgeable and professional. Showed up when they said they would with a courtesy call when they were on their way. Couldn’t be happier.

    I had a leaking water heater and needed it fixed as quickly as possible.. I’m really hooked on hot water, lol. I use DKH Plumbing through the First American home warranty plan. Everyone is extraordinary and I loved the text and email updates. My tech, Billy, was totally personable and professional and efficient. The other tech, Brett, who just stopped by to help get the water heater to the second flier, was a lovely person too as was the dispatcher on the phone. And, all the dogs in the neighborhood liked them too. Highly recommend!

    I called DKH with an emergency plumbing situation. A plumber came within about 15 minutes and solved the problem - in 100-degree heat! Roots had grown in the pipes, blocking all water flowing from the house so that it was backing up everywhere. We were so relieved to have things flowing again, and they had such a quick response time.

    I had a leak by the water meter. I call other big name plumbing company they quoted me without looking where the leak was and it was outrageous four times $$$$ what DKH charged me.Billy showed up on scheduled time and went right to work found the leak and repaired it within 2 hours Whereas other companies said that they have to dig up the driveway and put a new line.Thank you Billy.

    Billy was great handling the supply leak in my attic. Communication was professional as it should be. I initially called into the office and I received a timely call back to schedule when someone could get out to me (same day service actually). Billy was great to work with as we discussed options on repairing the leak and he was able to get into a tight space in the attic and take care of issues no problem. I normally do most of my own maintenance and repairs on my house, car, etc so it takes a lot for me to trust hiring someone. I will absolutely not hesitate to call DKH again when the need arises or its out of my league.

    After 2 visits from another plumber sent by my home warranty company & claim denied twice, Damon from DKH just automatically installed a new garbage disposal in about 30 minutes. No questions asked or insurance approval. He just replaced it. He is greatly appreciated. Especially after the BS we went through with the other company from Southern CA. Great Job Damon!

    I had a bathroom faucet on full blast and no way to turn off without shutting off water to the house. My homeowners insurance couldn’t find anyone seeing it was around closing hours but DKH plumbing came to my rescue and the owner came out himself. On a 2nd visit (for a different leak in the laundry room) Brian was prompt, friendly, explained the issue clearly and solved it quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. Terrific business!

    Shout out to some stellar plumbers! Brian and Billy were terrific in fixing some difficult-to-reach pipes under my house. They will be my go-to plumbers for all my service needs.A+A little unnecessary context: After botching a plumbing DIY repair (replacing a toilet flange), I was forced to call up several local plumbing companies, only to be informed they couldnt service my broken water main because it was after 5pm (effectively making me wait more than 12 hours without water); a few other companies told me they couldnt help me because they wouldnt be able to fit in the crawl space under my house, and a couple others wanted to charge me just to inspect the pipe in question. After speaking with nearly a dozen plumbers, I settled on DKH Plumbing because they could service my problem that day. Brian was quick to respond, knowledgable, and professional. He answered all my questions and walked me through the repair so I knew what to expect. I couldnt have asked for better service from a stressful experience.Brain and Billy, Thank you!

    Brian and Damon Hoddick diagnosed our failed hot water heater, prepared the paperwork needed for replacing our very old hot water heater. This was covered under our home warranty program, but based on their expertise and knowledge, we decided to upgrade to tankless! Process was timely and they were punctual and clean. I recommend and the price was fair.

    Our water heater went out on a Saturday afternoon. DKH was assigned to us through our home warranty. DKH helped expedite the warranty approval process, and even when our warranty company dropped the ball and did not push an order through for a new water heater, DKH still made sure our water heater was replaced the next day, a Sunday! DKH is a great plumbing company with honest, upfront, and skilled technicians. I highly recommend them.

He did define that it is probably somewhere under the Slab Foundation, but his company does not have the Thermal Imaging to detect it.

