    They did a fabulous job from the very beginning. Their estimate was right in line with my insurance company. They didn’t pre stage anything. All materials, equipment, and crew arrived the morning of the job. They moved the flower pots, grill, and patio furniture to a safe area and replaced them at the end of the day when clean up was completed. They used covers and protected everything that couldn’t be moved. Even though it was a good sized job, 2 story 3000 sqft house they finished including the clean up and removal of equipment in a one day. My neighbor was watching through out the day and was so impressed he said he will definitely use them for any roof work.

    Fantastic experience! Replaced vinyl siding and metal roof after hail damage. From my initial contact to the final installation and billing Rob at Woodall communicated and scheduled job efficiently and seamlessly. The crews were courteous and meticulous, and I never felt like they rushed the job or cut corners. I feel like I have a new house!

    I am very satisfied with the quality of my new roof and 6 inch gutters. The main reasons I selected Woodall was their reputation and that one contractor would do both the roof and gutters. The installers were very knowledgeable, paid close attention to every detail, and pointed out some minor issues that they resolved at no additional cost. I was so impressed with their work that I recommended them to my daughter who had them install a new roof.

    What a great bunch of people who work here! Rob Dennis has been very kind, patient and professional during a difficult time for me. My roof was replaced in one day. The crew are excellent. They worked non-stop except for a short lunch break. Clean up was impressive. They should be very proud of this crew and their workmanship.     Highly recommend. They worked with us on our new build and was prompt and very professional. Communication was always great from start to finish. One thing that stands out to me is they bid my roof at a certain number, and when they were done figured it was much less than they originally had thought. They came back and adjusted their invoice at the end without me asking! 9/10 companies would just have taken the extra money. That shows you what type of company this is. I am in insurance and I work with roofers all the time so it’s nice to see the work and the kind of professionalism Woodall provided. Thanks guys!

    Contacted 3 roofing companies to inspect my roof. All 3 said we had hail damage. Woodall supplied a quote and extensive pictures. They worked on us with the price and were available for the insurance company. We were in the process of selling the house and they moved things around in their schedule to get to us 1 week after we closed on the house. Installation was a breeze and they got it done in a little more than a day. I would highly recommend Woodall!!!!

    I had a very good experience with Woodall Roofing & Exteriors. I live in Wisconsin but was doing things for my aunt who was rehabbing and not in her house at the time. Everyone I talked to was very nice and professional. I could only hope they would do a good job since no one was at the house. They did. A neighbor checked things out and gave me the update. I would work with this company again.

    Woodall did a great job replacing our roof. They sent a substantial crew, worked long hours, and completed the job in 2 days. Cleanup after was excellent; they even cleaned debris in our attic that had been knocked loose. Woodall also helped us secure insurance reimbursement for storm damage. Would definitely use them again.

    I am very pleased with the work provided by this company. Our salesman, Ben, was phenomenal. He communicated frequently from the start. We called on a Monday, he came out on a Tuesday, and I had a quote by Thursday. Ben is terrific! The install crew were professional and worked very hard. I am very picky about my landscaping and concrete driveway, however, they were respectful of my property making sure everything was handled with care. Again, I highly recommend this company!

    We needed to replace a poor quality roof that was installed by the previous owners about 12 years ago, after we purchased the house. Moving to Murray from out of state we were not here to oversee the installation.Woodall Roofing did a great job helping us replace the old roof. From Phil answering my wife’s questions, to Rob helping me with insurance and having to update my quotes due to insurance delays, to Ben getting us scheduled ASAP and keeping me in the loop.     I contacted Woodall after a tree fell across my home during a storm. They were out within a week after my call and promptly sent me an estimate. I had to wait several weeks due to being on a long waiting list (I believe I was somewhere around 80th on the list, bad storm). When they come out everyone was polite, helpful, and quickly got my home reroofed. I cant say enough good things about Woodall and will highly recommend them!

    We received roof damage from the December 10 tornado. Woodall Company was wonderful to work with on the roof replacement. The entire process from getting the estimate, to installation of the new roof was stress free from start to finish. The crew did an absolute great job cleaning up after tear off, and replacement.     These guys are very prompt and very professional. They answered all my questions in a very timely manner and trust me, they will make sure you are completely satisfied with the work. I have an older home that was very hot upstairs but after they installed my roof replacement and put in the new ventilation system it is so much cooler. I really can’t believe the difference!     I had a leak near the fireplace chimney that was a continual problem for several years. Three other roofing companies tried to repair it with no results. After contacting Woodall Companies, Rob Dennis came to determine the problem. He and I agreed that the existing cricket and saddle were not constructed properly. Rob Dennis worked up a detailed estimate on what needed to be done. It involved a bit of reconstruction at the fireplace chimney. We agreed on the work detail and price. Straight away, a crew came and did the work. The Woodall crew knew what to do and how to do it. The workman were very neat and did a professional job in record time...In addition to the fine workmanship, I received a very professional, hand written, follow up note from the owner, Candace Woodall. I liked it. In summary, I am very pleased regarding my experience with Woodall Roofing and Construction. I highly recommend them to anyone that may require their service.

    We used Woodall to replace our roof as well as to build a roof over a patio. Rob Dennis , our sales person, was very honest and let us know up front that it would be a while before they got to us. We did explain that we were in a time crunch, like everyone else and explained our circumstance. The teams showed up a month sooner than expected. They had 2 teams that came. Both teams did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly. But more importantly, they were extremely sympathetic and respectful to our situation. I would highly recommend Woodall to anyone.

    I could not have been more pleased with the work that this company did. They showed up on time, offered competitive quotes, did quality work, and cleaned up thoroughly after they were finished, to the point that I wasnt even sure they had been there. While I had roof work done by them, I have friends who have had other types of work done, remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms specifically, and they were extremely pleased as well.     This company sprayed coating on my leaking metal roof on a large out building. So far, it has gone through one year of extreme heat and cold, and no leaks at all. The best part is they seemed to use a great quality spray, and were sure to pressure wash everything well first. Not many roofers do this kind of work. Not only did they do it well, but they were responsive and started work right away. Thank you guys.

    I am a satisfied repeat customer. For this incidence, I called in the repair request and gave them the problem and the address. A few days later I received a quote. I signed off digitally and a couple weeks later the problem was fixed. We have had two episodes of torrential rain and the celling is still dry!Serious problem solved and I never interrupted my schedule to take care of this. All this at a competitive price. easy peasy.

    Woodall Roofing did a great job on my roof. The process was simple and fast. I filled out an online request for an estimate for a full roof replacement and within days I had a very detailed estimate emailed to me. Once I had financing I signed the contract and chose the shingle color. Paul was very helpful and responded quickly to calls and texts. Less than a month later the roofers were at my house. They were very careful and efficient. They completed the whole roof in one day. They cleaned up and hauled off every bit of debris. I am really amazed by how clean everything was when it was over. I would not have known they had been there! The final bill was very close to the estimate. All in all a great job.
