I had my house and garage reroofed, with new gutters and Gutter Shutter on the house, by Keeney Home Services. The salesman Dave impressed me with the thoroughness of his presentation and worked with me on terms that led me to choose Keeney over another good option. I would hear from him after the work to check that it had been done to my satisfaction. The roofers under Nick were very efficient and quickly had the roofs stripped and reroofed. Jacob, Tom and George came next to do the gutters and did a very good job. As promised, care was taken to harm my plants as little as possible and site clean-up was thorough. There was one problem with water leaking at the juncture of 2 gutters at unequal heights. This was quickly addressed and successfully resolved by Jacob, followed by calls by multiple people in the company to make sure I felt this was fixed. A couple months later Mark, a quality control inspector, made a visit. I feel Keeney was a good choice, that they did good work with quality materials, and wanted to be sure I thought it was well done.

Keeney did a GREAT job installing our new gutters with the Gutter Shutter system! The team they sent out was polite, courteous and professional! We have extensive landscaping, which is my wifes passion. Much to my wifes surprise and delight, there was no damage whatsoever! They were great about keeping the yard clean throughout the day, not just when departing at the end of the day.The gutters themselves are incredibly solid, especially when compared to the gutters that were installed when our house was built.I would not hesitate to recommend Keeney to anyone who asks!!

We had our roof replaced and now are replacing the insulation and gutters. The Keeney crews are hard working, punctual, and efficient people. The project managers are on top of all aspects of the work, courteous, and responsive to our questions and concerns. The roofing crews did a wonderful job protecting our home and landscaping. We were also impressed by all of the follow up and checking in from numerous representatives of the company to ensure the project was going smoothly and to answer any questions we had. We would hire Keeney again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the thoroughness of estimator. They really took the time to look at all aspects of the roof and pointed out areas of concern we werent aware of. They were the first we were able to get to go into the attic as we suspected issues there as well related to the roof. Price was a bit steep for the job but if it comes with the same quality then it may be worth it!

They were very open, honest and informative about a unique problem with installing your product on our sunroom. My experience was great from the beginning. I needed a new roof in 3 weeks. They accommodated with an estimate appointment the next day. Ziarra did a very thorough investigation on my home along with a detailed explanation of the product to be used and how it would be installed. Roof was installed the following week in one day. Bryce the PM made sure the install went smoothly and the clean up was great. Highly recommend this company. Good communication throughout the whole process.

In June Keeney replaced our downspout at the back of our house. Jennifer from sales came out right away and handled everything well. Jeff Peters got a technician out to the house before the next big rain which was very helpful. They did a great job. We had a question about leakage at the gutter junction after the work was done. It took a little time for them to come back due to being busy but they solved the issue without a problem. Jonathan Tavares and Jordan Saucier were polite, helpful and did a great job fixing the leak. Overall everyone from Keeney was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Keeney in the future. Everyone was both personable and professional. They worked efficiently. We interacted some. When they had finished, they cleaned and cleared everything from the job. It was an excellent experience, and the new gutters look fabulous. Have had no precipitation since, so they are as yet untested.

The entire process working with Keeney was excellent. Beginning with my Sales Representative Aaron Will who conducted himself as a professional, he sold me on the concept and then followed through. Then came the job completion, the communication/scheduling was excellent. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The jobsite was left clean and neat. Finally was the Quality Control Inspection which took place after the work was completed. Mark Geier the Quality Control Inspector met me at my home, inspected the work done, and was professional and a pleasure to meet with. I know theres a few individuals who I communicated with from Keeney during the process whos names have escaped me. Bottom line is, that all involved from Keeney made this a excellent experience.

They were very good to work with providing updates and seeking clarification when needed. We contracted with Keeney to replace our roof and gutter system. Travis Guenther was our Roofing Project Manager. He did an amazing job of keeping the crew of 15 focused and on task. They did a quick but careful and very professional job. The gutter system installation was also well done, and we appreciated the several suggestions they gave us for small improvements to our downspouts that will save some wear and tear on the new roof. Clean-up was quick and thorough. We highly recommend Keeney Home Services.

We hired Keeney Home Services to install new gutters with Gutter Shutter. We were scheduled within a week to 10 days. Our technicians, Blake and Steve, were amazingly skilled. They found water damage to wood during the process of removing our old gutters, alerted us to it right away, repaired it the next day, and continued with our install. The install took two days total and ran smoothly. One of the gutter pipes was re-installed/rerouted by the guys on the second day, as their techs plan had the water routed onto a section of our roof. They graciously fixed it per our request, as they were knowledgeable and accommodating. We love our new gutters/shutters and highly recommend having this done. Our home looks soooo much better and is protected from precipitation damage, and we dont have to climb on the roof ever again.

