    If I could give this company 10 stars I would!!! Both Michael and Peter are awesome electricians. Their combined years of expertise in the field is what you need in an electrician. We went with a tankless water heater and needed our electrical upgraded to support the new system. The guys were quick and efficient and gave us a couple different ways to solve our problem. Within a few hours we had electrical issue resolved. Scott and Richard ( office mgr and owner ) were hands on in getting up scheduled and our issue resolved as quick as possible. The end result is we now have hot water at an affordable price with FANTASTIC service with a smile! Look no further for an electrician, they’ve got you covered.

    We had Mike come out today to replace our irrigation timer! It had old, faulty wiring. I called just this morning and he was able to make it out within a few hours. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with! We were also interested in getting whole home surge protection and he was able to answer any questions I had, and do a same day install. I highly recommend Mike and Always on Time. We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

    Had Mike come out to install newly purchased ceiling fans a few weeks ago. Loved the look so bought three more and since Mike was so good last time, we scheduled to have him come again to install the three new ceiling fans. Timely and very professional.     Mike did an incredible job on the electrical inspection on my newly purchased 20 year old home. I was aware of a few electrical issues before purchasing but he identified several more out of code and some illegal electrical installations/modifications by unwise DIY prior homeowner(s) in the house, at the pool, and in the yard. Mike took the time to answer all my questions and was obviously very intelligent, experienced, friendly, and professional. He and Peter (also an excellent and friendly electrician) fixed the dangerous issues that same day and returned two days later to fix the remaining problems. Their services were very reasonably priced and I am now confident that my elderly parents, siblings, and young nieces and nephews can visit without any risk from poorly executed or misguided electrical installations.     I only write a few reviews because just doing your job is what is expected. However, when I come across truly great service/work I have to comment. Ive used Always on Time Electric a few times over the years and it is ALWAYS a great and this time was no exception. Needed some electrical work done, gave them a call and out they came the very next day. Mike took a look at what was needed, gave me a quote (very VERY fair). Mike returned a few days later (on time, of course) and just KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK, GRAND SLAM! Did the job, exceeded all standards, looks great, works good and Im more than happy. Mike is a great addition to the Always On Time team, knowledgeable, friendly and a true professional. THANK YOU MIKE. Short version, so if you want to get the job done right, at a reasonable price in a very short time call Always on Time Electric. If, on the other hand, you dont care about price and quality then buy a lotto ticket, spin the wheel of fate and hope for the best. As we know hope is not a strategy... so good luck with that.     We were seen by an awesome electrician named Mike. Our electricity went out in a portion of our house last night—it affected the living room, the entry, and half of the sockets in my bedroom. We thought it was a faulty breaker. Turns out it was my heating pad. The cord became pinched against the console and seam of the recliner caused an electric overload.So, thanks to Mike thoroughly investigating the issue, we got our electricity restored quickly and at a good price.     After a severe thunderstorm, we came home and found that we had no electric power in the back area of our home. I checked the breaker box and all seemed fine. I called Always On Time Electric and they dispatched a representative to my location. He quickly determined a couple of GFI outlets had tripped during the storm. Service was quickly restored to the affected areas.In my defense, we had only lived in the home for a couple of months and I wasnt aware of the location of all of my GFI outlets. I am now, thanks to On Time Electric.Five stars for honesty, quick service and courtesy.

    I had a malfunctioning washing machine and was under the impression it was caused by a bad connection in my receptacle. Always on time Electric showed up within a few hours of my call. We looked at the problem together and realize it was just a loose connection on the receptacle. Called, and the owner was able to come out within a day or two to check out the switch and to see what I needed. He was super friendly and communicative.     I had some concerns regarding water leaking into my outdoor outlets and scheduling with the company was super easy. Sarah was very responsive and was able to fit me into their schedule sooner than expected and kept up constant communication letting me know they could come sooner if I wanted as a last minute slot opened up.     Today was my second time using Always on Time Electric, Inc. I continue to be impressed with this electric company. First with the reception when I called to schedule an appointment. The women on line was very personal yet professional. She initially scheduled me for 1200 today but got me in first thing this morning due to a cancellation. Chris showed up and immediately went to work and diagnosed my problem with faulty wiring in a light switch, that was continuously tripping my circuit breaker. He fixed that problem along with getting my outdoor deck light to work. He then found a potential future hazard when he inspected my circuit breaker box and noticed that my dryer was hooked up to a circuit that was labeled jacuzzi which was delivering dangerously too much current to my drier. He replaced that also and explained all repairs he made. I will continue to use Always on Time Electric.

    I was very pleased with the electrician that provided me with both the estimate and installation but I feel the price was a bit high. It is this reason I am not giving a 5 star rating. I authorized the price and work as I wanted to get the job done but the price of just under $1,000 for installing two outdoor outlets seemed to me to be pretty high. Maybe I am out of touch? I do recommend this company for quality work.

    I have used Always on Time in the past and their service is just like the name. This time, they went far and above normal. A lightning strike did damage to my electrical systems. Even though they were booked up for a month out, they came and restored power to my house. They even did it again a few days later when I found out my water heater wasn’t getting full power. They were able to fit me in even though they were swamped. Their service is always professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you! You can’t go wrong with Always On Time.

    I thought the project was priced a little high initially but after seeing Chris work his tail off all day I was so glad I paid to have the professionals install my flood lights and can lights. I simply have not priced electrical work in so long, I just didnt know how much went into the project. Chris was great, very professional and a great asset for your company.     I needed electrical work done kind of at a spur of the moment notice working with a siding contractor. Scott and his crew were excellent at being available when I needed them including notifying the inspector and Gulf Power. I also had an emergency situation during this process.     I found Always on Time Electric on a google search on Saturday November 19, 2022. I called and left my information and on Monday morning (21 November 2022) Sarah called and left me a voicemail. I called her back when I got off work and she was sooooooo nice! She was awesome. She scheduled my appointment for Tuesday 29 November 2022, and I asked if there was a cancellation if she could schedule me sooner. She called me back on Wednesday 23 November 2022 at 1:30 and asked if I could do this afternoon. She advised me that Tristan would be at my house soon. Tristan is an AWESOME employee! Thank you for having him come out and do a very professional job at my home today. He was thorough and detailed and did a fantastic job! Very impressed (thanks Tristan, SEMPER FI!). He did exactly what I requested and did it in a timely manner, as well as he was very neat and cleaned up the mess. I would recommend your team anytime.     Scott has been absolutely wonderful to work with. As a real estate broker, I have dealt with him on about 3 different transactions now. Every time he has been professional, intelligent, and truly caring about the customer and their well being. One time I called him out to my personal home for a burnt out light bulb on an exotic fan I bought of amazon. I thought I knew for sure it was a defective fan because the light bulb was new. Scott showed up, figured out that it was a halogen bulb, and educated us on if fingerprint oils touch a halogen bulb, they will burn out prematurely. He didn’t even charge us for the call. He easily could have charged me a service fee for what now seems like a frivolous service call, but he didn’t. That kind of service warrants my continued patronage, and I will refer him to anyone who asks!!!

    Im writing to give a big Shout Out to Always on Time Electricians! We had them over to estimate moving the location where our generator would connect to the house grid. They found a good solution but couldnt come back until Oct 10th and we all had a laugh that we couldnt have a hurricane until after that. We all know what happened! They called us on the 8th and said they would work us in before the storm and came out that afternoon. While we didnt need to use it, it eased our minds to know we were as prepared as we could be. Thank you Scott and Jay!! We highly recommend you!
