    Pretty much a bunch of hard working folks just trying to take care of your roofing need. Blake was our point of contact and he did a great job.UPDATE: The job has been completed and I cannot express how pleased and impressed we were with the outcome. These guys came in with a huge crew and tore the old roof off of two different buildings and had the job completed all in about 9 hours. They spent additional time after the main job ensuring that site clean up was completed to the highest of standards. Blake and Frey even came back the next day to conduct a final magnet sweep of the project for nails and refuse. Can’t say enough great things about the way this job was done or how impressed we are with Roofsmith Restoration.

He was so easy to work with and handled all of the correspondence with our insurance and the adjusters. He made the process so much easier for us.     Dawson stopped by to offer a roof inspection and due to the fact we know a new roof will be in a not too distant future I had him take a look. He did a video to show some damaged areas but assured us it was basically from just age and not a concern yet. He offered to check back annually and/or more frequently if a weather event makes it a good idea for another inspection. He was very personable and answered all my questions at this time and we will definitely keep his contact info. I also like that he lives nearby and this branch of the company is also based locally in Nashville.

    We had hail damage from a storm earlier this year. Keith at Roofsmith Nashville took great care of us! He was great about answering questions and right there from the initial inspection, to navigating the insurance claim, and right up to the day they replaced our roof. Their crew took good care of our home while they worked and they finished replacing the roof in less than 5 hours from arrival to final departure that day! Looks great, too. We’ve had a great experience with Roofsmith.

    I had an amazing experience with Michael Langeberg as representative in Nashville. He was 100% on the task with everything he said and promised, always on time, always showing up for an additional “take a look” at the situation, or just advice or show me a detail, or advise me on choice of shingles. The company did a great job with the roof also, it was fast and well done, with extras built in for longer life of the roof.

    Great experience with Aaron at Roofsmith Restoration. I needed a new roof after storm damage and Aaron made sure the process went as smoothly as possible.     We recently had our roof replaced by Roofsmith Restoration and we were so pleased with the process. Michael Langeberg was the absolute BEST Project Manager! He went above and beyond during the whole process and did a great job keeping us in the loop. The team who did our actual roof replacement were professional and did a great job with clean up. We had some communication issues with the office & billing staff but that has been resolved. Overall, I would highly recommend Roofsmith for any roof repairs or replacement.

    Eli Shumer and Roof-Smith restoration went above and beyond what I expected from a roofing company. From being on time, responsive, and prompt to the crew itself hand pulling nails out of the yard to make sure my children were safe. The best part about all of it was the price. I was so excited to only pay my deductible for the entire roof!!!! I would recommend Eli and Roof-Smith to anyone who is looking for a good quality company that puts its customers first.I had to have Roofsmith come back due to a leak. They stand by their 5 year workmanship warranty and corrected the issue the right way. They took over 3 hours and removed pieces of the roofing system to make a permanent fix. Blake was outstanding!!! His professionalism and knowledge are top notch and his work is excellent. I think a true test of a companys quality is when things do not go right. The way they fix those issues speaks just as much if not more about them than the original job. I continue to be impressed and very pleased with RoofSmith and the service they offer.     Keith who knocked was putting on door hangers in my neighborhood after the storm was walking down my street. I asked who he was and he told me he represented Roof-Smith roofing and was in the neighborhood inspecting roofs that had been damaged in Murfreesboro from yesterday’s storm. He lives in the area. He pointed out I had some shingles that had blew off from the storm. He offered to fix it for a small fee and inspect my roof for free. He did all of that without pressure. He was extremely profesional. He made a video on his IPad of the troubled spots but told me the roof still had a little life left in it. Now he has gained my trust. I know this roof is going to need to be replaced in the future and when it is time Keith and Roof-Smith Restoration will get first shot at it. Great experience today.

    We contacted Roofsmith due to concerns about our roof following recent storms. Hein came out and inspected, providing a video of everything he noticed while on the roof. Despite our statements indicating we were prepared to invest in a full roof replacement, if needed, he told us our roof was still in good shape. He pointed out things to keep an eye on and recommend regular inspections every 6 months to a year. We were pleased to see he was honest and didn’t try to sell us a roof we didn’t need. We will be using Roofsmith when that time comes.

    After heavy winds, some shingles were damaged on my roof. Never dealing with this issue, i immediately was concerned. Called and spoke to Kieth. Came out the same day! Took pictures and videos of damage, and clearly explained everything. Even tarped the damaged roof until repairs could be done. Definitely would recommend.