    Brett and one other technician (I did not get his name) from DKH plumbing arrived at my house on time, actually in the middle of the time window I was given, and went straight to work. The leak was under our home, so they both went right into our SMALL crawlspace, and diagnosed the leak. They came out (for air! it was a hot day, and again SMALL crawlspace) went to their truck, got the parts needed for the repair, and went right back in. Fixed the leak, brought out the damaged piping to show the cause, and were on their way. Completely professional, nice attitudes, just all around a pleasant experience! I would use DKH plumbing for any plumbing issue we have from now on!! Thank you for a stress free experience!

    I had a plumbing emergency at 11:30 PM on a Saturday, a broken hose bib shooting water all over the place, unable to find the main. Brian arrived within half an hour of my first call and had the problem sorted in 15 minutes. He knew exactly what do do and calmly handled it, getting a big shower in the process. The price was surprisingly reasonable considering it was the wee hours of Sunday morning. His calm and professional demeanor also went a long way toward easing my panic. I was so grateful, would not hesitate to call him again.

    This is a mixed, peculiar review.We were assigned DKH from our home warranty company. The technician from DKH came out, walked in the bathroom, stated that our mold issue was not due to a pipe leak. It has to be HVAC and he left. He was here in my home for less than 10 minutes.Demo crew discovered that it is indeed a pipe leaking. So, being the old lady that I am, I called DKH and stated that I was less than impressed by how the technician handled the call. I didnt YELP. I didnt leave any online review, I didnt blast them on social media. I just called to let the business know they could have and should have done better. End of story.A few days later, I got an unexpected call from the owner also stated his disappointment in how the call was managed and told me he would send someone out to look at the issue free of charge.I told him that I didnt call with the expectation of that and that free really wasnt necessary.Right now, as I am typing this, Billy has found the leak and is fixing not only the pipe but the issue that caused the leak in the first place. And, its 8:42 PM on a Friday night!So, an average of 4 stars. 5 for the owner. 5 for Billy. 0 for the first guy that was out.Thank you DKH owner for valuing your customers. Thank you for going the extra mile to make things right. Billy will be our plumber from now on. Keep him on payroll and, give the kid a raise!

    Can’t recommend these guys enough. Family business, hard working, and nice as can be. In Nevada County it was a breath of fresh air to find someone so responsive and helpful. My hot water tank broke and was leaking. By the end of the day I had a new tank fully operational….and they plugged up some additional leaks that other companies had missed. Highly recommended!

    The owner and his son both came out to our property ( which is remote) to fix our water heater on short notice. They fixed the problem easily and were friendly to boot. They even gave us some maintenance tips to help keep the unit running at its best. That doesnt happen very often nowadays. I will definitely call them again should we ever have a need

    Called late afternoon with a bathtub shower faucet that would not shut off. Had to turn water main off so NO water. Brian was on a call but said he would stop by in about an hour to check it out. Showed up on time and replaced the Shower Cartridge which fixed the problem. Happy customer and my water is on. I highly recommend DKH plumbing.

    DKH Plumbing is the way to go! They were initially contracted to me by my home warranty service. They responded right away and took the time to understand the problem we were having with the hot water heater and a faucet that kept dripping. The faucet was minor, but the hot water heater was the bigger problem. The faucet they fixed right away and troubleshot the hot water heater and concluded that it needed to be replaced. They ensured the hot water heater they installed would be the same brand and quality of the one that was to be replaced. What I liked was their customer service and patience they exhibited and the ability to listen when it came to what repairs needed to be done. The quality of the work is outstanding! I would highly recommend DKH plumbing to my family, friends and neighbors.

    I cannot say enough good things about DKH Plumbing! I had 4 previous plumbers come out to my home look for a water heater leak and also look at both of my leaking toilets with zero resolution. They would basically say it wasnt happening when they were there then so they didnt know and would leave me with the same problems. Daniel from DKH plumbing took his time to thoroughly look at all water heater parts and found a cracked pipe! Such a huge relief! He fixed it in just a few minutes. I requested him through my home warranty again and he came back to fix both of my leaky/loose toilets with new wax rings in less than 30 minutes. I cannot explain what a relief this is.
