    Jake and his team were incredibly professional. They updated old wiring in my 1905 home and brought everything up to code. The crew was in and out in three hours, and even fixed some extra stuff while they were here. The time between requesting a quote and the job getting done was less than three weeks—a rarity in Nacogdoches. And I was shocked at how reasonable the price was. I will definitely be calling JLC for my next project.

    On or turned off my light on Friday at 2:30 and I had to get a new weatherhead by 5 o’clock because the city closed at five. I called the company and they were there within 30 minutes gave me my quote and had it fixed by 5 o’clock they were amazing they did everything great, in a timely manner, and didn’t give me any excuses! I would definitely recommend to anyone. It was a great experience.

    Needed a new meter pole. They quick and courteous and left the area clean. excellent communication. Turned out there was a bad breaker in the new breaker box and they got it fixed as soon as I called them about it without delay. Ill contact them again if I need an electrician.

    We had a big electrical issue at our home that needed quick attention and I’m so glad we called JLC Electrical. They came within 2 hours of my call (during the hurricane winds/rain) and worked until 9 pm to fix the issue. They came back the next day to make sure that everything was back to working normally, since we were without power from the hurricane when they fixed it. They are easy to reach by text or call and they are super conscientious about the work that they do. We will use them for all of our electrical needs from now on. Thank you, JLC!

    Jose and Jr with JLC Electric did a great job today adding a circuit for new HVAC, adding a 50 amp RV outlet, and a few other small tasks. Finding a nail that had previously ( who knows when) been shot through the exterior wall into the middle of the breaker box made the day a little more interesting than aby of us expected.

    Super fast, extremely reasonably priced, and everyone was honestly super courteous and knowledgeable. We had a power surge that shorted some outlets and they came out and fixed the issue, updated some wires, and got everything safe and functional. The invoice clearly stated each charge and was easy to understand. Jose, Junior, and David were our techs, I would highly recommend them and this company to anyone in the area. Jose in particular made sure I understood everything they were doing and talked to me as an equal, which can be rare as a woman dealing with tradesmen. I got an estimate from them for some other electrical work we wanted done and am genuinely excited to work with them again.

    They did an amazing job! I had a tree fall on my electrical box on Sunday and it knocked out our power. I was able to reach them that day to get scheduled for a repair the next day. We were able to get everything repaired that next day. We had an issue with Oncor receiving the paperwork from the inspector which was delaying our service being restored. JLC Electric kept contacting Oncor and the inspector up until 8pm until our power was restored. I’m very impressed with their work and would recommend their services!

    I had work done by JLC twice in the past year. The first time, I needed a new socket installed for the dryer and the electrician found a much cheaper route for the cable than to go up through the attic and back down. He saved me money on that. Second time was to rewire a switch that I had unhooked and couldnt remember how to rewire. It took a while but he figured it out. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

    This is the best contractor I have used in years. I had a house entirely rewired and all the fixtures and outlets replaced. In the same job several specialty outlets were also added. The quality of the work was excellent. The crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. I had one outlet go out prematurely after a lightning strike within inches of the house. He sent an electrician out to replace the outlet at no charge. During the remodel they also installed an automatic transfer switch for the generator I purchased from them. I have recommended this company to several people. I will also be using them again for some projects.

    We had a 30 amp breaker replaced with a 50 amp breaker. Also changed out the generator plug on the house. Did a great job. Lewis even plugged the generator into the new outlet to make sure everything worked. And it did! He also took the time to explain how many amps various appliances use.Jake came out within days of me calling for a quote. Received quote the next day.     We recently used JLC Electrical Contractors, LLC to install complete electrical service in our newly constructed home, garage and barn, totaling over 4500 sq/ft.Oliver and Noe met with us on-site and took time to walk through the home/barn to determine electrical needs and location of all switches, receptacles, lighting, HVAC and appliances. Throughout this process Oliver was very pleasant to work with, and extremely helpful in making recommendations while also ensuring that code requirements were met. His experience was very evident as he made numerous suggestions regarding switching and placement options we would not have thought of on our own.After the initial walk-thru the work was completed very quickly, the job site was left clean and everything was installed exactly as discussed. The most impressive part of this project was the professionalism and patience Oliver extended to us during the walk-thru and planning phase, as well as Noe who also returned to review additional work.These two guys truly possess high level customer service skills!     A tree destroyed my utility pole. I called these guys and they came without hesitation and rewired everything perfectly. I was a little concerned about something on my electrical box and the owner himself called and talked to me about it. He also left his personal phone number for me to call him if anything happened. I would also say that the amount they charged me was fair considering all the work they had done. I can assure you, I will call them again if I ever need any help.
