I purchased a quite used generator and it still ran perfectly. I went to upgrade the carb to a tri-fuel and had a few problems. The customer service here is so friendly, professional and extremely thorough. They care that my unit runs well. After a few parts were swapped out, this HD9000 runs like its brand new. It runs my entire 50a 5th wheel with no problems. I couldnt be happier with this company and their product.