Jacob Christian and his coworker Travis came out today, made the fixes and reconfigured a downspout for a rain barrel at no charge! Both men were courteous and respectful of our property and concerned at the need for adjustments. I fully recommend Keeney and Jacob & Travis!

We had Keeney Homes services do an energy assessment. We then took their recommendations and had them seal and add insulation, foam insulation, caulking and ventilation pipe insulation in our attic. We realized an immediate improvement! We were also experiencing a condensation problem with our stove vent. After a few years of struggling with a heating company Keeney came out and helped us. We developed a moisture problem in our attic due to inadequate ventilation so I called Keeney to help us figure out a solution. I suspected the solution would involve a ridge vent in our roof, but I wanted the input of a team that understands roofing and attics/airflow in a home. This is exactly what Keeney offers.Trevor and Aaron were extremely thorough and helpful, inspecting the homes insulation/air flow from the basement to the attic, including IR imaging for heat loss and taking a video while in the attic so they could show me what they found. They gave an excellent breakdown of our options, the products they would be using and why they use them. Ultimately, we decided to do the roof/ridge vent with gutters and reposition a bath fan vent, as well as address some old wooden sophet that was restricting air intake. Both roof and gutter crews communicated well, worked fast, and cleaned up when they were done. Very impressed with the products and warranties, and happy I wont be up on the ladder this year cleaning helicopters and walnuts out of the gutters. Most importantly, a couple days after they finished and theres not a drop of moisture in our attic.My only small complaint would be the finishing work on the fan rerouting in the attic. I have blown in cellulose insulation, and it had to understandably be moved to get at the fan. However, I wish they would have been a little more thorough in putting the insulation back in place when they were done. I had to spend a couple minutes raking insulation back around the fan housing cover and some exposed ceiling studs where they had been working. Not a big deal, and the guys were great otherwise, even cleaning up every speck of cellulose they tracked into the house. It just would have been unfortunate had I not noticed the insulation, because we would have had a decent amount of heat loss above our bathroom the way it was left.Edit: They did apologize and offer to fix/add insulation around the fan when I initially posted this review, but I had already taken care of it. Five stars for the prompt follow up and offer to remedy.

After 2 months and the 3rd unsuccessful attempt at getting a quote out of that roofer, I found Keeney Homes Services online, and decided to contact them for a quote.I am so glad I did - they have been professional, courteous, transparent and punctual right from the go!I was very pleasantly surprised to get a prompt and friendly call back, and within a couple days had Greg (our rep) come to our house to show us the options. He provided us with a variety of options that were within the price range we were interested in, and gave us an accurate quote that evening. We had to appeal with our homeowners insurance company as the amount they assessed was too low, and Greg from Keeney was very helpful in providing requested information promptly.We had the roofing done in March of this year (2024) and working with the project coordinator Nick was a pleasure. Keeneys team completed the job with a surgeons precision: the day before they roofed they dropped off the dumpster, the next day they showed up at 7:30am with a crew of about 10-15 people, and had our roof done by 3pm. The onsite project manager Brazil was very professional and did a great job of communicating anything that came up along the way. They laid tarps down around the house to keep the area clean, they were mindful of us getting in/out of the driveway, they were friendly to my kids, and when they left there was no mess - I did a walk around the house and found no nails/shingles/etc. We did end up financing a bit through the company they work with and given its only been a month with them, but Ive had no complaints. Following completion of the job I requested documents and pictures to send to my homeowners insurer (to get a better rate) and Nick from Keeney was very prompt at sending over the requested documents.Keeney has been consistently friendly, transparent, punctual, considerate and hard working; they obviously care a great deal about the experience their customers have and for that I am grateful. I will absolutely use them again and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering them.

