    Had an emergency (;the day after Christmas Day )called and Tammy answered the phone, what a customer service ! Within 3 hours the guys were able to come in, explained in detail what was going on, price up front, the guys were so pleasant, detailed oriented and funny!     Our septic was clogged and toilet water was pushing back into our bathtubs. We just bought our house this year and didnt know where our tank was. Tammy called me back promptly same day and helped to reassure me. Before I knew it Jason and Scott were in the yard, had located the tank and were fixing our issue.     Called to get a quote for a pump out. Quote was lower than another company I called and was told they could do it the same day. The guys showed up on time and quickly took care of the pump out.     We had a septic back up and emergency need for pumping at our rental property in Young Harris, GA. I spoke with them around 11 that morning after calling many others who could not get me on the books. Mrs. Roberts was quick to get me in after their first scheduled pumping that day and made it to my place before 3pm. I was so thankful.     We were in a bad situation our septic was backed up into our shower. I called and spoke with the lady who I think her name is Joyce not to sure. And she immediately transferred me to Tammy and she was very sweet and understanding and had her husband Joe come out and help us out! Joe was very nice and helpful had fantastic customer service.     Could not have asked for a better company! Tammy was so helpful, friendly and went above and beyond to help us and work with us. On the day they came out we had an emergency the night before and water line busted. When they are arrived, in the pouring cold rain, they offered to help and since we needed to push them back just a little due to the water company coming it was not an issue for them. They went and handled another emergency and came back and pumped our tank. They stayed in touch with us and worked with us. By far the best company to deal with. Not only was their customer service the best they had the best price of anyone we called in the area. Highly recommend and they will always be our call in the future.

    I called You Dig It! to setup a day and time to have my septic tank pumped. Tammy is kind, professional, honest and efficient! She had the guys come out the same day and pump my septic tank. When the guys came they were just as kind, professional, honest, efficient, and informative. Upon opening my tank, they found it was way over due to be pumped and they found a problem with the baffle in my septic tank. They took their time to explain to me what the baffle (T-Filter) was and how it worked. They were also able to replace it same day; thus saving me thousands of dollars in the near future!     This company is seriously GREAT! Didnt know a thing about my septic system, now Im an expert.     Tammy and Joe are like no other company Iā€™ve worked with. This time they were out at my house on a Sunday morning diagnosing an issue. Joe even after the issue was discovered dug up the area in question to make it easier for the installer that will be fixing the issue.     I want to give a shout out to You Dig It Septic Service. We had a backup over the weekend and called them first thing Monday morning. Tammy told me she would try to fit me in. A few minutes later she calls back to let me know the tech was on his way. After uncovering the tank we found the filter was clogged and there really wasnt a large sludge buildup in the tank. His honesty saved me around $500.00 in pumping fees.This rarely happens now a days and renews my faith in humanity.     There is never a good time to have septic tank problems, especially on a weekend while visiting your mother. After doing all the troubleshooting I could do to fix a blocked drain system, I gave up and decided to call professionals. It turns out I called more than professionals, I called some of the most honest and dependable people I could have ever asked for. From Tammy on the phone working me into their hectic weekend schedule to her husband Joe in the truck, they were able get to the house Sunday afternoon and fix the problem. Joe found a root blockage in the drain line to the tank and let me know that there was no need to pump the tank. He could have pumped the tank and charged a lot but he let me know it wasnā€™t necessary and did not take advantage of the situation. I honestly feel that out of a bad situation, I have meet a couple that will be friends of mine always.

    We are in the process of purchasing a property as an out of state buyer and the most important part of the process was getting inspections done of everything we could have trouble with. Sure, most septic inspections turn out fine, but it was the best decision we made.     Did some extensive research and found this company. Outstanding customer service. Tammy knows what sheā€™s doing. Called them to conduct a septic inspection and I am used to small reports with yes or no boxes in WA State; however, this report was over 15 pages with pictures included and arrows to help indicate locations within the picture. Additionally, Tammy calls you and goes over the whole report with you. I will 100% be using them again in a few weeks and regularly as a customer for all of my septic needs based on this experience. Even the agents associated with the listing was very impressed with the quality and care taken compared to other companies!!

