Nathan and Smoky MTN Construction built our dream mountain home and made it an awesome experience. Nathan and his staff communicated thoroughly and promptly throughout the process, from design to the construction phase, and even post-construction. We can honestly call Nathan a friend, even nearly a year after the house was completed. I doubt many homeowners can say the same about their contractors.

With a family of six, living on a single income, we were concerned about the cost of our first home. However, Smoky Mountain Construction managed to build a beautiful custom home that perfectly matched our vision, all within our strict budget. Nathan was heavily involved in the process and his attention to detail immediately put us at ease. He was extremely patient and guided us in the right direction through the entire process. He went above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with our new home. We couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out and wouldnt hesitate to use Nathan again. We would highly recommend this tailored experience.

Building a new home during a pandemic was a challenge and took longer than any of us would have liked, yet Smoky Mountain Construction was up to the challenge. I can not say enough about this wonderful home builder and highly recommend them. Communication was top notch and the quality of our home is second to none! I’m the daughter and granddaughter of home builders, am a REALTOR®, and have also built several homes for myself, so I’ve got experience in home building. I checked references and am extremely happy we chose Smoky Mountain Construction to build our new home. We love it!

This was our first experience building a home and as new cabin builders we were very nervous and uncertain as to what to expect. We live in Florida and monitored the construction from a distance. We were so very pleased with the frequent updates and attention to detail. Our cabin is beautiful and we were made to feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process from start to finish. Nathan and Ken were totally hands on and super involved. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I purchased my home in 2015, not only is the quality outstanding, the customer service is fantastic. Ive purchased several pre-construction homes before, never have I seen such attention to detail. This is the only construction company I will ever use again. If you want a quality home at a fair price, these are the guys to use. Thank you Nathan and Ken, you guys are the BEST!!!
