    Archadeck built us a beautiful 2nd story deck on the back of our house with a gutter system that protects the patio from the rain. Customer service was really great. I had an issue with squirrels eating the lighting and Archadeck came and took care of the repairs for me as well. Thanks Randy!!! Id choose Archadeck again for future projects.

    Very pleased with our new deck! We were extremely impressed by the professional approach to our project from start to finish. Jessica was very personable and patient as she guided us through the many deck and rail options. Once the project began, Gabrielle was great at updating us each workday about the progress and plan for the next day. The construction crew showed up every day and always worked a full day. They were very careful with the surrounding vegetation and property and always cleaned up everything at days end. The head carpenter (Cosmin) is obviously a perfectionist. He went above and beyond to make sure that all was done to our satisfaction and took the time to thoroughly answer the many questions we had. Would definitely use them again for a future project. Highly recommend!

    The Archadeck team was great. Jessica partnered with us on the design—helping ensure we got the best design that met our needs within our budget, answering questions, and really listening to and solving concerns with us.Danielle and Gabrielle were in constant contact once the project was ready to begin. We knew what was planned each day, when people were coming, and they coordinated all the permits/inspections making things clear and simple on our end.The team that came out was great. They kept the site clean, had a great work ethic, and when they made mistakes or had issues they needed to work around, they told us what happened, their plan to fix the issues, and they followed through.I would not hesitate to recommend this group to anyone seeking to build a deck. Clear communication, good planning, great follow through.

    We could not be happier with our backyard screened room and pergola. Jessica was wonderful to work with and really listened to what we wanted!! Quality of work was excellent and everyone we worked with was friendly and professional! Definitely would recommend them!!

    We are thrilled with our new deck!! Its well-sized and beautifully constructed. The entire process from the initial consultation to the end result exceeded our expectations. Kristin was a delight to work with and Gabrielle kept us posted with daily updates and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We were blown away at how quickly (and carefully) the old deck was deconstructed. Quinton and James are a clever and talented construction team ~ especially working around the oak tree in the middle of the deck! They kept the site neat, were respectful of the surrounding property and politely responded whenever we interrupted their work with our questions. Our project began a little earlier than planned but that worked well for us as it has given us a few weeks to enjoy the deck before winter. The project was completed at EXACTLY the price that was agreed. There were NO surprises. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. We are absolutely recommending Archadeck to anyone considering adding to or improving their outside living space.

    Thank you to Gabrielle and Ryan at Archadeck for their superior customer service and responsiveness!! After enjoying the wonderful design and utility of our deck for quite some time, it was modestly damaged by our landscaping contractor. Archadeck responded very quickly to complete all the necessary repairs, making it look good as new. Ryan even identified another section I had overlooked, and immediately resolved that too.These are people who stand behind their products and craftsmanship. Look no further, these are the people you want to do business with!

    We recently moved into a new house and had a number of projects that required professional help. Of those we worked with, Archadeck was by far the best. If you dont read any further, understand that the deck is beautiful and this project was a very pleasant experience...we will readily and happily recommend Archadeck to friends and family that are considering having one built.The design was amazing... we sat with Jessica and she created a plan that met our requirements for visibility and access. She had already come out to view the project site so she already had a draft design for us to look at and build off of. Jessica was able to discuss changes and create a design we loved that fell within our budget.The construction phase was equally pleasant with Ryan, Brian and Jordan building the deck. If we saw something that we didnt understand or simply wanted a board changed they were very professional and accommodating.Finally, after construction and actually walking on the deck, we decided we would like a few modifications. This is the moment of truth... youve signed a contract for a project and now you want changes, something that can interrupt schedules, require additional materials and generally be disruptive to Archadecks processes.We had a brief conversation with Jessica, modified plans were exchanged and we received the quote for the changes... to our surprise, they were reasonably priced. The entire change process from design to completion took less than 2 weeks.This was a pleasant experience from start to finish with the only surprises pleasant ones.

    We had a particular design request for our deck and they did a fantastic job designing and completing the deck to our needs. Getting someone to listen to our needs and building it to those needs but not adding a bunch of things we did not need was great.Jessica really listened and made good input to making the project work for us.

