Ken Waggoner and his crew installed a Generac home standby generator yesterday. Starting with the initial quote to the walk through after installation the process went flawlessly. The crew was professional and answered my every question. They kept the work area clean and were very friendly. I can recommend MPE for any generator install. Their price was fair and far less than competitors I contacted; as much as $5000 less. I’m happy with these folks.

The owner was courteous and professional. He explained what would be done and how the Generac whole house generator would work. The installers were great. The whole installation took appx. 3 hours. As luck would have it, a week later the power went out for about 12 hours and the generator performed perfectly. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional organization. We had an emergency crop up on the scheduled installation. They worked with me and while we were away they removed the old light and installed a new yard light that is much more energy efficient. They also checked the pole and reported the condition to us. Again a great company to work with.
