    I initially reached out to Daniel and his team to take care of a mold issue I had in several buildings. He came out and did a thorough walk through and a quote for the work. He pointed out areas that we could fix ourselves and really helped by telling us regulations and what we did and didnt need. He connected us with a company that could quickly get some testing done so that we didnt hold up the project. We officially started in May, and completed in September; a full month ahead of schedule. On top of Daniels professionalism his crew, Alex and Joel, were super respectful of rhe properties and requirements of our facilities. The service is great, and the prices were some of the best around. I highly recommend these guys for your remediation needs.

    We used Pulido for the second time. They don’t disappoint. Juan, Ramon and Alfredo always take great care of us. We specifically requested Juan as our project manager this time, because he was so great the first time around. I’m glad he brought his team back to deliver impeccable work.     I used Pulido back in 2014 and the services were excellent and the reason I contacted Pulido’s again with our roof leak with water coming into our kitchen and dining room. Daniel was the initial contact and he shared with me what his technicians would be doing. Danny was the first technician that came out and started the containment. Then more technicians arrived. Nino and Andrew helped get everything contained and got all the blowers and air purifiers going. Each one of these young men went above and beyond to make sure we were safe as we had some medical issues going on in our home with à family member. Over the weekend, Zack came out and checked both area of containment and reassured me that everything was looking good which certainly helped my stress level. When everything was dry, Pulido’s technicians were back and finished up this part of the job in a very professional manner. I would absolutely recommend using Pulido’s for these type of services.Adrian from Pulido’s was out to do an estimate on the reconstruction. We’re now awaiting the ok from the insurance company to move forward and put everything back together with drywall, texture, and paint. Then rehang the cabinets. I will be using Pulido’s technicians for this part of the job as well.As you can see from the pictures we’re all buttoned up till the drywall starts. I can now use my kitchen again.Again, you can’t go wrong with Pulido’s

    My project is still in the process but the first part (demo and drying and estimates) is complete. I gotta say, the team who started the first part, Andrew, Nino and Jeremy were really on top of it. Very professional and friendly, knowledgeable and of course very accommodating in which they timely manner of when they could arrive in continue to do what they needed to do, especially Andrew. He was the star of the show. I would definitely give him a call if I need anything else for sure.Now I await for part two for the second team to finish up the project, the repairs. And if they are anything like the first team, I will be back to give them yet another great review

    Andrew and Danny came to demo the kitchen and they were wonderful! Super professional and friendly. There was mold in the drywall from a faulty dishwasher and this whole thing has been a huge headache (not bc of Pulido) and the anxiety was high about what might be in the walls or how bad it would actually be. They patiently explained everything and once they started working it was fast, efficient, and the clean up was above and beyond. Nino brought all of the fans to remove the moisture from the walls, and again, friendly and professional. These guys made a stressful situation a little less stressful and we are grateful!

    I woke up in the morning with a flood on my lower floor. I called my Home Owners Insurance and they sent out Pulido Restoration. Let me say this!! The mitigation team was amazing. They were patient, thorough, professional and totally empathetic. Andrew went above and beyond to walk my husband and I through the process. I have little kids and he made sure to handle the home environment with care. Danny and Nino were exceptional and very polite. They made sure they said hello to my children and my children said hello about 15 times in an hour. Lol.. It’s hard to welcome strangers into your home but from day one Andrew, Danny and Nino didn’t feel like strangers. Pulido did an awesome job when they hired these 3. I can’t forget about Daniel. Mr. Hernández is a very knowledgeable and professional individual and that to me is a clear indication of what the company is about. Zack and Danny continued to check the floors, walls and covered my furniture, sealed off the kitchen and other parts of my house to protect them from the dust.     Nate was our Technician and he was very thorough and communicative. Nate explained every step in detail of how they would fix our issue and dry the areas that were flooded on the second floor of our home. He walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and him and his crew did an amazing job with water damage clean up and drying.     I used PCR to clean my air vents and dryer duct. I couldnt have asked for better service! The ladies that answered the phones in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable. The technicians showed up just when they said they would and they were very respectful of my home and belongings. They covered up my furnishings in each area they worked and left the areas clean which was a surprise since I expected to have to clean those areas when they left. I actually expected them to try to sell me on other services or products too and they never did. They even asked if I had an extra air filter they could install for me since mine needed replacing but they never tried to sell me one. I was very pleased that I never had to be pressured to buy anything else. Their prices were very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and I will certainly use them again.

    At 7:00 am this morning, the alarm company called and the police were at our Temecula commercial office building at 7:10. A young man on drugs had broken into our building and destroyed a dozen windows, broke the front door, threw paint all over the side of the building. I called Pulido Cleaning & Restoration and they had someone onsite to evaluate the situation within 20 minutes!!!! The only reason was that Jeremy was driving down from Corona. Within an hour of calling PCR, they had a crew onsite to clean up the extensive damage outside and inside. They boarded up and secured my building within hours. I cannot say enough good thing about the professionalism and quality services that Pulido Cleaning provided. In a most difficult situation, I found comfort when the Pulido crew arrived onsite. I could not recommend Pulido Cleaning & Restoration highly enough! I would give them 6 stars on a scale of 5.

    After having a covid case at our restaurant in June 2020, we opted to used Pulido to help us deep clean and fog all of our restaurant space, both indoors and outdoors, on top our offices. This company went above and beyond for us! We needed teams for repair work from patching and painting holes in the walls - to pack-out and pack-in for about 60% of our house. They immediately set up fans and dehumidifiers to prevent mold and got to work on opening up and venting the house. They came every day to check on the progress of the dewatering, and were very friendly and professional when answering questions. They also kept us informed about the whole process. Amid all the chaos of the flooding in our home they gave us the peace of mind that was invaluable at the time.

    Zack and Danny were amazing. They were both super professional, and polite. They put plastic around all the sites they were working so no dust got anywhere in the house. They also put down paper over the floors so nothing got dirty. They addressed the problem with our shower and took care of all damage.
