    We have used Dave Burns Plumbing for three separate issues at our home - a leaking fitting on an existing pipe, a water heater replacement and a shutoff valve replacement. Each time Charlie called ahead, showed up on time explained everything that needed to be done and did quality, professional work. I would use them again and highly recommend.

    When our septic pump AND backup pump both went out in the early evening one night, and water began to creep up from the drain pipe in our basement, Dave called us right back and let us know they could come the next morning. Furthermore, he was so concerned about the system backing up that he advised us to turn off the water (which I hadnt thought of).His team came the next morning, quoted a reasonable price for the level of work needed to replace both pumps, the work and parts are covered by a generous warranty. Our septic pumps have never worked this well.I *highly* recommend Dave Burns, and I will use their services again (but hopefully not for awhile)!Mickey and Tim OMara

    In 2020, I bought this little fixer upper which needed MUCH love including 2 new sump pumps both with a 2nd pump and battery backup, a new utility sink and piping in the laundry room, new pipes and faucets for outside: 2 of them, new pipes out of the house for the sumps to send the water out: it was a lot, but it needed to be done. Dave Burns was referred to me by my realtor who is also a personal friend of people close to me, so her referral carried weight, so I called Dave, and I spoke with Dave himself each time, which was wonderful. I required some additional service here at the house since, and again I was able to communicate directly with Dave, he even offered me advice on hardware for the new bathroom and advice as it pertains to a new hot water heater. I will call on Dave Burns again in the future when I have a need for the work and products he provides.

    Excellent service - Dave and Chris were honest, knowledgeable and responsive to us when we contacted Dave Burns Plumbing recently about an ejector pump problem in our home. It was a big dirty job during a mad holiday rush, but they handled it swiftly and professionally. We highly recommend these plumbing pros !!

    While doing a remodel on my bathroom myself, I came to realize I needed a new mixer. Our house was built in the late 40’s so we still have galvanized pipes. Once Carl came to look at what I had going on I was told I should replace the risers as well. I didn’t want to spend the extra money but once the new drywall and tile were in I didn’t want to have to rip it all back out to replace them. So, he quoted me for doing both jobs as I was on the fence until the next morning.They were able to come and do what I needed in a short time frame and then were able to come back to put the trim on. Dave, while abrupt with his honesty about certain models of shower and tub faucets, directed me to use something other than what I had originally purchased. He even agreed to send someone out to help me with an issue I had with the shower wand I purchased.The only issue I had was Carl washed a bunch of drywall particulate down the tub drain and at the time, didn’t seem to care even after he was asked not to let it go down the drain. I did call and speak to Dave and felt better after doing so. With that said, I am grateful they were able to come do the work with very short notice.

    I had a leaky external hose bib probably from being damaged over the winter. Dave identified the problem as being due to a pvc shutoff also controlling a bathroom sink. After consultation, we agreed to separate the shutoffs. Dave installed higher quality metal components. Yes, the price was on the high side but the recommended repair and estimate were explained in advance. I was satisfied with both.

    WOW!!!! Dave and his team did an exceptional job today! I woke up at 6:15 to my 13 yr old telling me his shower is not getting hot. You can imagine my frustration...I thought I would either pay an arm and a leg for an emergency service call or not be able to get the issue resolved at all today. I jumped on google and found Dave. I am glad I ignored the 2.5 over all review, and called the number listed. To my surprise it was the owner Dave who answered the phone! That just doesnt happen these days. I explained my situation to him, and he was quick to send out a plumber. His price was reasonable, and I thought he was extremely accommodating, considering this was my only day off. My wife and I both work full time jobs and we have 3 kids...time was of the essence. They tried to save me some $, and fix the old unit. The water heater failed again a few hours later and I called Dave back on his cell. He answered and explained they would credit my prior repair to the purchase of a new water heater. I thought that was outstanding! They were able to come back the same day with a new water heater and Chris completed the install in a very reasonable amount of time. I am thrilled with the level of service Dave Burns and his employees provided today. My experience was nothing short of exceptional and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber!!! A++++ from a very satisfied customer. The overall rating of 2.5 is not a good representation of this company. They are absolutely a 5 star organization. Thank you for all your help!!!
