    Zack and another guy showed up yesterday to repair one of my outside outlet. Issue while the house was being power washed. Then, I had them check the other outlets while here. One other of the outside was bad. Then, today, I began smelling burnt wire again. I called, and Zack was here quicker than I expected. Im not sure what happened, but the plug was replaced. Highly satisfied with the service.Thank you

    My experience was positive from start to finish. I called about installing some cameras around my home, and they immediately scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. The communication was great throughout the process, and our electrician Zac was very competent and friendly. I would definitely use Live Wire again and recommend them to all my friends.

    Called to get an additional outlet in my bathroom. Requested Gus because hed previously worked on electrical issues in my home. He arrived on time with a big smile on his face and got to work. Gus inspected the entire house and found a possible fire hazard. He made the necessary changes and installed the bathroom outlet. Gus is very capable, professional, and kind. And he cleaned up after himself! I will use Live Wire for all future electrical needs, and I will request Gus every time.

I called the Tuesday morning after the Memorial Day holiday because half of the electric in my house was out.     Livewire and Gus has been involved in the renovation of this almost 100 year old home. Gus replaced the old knob and tube wiring and has been working with us since the project began. He is always willing to do what it takes and of course goes the extra mile to get the job done. Gus is very accommodating and provides very professional services. His above and beyond skills have really impressed us. Jay Strickland has done a great job coordinating all of the service calls and what would we do without Stormy.     We needed some work done in garage for EV charging. Another company gave us the run around and quoted an arm and a leg. We found livewire through Facebook recommendations and thought to give them a call. Called on Monday, they came by on Tuesday and the quote was very reasonable (about a third of the other quote and matches what normal pricing would be for this type of work). By Wednesday the work is done and couldnt be happier with their efficiency and quality. They were on time, on point and would highly recommend for anyone needing electrician service!

    On 2/29/24 Jerrod from LiveWire Electric came out to install my Whole Home Generator. I watched the whole process for 2 days. I was impressed. He does quality work even making sure everything was level, the generator, the pad, the conduit going into the electric meter and the transfer box. The one thing I learned is that this is not a weekend DIY project. Leave it to the professionals. We were so impressed, we called them back to install 2 ceilings fans. Angel was sent out and again he did quality work. Thank you to the whole crew at LiveWire Electric for a job well done. We will not hesitate to call them again.

    Talk about coming to my rescue!!! I called LiveWire in a panic because the power kept going off in my home office and I had three projects due that day before 3:00. The lady that answered was so very nice, professional and calming. I asked if there was any way possible to get someone out there this morning and she told me to give her about ten minutes and she would call me back. In less than ten minutes, she called back and stated someone would be there in less than an hour. In abour twenty minutes, two of the nicest, most knowledgeable young men arrived and restored power to my office in approximately an hour. I am so grateful and thankful to LiveWire for their professional service and if I have an electrical need in the future, I will definitely call on them again.     I hired this company to complete an initial electrical hook-up. The project was a 40 to 45 miles one way trip. An individual came out and made gave a quote that I accepted. The next day a technician arrived and even though there were some unexpected problems, the job was completed. Upon examination, I found an oversight of a knock out that was not covered. I called the company and explained what I found and the next day another person came and fixed it. I am completely satisfied with this company and I would recommend it to anyone. As far as Im concerned, this company exhibits excellent customer service and good quality work.