Our Northwoods house is old, and we have been getting ice dams in winter so there was some concern on insulation as well as internal roof condition. So we tried contacting contractors and handymen for good 6 months only to get ghosted every single time. Usually they wouldnt even return calls. Some would ask for pictures and promise an estimate (which never arrived). Few came to take a look, and elaborated on how great and dependable their services are only to be never heard from again.Enter Keeney Home Services. One rainy afternoon I came across their website, and it seemed sort of legit. So I filled out the contact, form and got a prompt callback. Even more surprising, they were able to come out for estimate within a week or so, and actually showed up!The sales person was very friendly and certainly knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection, took videos, and showed us everything thats happening in the attic. We knew insulation is PoS, but apparently it was worse than that as there were no roof vents, and lots of leakage of hot air into attic. He proposed a thorough insulation job to which we agreed.(Have to say the overall presentation was a little over the top, but it did the job :) )Anyway, the crew showed up on time, blew in foam to seal the ceiling, and topped it with R-60 worth of cellulose. Also installed bathroom fan, proper venting in the roof, rockwool around (hot) chimney, and foamed all sills in the basement. I have to say that they left house cleaner than it was - no debris anywhere, swept all the floors, put everything back in order. Very impressive.As for the insulation effects it definitely is warmer and furnace works less - but its not night-and-day kinda difference yet. Will update once winter is over and we can compare utility bills and assess ice dams :)

Started old insulation removal a couple of months early (original planned in OCT.) which worked well considering our major problem was winter months. The crew of 3 was efficients, concienscious and informed us of the daily progress at the end of each work day. The basement work of sealing the sill plate cavities was complete in one day. The complete attic job included removal of all old insulation, installation of vapor barrier, closing the old joist vents under the peak at each end of the roof, and the additional 17 of blown-in cellulose insulation. New bathroom vents (light, vent fan and heat) were also installed in both bathrooms.When the work was completed the only trace of the work was only small piece of an insulation label that was stuck to some gravel in the driveway. One of the crew actually was on their knees vacuuming any place the crew had walked through our house. Wow.I highly reccomend this well organized organization. I will report back to the Office this winter to let them know the results of their hard work. I anticipate never having to get on the roof again to shovel snow or remove ice dams!

Im give four stars because our gutters were a disarray and parts werent attached/connected to each other allowing debris to get in-between (which is why we chose to replace them in the first place). I also picked up a great amount of staples and nails throughout my yard (I know it is impossible to get them all) but we were told they pride themselves on a great clean up and I dont feel like that was provided. I have two little kiddos who run around in the summer with no shoes and the last thing I would want is for them to step on a rusty nail or staples. Overall the roof looks good. I know the shingles need to set so we will see what the warmer weather brings.

An excellent company to do business with. From start to finish Corey is sales was incredible. He came in for the estimate and knew right away what needed to be done. He got his hands dirty and went up in the attic to investigate instead of just guessing what the problem was. He was down to earth and not pushy and all while being extremely knowledgeable and kind. When Jacob and Cole came to do the job they both were awesome. Jacob knows his stuff and kept us filled in the entire time. I have a sensitive allergy to dust and when I requested special venting to minimize the dust impact Jacob and Cole understood and they had a solution that kept my allergies in check! They just did it no questions asked which meant a lot to me. I had questions at the start of the job and Jacob answered them above and beyond satisfaction. Even better, if I text Corey or Jacob they get back to me in a timely manner with any follow up questions or concerns. If you’re looking for a great company to hire, look no further. 10/10 would hire again.

100% satisfaction. Worked with sales rep, Eddie, to upgrade my eaves, replace roof, and upgrade attic insulation. Extremely satisfied with workmanship and professionalism shown by those involved. Chad and Eugene removed old eaves and replaced with new ones on a very hot day in July, Nick was the overseer on the roof replacement and did a wonderful job explaining what was being done (fixing rotting soffits, etc.). Finally Ed and Andy took care in upgrading the insulation in my attic (something that hadnt been done in over 30+ years). All in all, I am so excited to have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to worry about roof leakage and overflowing eaves. Highly recommend!

After our tree was struck by lightning in June and split down the middle, half landed on our house, damaging the roof and our existing LeafGuard gutters in several places. I worried about leaks around the skylights before the repairs but Andy, from LeafGuard, got up on the roof and sealed it all up for us until the crews could do all the repair work. In one day they removed and strengthened and replaced the roof, then another crew replaced the gutters and guards, and even fixed our downspouts. We are thrilled! Right after the gutters were installed we had 2 severe thunderstorms in a row. Baptism by fire so to speak. These gutters did everything they said they were going to do and more. We live in a pine tree area and those needles stick in everything. I went outside after the storms and see one needle stuck in one gutter. It was gone the following day. Exceptionally great move on my part getting these gutters. A little expensive but at 70 years old falling off a ladder or roof would be catastrophic both in cost and my future health.
