Number one: THEY RESPOND! Might not be able to get there right away, but at least have the common courtesy to let you know whats going on. Ray came out for a home warranty claim. Hes awesome! Nice guy, very knowledgeable, explained everything, honest, and efficient.Wayne handled all the plumbing, including a jetted tub, for the remodel on our old place years ago. Wayne and Ray also put in holding tanks at that time. They did a phenomenal job back then too. Highly recommend!

Excel Plumbing provides excellent customer and technical service! Every person at every point of contact has always been so friendly and truly seemed to care/understand how the issue impacted our lives. It has always been clear in their response times and interactions with us that it was as important for them to assess and resolve the issue as it was for us. We have had great experiences with them over the years for a variety of projects/fixes and recently as well when our pipes had blockage/holes. Highly recommend!

I could not believe the speed in which he came to my door and had the new parts put in the toilet and fixed 2 bad shut off valves to boot. I dont even think it took him 30 min to do.I am totally pleased!!!