The entire process, from initial meeting to completion of the project, was easy and stress-free. Alex, who was in charge of tearing down our old deck and building the new one, was courteous and an efficient worker. Gabrielle at the office gave us daily updates on what was done that day.     Rarely do we post such reviews, but ArchDeck of Chicago deserves a call out. Our pavilion turned out great and we are very satisfied with the outcome. Communication from the team is excellent and they are committed to schedules. We have used various companies for various projects over the years. Construction projects may have some unexpected issues that surface. In our experience, how the company responds to such issues is critically important. ArchDeck was very responsive to anything that surfaced and worked to meet our expectations.

    Archadeck designed and built us an amazing deck. They met every expectations. The design process was very easy, with Sara designing us a deck we will enjoy for years to come.     Amazing experience working with Archadeck. Was detail oriented and well organized. They walked us through the process step by step to get our screened-in porch built. Helping us navigate through permits, inspections, and all of the interactions with our township. The carpenter did truly quality work, even sending back wood that did not meet his standards. The entrance to our home has been elevated with the design and choice of pavers. Thank you Lisa for your patience while weighing my choices. Our deck is updated with the black metal and wood railing.     Archadeck was incredible to work with! I highly recommend their services! My husband and I were initially looking to build a small deck in our yard. We worked with our designer, Lane, who took in our ideas and features we wanted to develop a design for us. We loved it! Upon further discussion, we shifted to wanting a paver patio instead. We initially did not think this was possible due to a a village code that requires a percentage of permeable surface on each property. Lane was able to adapt and develop a patio design after talking with us. It was incredible!! It included everything we wanted, and then some. It actually gave us more than the deck would have based on our space. Lane is beyond talented and creative! Archadeck took care of the permits which was extremely helpful in an area where there are a lot of different codes to abide by. The actual development of the patio was of high quality and the workers completed everything in a timely manner. They took amazing care of our project and our property. They were respectful and so easy to work with. Communication was fast and responsive to all of our needs. They even helped us adapt our plan when we needed to add some extra spaces to connect parts of our garage to the patio. We are beyond happy with EVERY service that Archadeck provided us. I highly recommend Archadeck for any service. If we look to do more, we will be calling them again. Thank you, Archadeck!

    Archadeck of Naperville was a wonderful company to work with! We looked at a few other companies, but felt the Archadeck company could best meet all our needs for replacing our small deck on our side porch. It required a special trap door—the door they constructed works perfectly. The quality of service from the initial consultation to the construction, and closing meeting was simple and well worth the cost—which was competitive and reasonable. I would happily use them again if another deck on my home needed replaced.

    4.5. These guys are very good and very honest, and the project (deck and pergola) turned out wonderfully. They took care of all the punchlist items in a fair manner too.     I was referred to Archadeck by a friend and I am so happy we went with Archadeck. They helped us design the deck of our dreams and were just wonderful to work with in terms of helping us with design ideas and options. I was very impressed with how fantastic the communication was, we received quick responses to all of our questions and what I loved most was the clarity of the updates and progress to be made every day while it was being installed without even asking. The workers were very professional and were also very informative about what it was that they were going to do.     We had our brick patio re-laid and built a large deck. Those who worked on all aspects of our project were excellent. They were polite, hard workers and always cleaned up after themselves. We did have several issues with the drink rail we had added on to the all metal sides (we only used wood for the deck floor). While it took them several attempts to correct it, they continued to attempt to fix it until we were satisfied. I would recommend that if you choose metal sides and railings, that you do not add a drink rail. They are not solid wood so while they look nice, they wont hold up to weathering in the same way the metal sides will.

    If I could pick just one word about the screened in porch and and adjoining deck that was constructed by Archadeck it would be: craftsmanship. It is a work of engineering art. We absolutely love the result and spend a huge amount of time outside now because of this and it has increased the enjoyment of our home immensely.In terms of the design and sales process, it was significantly easier and more clear than other vendors we looked at. Building something of this size is a hugely complicated affair full of questions, details, and uncertainty. Our project manager kept us updated on a daily basis. They also helped us when we had a zoning issue to deal with regarding the city we live in.I dont think Archadeck is going to ever be the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. For us, we got exactly what we wanted.
