Thomas installed a power inlet for our generator, a whole house surge protector and diagnosed and repaired a light switch that was giving an electric shock. Thomas took the time to explain all that he was going to do, was prompt in his arrival and did quality work. Very professional attitude from start to finish. Highly recommended.

The owner, Thomas was hands on with his guys in getting our Briggs and Stratton home generator installed. Due to my schedule, he came back after hours to finish up everything and get it started and making sure it worked properly and instructions for us. He was very thorough with everything. They installed a Briggs and Stratton Whole-house generator for us in one day, turn-key, and did a beautiful job, and cleaned up afterwards, at a more reasonable price than two other bids! I can not say enough good things about Orthodox Electric. Thomas is a first class hones individual with a wealth of not only experience but knowledge with an excellent customer oriented approach. He cares very much about his work. My 18KW Generac guardian Generator was installed by the book. I know best because I’m a retired state inspector. My quote from orthodox was quick, fast and very fair in price which included a senior/ retired discount of $250.00. Who dose that!!! The generator was install within three days after my quote approval. One day install of meticulous, and clean instalación. Superb master and contractor electrician. I will highly recommend Thomas and he’s company to anyone for any sizegenerator instalación and any residencial, commercial or industrial job. Thank you Orthodox Electric.

Orthodox install a whole house generator, they came gave a bid within days of for appointment, and within a few weeks had the unit installed. Their bid was best bid by several thousands dollars and could get the job done before other companies could even get to bid. Thomas Evind was very helpful in getting the phone monitor connected and making sure what to expect and what to look for in the unit. I can not stress to you enough to call Orthodox if you are concerning a full house generator.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. I called them to inquire about a generator for my house. After discussing square footage and gas appliances it was determined that I could get by with a good sized portable even though they primarily install non portable Generac generators. The Orthodox team came out, installed it, turned it on and my A/C, lights, fans, fish tanks, two refrigerator freezers and one stand alone freezer all ran just fine. I would definitely recommend Orthodox Electric to family and friends.

We wanted a generac installed on our home and after getting a few bids we chose orthodox electric. Before making our decision, Thomas came out to quote the job. He showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. We went over all the options for generator, placement, gas line placement etc. he really took the time to explain the whole process. His quote was a very fair price for the extensive work it would take to get the job done. He kept great communication throughout the whole process and finished in a timely manner. After the installation was complete and the system passed all the function tests he took some time to walk me through some troubleshooting scenarios which was very much appreciated. I would hire him again for electrical work or even another generac in the future. It was a pleasure finding a nice person to work with who does exemplary work.

Called Orthodox to see if someone could give me a price to change out a floodlight on the peak of my house. Thomas, the owner, told me he could come out and do the job the next morning. He was here bright and early. Found out the old floodlight was not installed correctly. Installed a new LED. Thomas is a true professional, helpful with suggestions and the price was great.I will always call him for any electrical problems I have and recommend him to anyone that wants an honest person to work on their home.

Thomas quoted me over the phone for an outdoor outlet where the other folks in town wanted to come out (and charge me) to quote. When he arrived we realized we needed to go a slightly different route, he amended the quote (first asking making sure I was comfortable, to $50 more and a cup of coffee). He was in and done within 2 hours of arriving, and an absolute professional, and the outlet was done to a commercial standard. I’ll be going to him if I need anything else electrical.

I had two fans with issues that had been going on since installation. Thomas came out the next day and did a full check to make sure everything electrical was working correctly. It turns out the issue is with receivers in the fans, and those need to be replaced. The charge was very reasonable and I was very happy with what was done. He will be returning to replace once I receive the parts.The technician was very polite and prompt, and I would definitely use this firm again.

I needed an electric vehicle charger capable 14-50 / 50A power socket installed in the garage of our new home. I sent a message to Orthodox Electric and was greeted immediately and given a detailed explanation of everything he needed to get started (pictures of a couple things) - but since we lived so close he just decided to swing by and check it out with me. He answered all my questions to my utmost satisfaction. He gave me a flat rate cost and then scheduled a preliminary inspection and further explanation of his plans. Not only did he go above and beyond with the quality of the parts he used, he also made sure every part of the installation was absolutely perfect - in fact I think he did a much better job than the electricians that installed everything else in the home! Both the socket and the added conduit to the electrical box is very aesthetically clean and functionally well sealed against water ingress. It looks like it had been installed when the home was built. No surprise additions to the price or any fees associated with anything, pricing was upfront and he stuck to it. I will call back for ANY electrical needs I have in the future and would HIGHLY recommend for any project / job you need done!

Thomas came out to give me a bid to wire in my Briggs & Stratton 26kw generator and 200Amp transfer switch.Briggs will not warranty the unit without a professional electrician installation.His bid was extremely fair and he was willing to do the work himself on the spot. This was at 4:30 in the afternoon after he had a full day of work already.The job went without issues.I was expecting at least a few weeks wait for the work to be performed.His competitor still has not sent me a quote for installation after a week and me calling 3 times.
