    Customer service was so nice and courteous, even with my many questions. The plumber was friendly and polite. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing.     Dusty and Tyler seem to really care about their customers. They took the time to teach and explain as well as address a few minor issues we were experiencing. I was not prepared for the price of having our tankless water heater flushed because the office was unable to provide an estimate. My only feedback is for the receptionist to know the total price and for the option to flush a tankless to be included in the online scheduling tool. The total price also includes materials because they can only use them one time. Great experience though, and I highly recommend Dusty and Tyler.

    I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We are super thankful for you guys and especially thankful for Dustin. Dustin went above and beyond fixing our pipes outside. We were incredibly stressed about what it might cost. He quoted us what he thought it would be. To our surprise it was several hundreds of dollars LESS than what was quoted.During the entire job Dustin was thorough and knowledgeable. He explained to us different things he was doing during the duration of the job. The craziest thing to me is he even fixed a broken faucet for us that another company didnt fix when we called them out for it bursting during the winter. Dustin fixed it in 15 minutes.We have used you guys in the past, always being happy with the work done. We used the other company in a panic during the winter time because they could get out the quickest. Lesson learned. We will never use a company other than Roto-Rooter in future. We felt ripped off by the other company. Your team has never been anything but honest and fair with us. Again we cant thank you guys enough.Oh, just one more thing for extra emphasis....     I had a mystery gas leak in my nearly 100 year old house and needed it to be found and repaired. They sent out Luke to do the job and he was fantastic. He worked diligently to find the leak and replace the offending pipe that had rotted out. He was very friendly, professional and a hard worker. I greatly appreciate his hard work.

    Holay! After calling the lesser known rooter company and them NOT showing up or even calling to say they couldnt make it; I called and scheduled with the professionals. Omg! They immediately sent me a text as well as an email confirming my appointment. Then today, before sending a technician to the house; they sent me a text with a photo of the technician, his name and bio! I think this is a BRILLIANT way to run a business that sends technicians into a home nowadays. Every company should take notes and do this! They were quick to get me on their schedule, and Daniel fixed the issue within an hour. Im very grateful for them and will continue to do business with them in the future and will refer them to ANYONE in Muskogee who has sewage problems. Mvto (thank you)!!

    100% Recommend this company for any and all plumbing needs. A cable company had severed our sewer line when they buried fiber optic cable (and never stopped to tell us) and so a few days passed before our sewer began to back up. The tech from Roto Rooter used a camera to detect the severed line. The camera actually showed the orange cable beside the sewer line.We called Roto Rooter and the very same day we received a text message with a picture of the the tech that was coming to our home.He was on time, well groomed, and very professional. He explained each step of the process and never wavered even though the outdoor heat was intense that day.We highly recommend Roto Rooter and especially Tech Dusty!Thank you for showing up and showing out with your high morals, value, professionalism, and also being on time.     We had a clog in our main sewer line and since our home is older we didn’t have a clean out. My hubby tried for a day and a half to unclog but when things started backing up in the tub we knew we had to call. It was Saturday so a little higher rate, also it’s below freezing temps and the poor guy had to climb on the roof. Worth every penny, He was so nice and pleasant and professional. Well worth the cost considering the whole house was backed up and he came at ten at night. We are scheduling a clean out to be installed ASAP! I will be asking specifically for Todd, he was amazing!

    I had a main drain blocked which turned into a broken main sewer pipe in my front yard (ancient clay pipes, NOT the plumbers fault). They came out around 9am to replace the sewer pipe & were done before dinner. Todd & Dakota went above & beyond. I needed to move some flowers that were in the way. They told me not to worry, it wouldnt be a problem to remove them for me. And they did! No harm to the plants either! It was nice to hear them enjoying their work (they were actually singing while they were working) & not hear a bunch of vulgar language or cursing which if youre being honest we all do sometimes. It put my mind at ease that my work would be quality. They displayed pride in the work they were doing. They answered all my questions without hesitation. When the job was complete, they ensured I was satisfied & made sure I knew if any problems arose, to call them. I would highly recommend the services of these two men! I was very hesitant to use a bigger name company but this particular branch of the company is top notch in my opinion.

He was very professional and communicated the cause of the water leaks and testing everything twice before leaving. Definitely will use their services again. He did advise me I shouldve received a photo of him but I did not. Thats an additional service most dont provide so wont deduct for that. I didnt price compare. I paid for a new toilet valve and supply line, and a sink coupling plus clearing a clog 🤦🏾‍♀️. Total $156. Knowledge and greater confidence about updating this plumbing, priceless.

    5 stars to Roto Rooter the experience was SO WONDERFUL! One of my greatest pet peeves is Customer Service and you guys were outstanding! The technician you sent out was very professional and stood by his quote.     Have had plumbing issues for the last year in regards to kitchen and laundry room.     Have lived in the same home for over 25 years and never known the location of our septic tank. A couple months ago it became a problem, for the first time, with the bathtub backing up. It was apparent that our septic definitely needed servicing. I used another company prior to Roto Rootor but they had no luck finding the septic. I spent countless hours searching my yard with a metal detector to find the septic tank in vain. Finally was given the suggestion to find a plumbing company with a camera to aid in finding the septic. Roto Rootor provides this service and was able to FIND my septic tank and service it on the same day. Reasonably priced. I honestly expected it to be exponentially more expensive and was elated to get the bill. Their team was professional and Id 100 percent recommend.
