It is a home that is well constructed and what other builders consider upgrades that cost additional is inclusive in Samuel Stevens homes.Steve, owner of Samual Stevens, Tom who oversees the project, Alisha, realtor and home designer are wonderful to work with and will do whatever they can to assure your happiness. They always make themselves available to deal with any issues at hand. They truly cared about the entire building process and they truly cared about our wants and needs. We have currently been in our home for three years and we have never hesitated to reach out to the team and/or the vendors used on our home. They have exceptional connections that honor their work.My husband and I would definitely highly recommend them!

Samuel Steven’s builds a beautiful home with exceptional quality and features. I fell in love with our home’s floor plan and knew that I had to have it built. It is a home that is well constructed and one we are very proud of. After several years of living in our home, we are still delighted with all the unique features, materials and upgrades you just don’t get in a cookie cutter home.Steve, owner of Samual Stevens, and Alisha, realtor and home designer are wonderful to work with and will do whatever they can to assure your happiness. They always made themselves available to deal with any issues at hand and we always felt like they truly cared about the entire building process.If we had to build again, I would definitely go to them again without hesitation and highly recommend them! In a world of darkness, it’s good to know there are still people you can trust and rely upon with your biggest investment!

Samuel Stevens builds a beautiful and quality home. They built the Annaliese model for me in Soundside Shores. The floor plan works so well for me and all the finishes are awesome. They are so easy to work with: responsive and reputable.

I had an amazing experience with Alisha at Samuel Stevens & Associates! She was the builder representative for a transaction with my buyers who ended with their dream waterfront home in the end. I absolutely loved working with this team. From my first time meeting them I felt comfortable and safe knowing that I would be working with a builder that could proudly stand behind the product. They were patient, flexible, and sweet throughout the entire process. We feel like they are a part of our extended family. My Realtor matched us with the perfect builder.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about this group. We purchased our home (Annalise Floor Plan) during the beginning of a preplanned construction which was supposed to be their parade of homes house and they were kind enough to allow us to make all the choices for finishes in the home. We worked closely with Alisha, who was amazing! She went above and beyond for us as we were living out of state and in the middle of the COVID pandemic and couldn’t come to pick options in person. She did a phenomenal job bringing our vision to life. After moving in their superintendents were also great to work with the fix any issues we found. Dave, John, and Justin were not only professional and polite but also a pleasure to work with. Our issues were fixed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. When we did have a bigger problem they worked with us and supported our wants when discussing the issue with the subcontractors. I don’t see us moving again but would absolutely use Samuel Stevens again if we did and highly recommend them to others.