    Last spring when neighbors were getting new roofs because of hail damage we had damage to ceilings in 2 rooms. Inspector from our insurance company said he didn’t know why we had ceiling damage because we had no roof damage. We left 2 buckets in attic while we contact roofing companies.     I recently had a leak in my roof and I called up Roofsmith Restoration. Hien Nguyen came over. He was very smart, friendly, and asked me a lot of questions about what was happening. I showed him the ceiling where the leak was coming in, and he explained what he thought the issue could be. He then set up a ladder and went up and inspected my roof. He told me that the furnace vent pipe was not caulked well and it needed to be recaulked. Within a half hour he had it all sealed up and I havent had an issue since! Hien was very helpful and did a tremendous job..I wouldnt call anyone else! Thanks Hien!

    Roofsmith Restoration came by while in the neighborhood doing some work on other homes and offered a free roof inspection. After examining the outside roof area they found nothing and were very honest about the fact I should be fine with my roof for another 5 - 10 years.I called them for a second inspection and second opinion after another company informed me I needed a whole new roof from a similar inspection. Eli came out and did a thorough inspection of the attic space where the other company identified major issues. He was only able to find a few minor issues which should be easily resolved.From my experience with these guys, they were very forthright and honest in their assessment of my situation. I would not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them to anyone who may have questions about or needs work on their roof. They have certainly saved me time, money and stress with their professional and honest approach.

    Roofsmith Restoration and their guy Hien Nguyen is A+++! Recently purchased a home here in Nashville, Hermitage to be exact from Los Angeles and I was told by the realtor that the seller got approved for a new roof prior to my move in and closing back in November 2020. Purchasing this home was all contingent on us getting a new roof and I seriously thought that I was going to get a new one. Well, fast forward to January I noticed a few things that were off about the roof (color uniformity of my shingles and minor scuffs). To my concern, I called Hien and he was there the next day to give me a thorough and detailed assessment of just how bad of a job the previous company did. Hien gave me a checklist of things I needed to better process my complain against the previous roofers. I was extremely impressed with how knowledgeable Mr. Nguyen was and how he broke things down to me. I gained a better understanding on how a perfect roof should be put together. This company is definitely top-notch and Hien represented them and delivered a pleasant, informative, and quality inspection. Highly recommend this company and its staff!!!

    Hien was amazing! He originally showed up for a free inspection of our house. We had originally received a quote from the insurance company on how much they were willing to give us to repair the roof. Hien stated in our initial meeting that is entirely too low. I know they owe you more money than that he worked with our insurance company and had the roof fully covered! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Most people are usually pushy and try to upsell you on items, but not Hien. He listened to what we wanted and gave us options for us to choose from and make the decision that was best for me and my family. He is truly a great person and works for an amazing company. I would recommend him and the company to every friend and family member that I have.

    Joe Hardy came by my home to complete a roof inspection . He was very thorough and took his time to explain what he was seeing on my roof. Thank goodness my roof still has some life in it.     Everything was a cut above the rest with this roofing company. From the video they took of my roof to show me what was wrong, to weekly calls to tell me where I was on the installation list, to how quickly the installation occurred the day of installation, I was kept informed. They also went to bat for me with my insurance company to help with evidence and documentation to get some of my new roof paid for by my insurance company. I highly recommend this professional team!

    I reached out to Hien because he was a family friend and found out he did roofs! I am so glad he was able to stop by and check out my parents roof! My dad was a former construction worker and he did our roof about 8 years ago. Hien told me I did not need a new roof and fixed some minor repairs. He explained that he caulked some shingles that were starting to lift from the wind and assured me I had at least 5 more years on our roof. Since the water showed up on the ceiling of the first floor and not the second, Ive had 2 plumbers look at the issue as well. Caylee was certainly the most thorough, professional, and informative and explored every possible roof leak to rule it out as a possibility. She took photos to show the condition of the shingles, ridge vents, gutters, vent pipes etc! Caylee is confident the issue isnt a roof leak and I agree, and the plumbers are confident its not a plumbing issue. Caylee was also the only one able offer suggestions on a handyman who could help from here. She even took photos and asked her colleagues about issues that weren’t even roof related. That’s going above and beyond all the way. Call Roofsmith, ask for Caylee. She’s the best.