    After being highly disappointed by another company in our area that was recommended to us, we called You Dig It. From the initial phone call, Tammy was extremely helpful, personable, and kind. Her guys got out to us that same day, diagnosed the problem and worked non-stop all day. This project was about a 4 or 5 day job, and they worked late every night (one night they even worked till 1 am). They pumped our septic tank, brought a plumber and replaced a pipe, and made sure everything was thorough and running right. Overall, we were more than extremely pleased.     A good friend used them and highly recommended them to me. I called and they scheduled an appointment very quickly. They called the morning of the appointment to confirm and give me a time estimate. Jason arrived a bit earlier than predicted. He quickly found our septic tank, asked my wife which plants (which were all around the necessary dig spot) were most important to preserve. He laid a tarp to catch the dirt, cleaned out the tank, covered the holes and left. He didnt mind me looking over his shoulder and explained what he found and what to watch out for to preserve our system in the future. All in all, a very pleasant service call.     First of all if I could give this company a 10 star review I would do it. My septic backed up so I called them on a Wednesday evening. Tammy was very helpful and let me know they had a couple emergencies in front of me but would be to me by Thursday afternoon. They showed up Thursday around 4. Justin and Ricky jumped out of the truck like some kind of septic swat team and immediatly started working. It took them till well after dark to locate and dig up the tank. Once uncovered they discovered that the lids were unusually large and they would need the trackhoe to remove them and pump the tank. They made a call and shortly there after here comes Joe with the trackhoe. They get the lids off, get my tank pumped and and off they drive. Now we can all go to the bathroom again. Joe explained to me in simple terms that I needed more than just a pump out and how to go about getting the permit for the work. Great company

    Septic pump - such a breath of fresh air to have a business that is on time, honest, reliable and knowledgeable. Joe and Jason know their job very well. If you want the best donā€™t bother with the rest. While Joe was pumping the septic he noticed that there was 2 chambers and Jason dug up and found the other lid. Our whole septic was pumped.     We started having water seep out around our septic tank and needed it pumped quickly. U Dig It came out and performed the work within two days of calling them even though all of the septic companies were backlogged due to the local sewer treatment plant not excepting septic waste. They were very responsive, polite, and knowledgeable and we will definitely use them for our septic needs going forward.

    I called You Dig It, based on their reviews and their ability to come out the same day. My shower was slow to drain and my toilet was not fully flushing. I assumed my septic tank had to be pumped since I hadnā€™t done it in 18 years, though this cabin is only used sporadically. They uncovered my septic system, and told me it didnā€™t need to be pumped but when they checked the filter there were roots starting to infiltrate and I had a probable break somewhere in the piping outside of my septic tank. They pulled what they could by hand out of the pipe but, unfortunately they donā€™t do any work outside of the tank, but Iā€™m sure that anybody else would have gone ahead and pumped my tank even though it didnā€™t need it and charge me anywhere from $350-$400. The company was a pleasure to work with, everybody was so friendly and helpful, and Tammy gave me referrals for some companies that do the work that I need. I would refer them in a heartbeat.

    Woke up this morning and toilet wouldnt flush. Plunging did nothing. Other toilet was sluggish at best. Kept trying to plunge the main toilet. The water would slowly go out of the toilet bowl in between times. Finally, because of the holiday weekend coming up, we made a cold call to a septic company. They said they were booked up for a week. She then recommended that I call You Dig It. I am so glad she did! Called them and they had a truck to our house in about an hour (more or less as they were finishing up on their current job). The men were courteous, pleasant, thorough, very knowledgeable, nice to be around. They pumped out the septic tank but we still had some original issues. They ended up removing the toilet and running a snake. After replacing the toilet it still wasnt 100%. They kept at it and finally got the toilet running like it should. It was late in the day but they worked as if it was their first job. They never acted anxious to leave. They were determined to get it fixed before they left here and they did. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Our septic was completely full/blocked to the point that we couldnā€™t even flush our toilets. You Dig It came out on a holiday and worked till past 9 pm till the job was done. They even worked through the rain! My mother is 81 years old and having to take her to another location to use the restroom was very hard on her. You Dit It came to our rescue! Their prices were a bargain, especially for the hard work they did that night! I highly recommend them for any service they provide!

    Fantastic company! Very responsive, friendly, compassionate (which you need when you have septic tank problems!). They understand the panic youre feeling and work to get out to you same-day if possible. Tammy put concrete covers on the 2 septic tank openings just for safeys sake. Call no other company if you need septic tank service but You Dig It!!

    They came out to service our septic tank. Could not ask for a better service call. They dug down to access the lid and pumped the tank. They put dirt on a tarp so there was no mess at job end. They also installed a riser so we will not have to dig again. As they worked they talked to us about the current state of our system and tips for managing it. They provide excellent service. Also they are friendly and attentive to your questions and needs. In addition, they gave us a report that provided details about the tasks they completed and a itemized list of parts and labor. They also gave us written information about tank maintenance, tank cleaning process and the type toilet paper that is septic safe. We will recommend them to friends. This company is great.

    Very grateful for the service provided by You Dig it! Septic. Tammy was very considerate of my emergency and worked to make sure that I was served.
