    After a lot of research and discussions with Adam, I was very comfortable going the modular home direction for my familys new home. We have called it home now for two years just a few months ago and love it. If we ever build again, I will without question go the modular home direction again due to the differences between their construction benefits and site built homes; not too mention the cost benefit as well.Call Adam and his team today to learn all about the benefits of this style of construction!

    I bought my Modway home about a year ago. Im retired, single and owning a home for the first time. I qualified for my home via Lacasa (Elkhart County, IN). Modway built my home and it was on the market long before I bought it. I am so thankful for Modway, a manufactured home thats well-built and affordable. During my one-year warranty, I could contact Modway and things would be taken care of. It wasnt big things... part of it was learning about how to own a home and proper maintenance, etc. If something did break, they would repair or replace it at no charge to me. Adam Cobane came to my home with so much compassion to introduce it to me, and is still helping me learn what to do as a new home owner! Just today, I called him and he was so helpful in problem solving and learning more about how my house is constructed. It ended up that everything is working as it should. Had I panicked and called a plumber, I would have spent hundreds of unnecessary dollars. With a face-time call and photos, and some minutes, Adam could walk me through the process and help me understand the workings of my home! I remain in deep gratitude for Adam and the entire staff at Modway! Thank you again.

    In 2021 our family was devastated by a complete home loss due to a fire. If you haven’t experienced such a catastrophe, than let me say that it is a full-time job working with the insurance company, excavators, contractors, local code and building commissions etc. When this happens, its an overwhelming job that comes at the very worst time. I called several builders and ultimately was impressed with Adam and the Modway group since they had actual experience in working with insurance companies. Having worked as a contractor myself for years, I could tell immediately when someone has worked with insurance companies as there is a “language” i.e. recoverable depreciation, coverage A, B, C etc. that is spoken/ understood….and Modway understands it. They also understood that communication---frequent calls and updates are the source of peace during such a process. The proper steps to complete each phase and the fashion of payment and post-sale care is what makes these folks second to none in my opinion. To complicate matters, our property had an outdated septic system and required a considerable mound for the local codes (near Lake Michigan) and Modway shepherded the permitting/ design/ inspections process which ultimately saved our sanity. In the world of contractors, this is the part where lesser or predatory companies take full advantage of a desperate situation----we needed the additional work done. Modway did the opposite and charged us modestly for the unforeseen septic/environmental surprise and you just don’t find ethical businesses like that in this world frequently. The Johnson family thoroughly recommends Modway Homes.
