    Great experience! Same day service was unexpected but much appreciated. Kyle quickly diagnosed and fixed the minor problem inside the house and then replaced the old, corroded meter box outside. He was very pleasant, careful and worked quickly. We would highly recommend Kyle and Thompson Electric for any residential work.

    Exceptional Service from Kyle and Andrew, but Poor Experience from Joe.I recently had Thompson Electric complete a project at my house, and I have mixed feedback to share. On the positive side, Kyle and Andrew were the technicians who worked on the project, and they were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction. They even identified a potential issue that the original estimator had missed and came up with a better solution, which I greatly appreciated. I was also impressed by their good sense of humor and kindness throughout the project, which made the experience much more enjoyable.However, my experience with Joe, the original estimator, was quite different. While he was polite and professional during the initial estimate, his behavior changed drastically when he interacted with Kyle and Andrew. He arrived on site with a poor attitude, insulted Kyle and Andrews work, and even made rude comments about me. Specifically, he said that if I had hit the meter in the driveway, it would have been my problem, which was unprofessional and hurtful.I want to commend Kyle and Andrew for their exceptional service and dedication to their work. They are a credit to Thompson Electric and deserve recognition for their outstanding performance. However, I hope the company takes my feedback about Joe seriously and addresses his behavior, as it was unacceptable.Overall, I would recommend Thompson Electric for their technical expertise and professionalism, but hope they will take steps to ensure their estimators provide the same level of service as their technicians.

    Family owned company, they have always been very responsive and have done excellent high quality work the times Ive contracted them. Highly recommend if you need residential or commercial electrical work.

    We are delighted that we were able to hire Thompson electric to rewire the attic in our century home. Brian went above and beyond to solve various issues we were having, and the price was totally reasonable given the fact that this is high-skill, dangerous work. We were stressed about our outdated and, in some cases, nonfunctional wiring, but now all of our outlets and fixtures work and, more importantly, we have peace of mind. Thank you!

    I use Thompson Electric for all of my electrical work. When I call for any service they are very friendly and get me scheduled. The repairman do an excellent job. I am President of a Condo Association and they do all of are electric work when we need anything done. Thompson, thank you for doing a professional and excellent job from beginning to end!

    This is the second time we have used Thompson Electric for our lighting installation. First in our living room, hallway, and basement stairway and second in our kitchen with ceiling and under counter lights. Both times the crew was very professional and friendly. Kyle and Tom did a fantastic job recreantly with our kitchen install and we are extremely happy with all of the work done. If you want it done right, go with the Pros!     I used Thompson Electric to update Electric Service from top of house and a new panel. Brian Lawrence did an outstanding job for the inspection and quote. The 2 Electricians that performed the work did an excellent job and were very friendly. Since then, they have done work at my daughters house and my Aunts house. In all cases Brian was involved for the quote and inspection and there were different electricians for each job, all did a great job and were very personable.I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THOMPSON ELECTRIC !!!

    Im writing this review on behalf of my mother she needed major repairs on the electrical system in her house that was deemed a fire hazard, Thompson electric sent three professionals, they were punctual very professional and respectful, they quoted 3 days they were done in 3 days, 8:00 a.m. sharp every morning until 3:00 p.m. they took no breaks. I highly recommend them they did a perfect job even cleaned up after their mess,and was happy to answer any questions she had.

    Attic fan installed and it vibrated the whole house plus the fan is temperature controlled but turns on when cool outside and no sun. Called about vibration and tech found no problem, still vibrates. Fan on at temperature lower than needed. Yesterday, 6/22/23 was cool with some sun. Today at 5am fan still on and temperature outside at 60. The thermostat has not been properly set. It need not turn on at these tempertures.Though installed some time ago, and one return visit, fan has never been right.James oziomekIt took but one day to reply to my complaint and one more day for a service man came to address the problem. He agreed the temp set at 80f ( anormal outside temp) was to low and adjusted it to a more reasonable temperature for an attic fan.My wifes complaint about the noise and vibration, he felt, was not excessive. But he added additional screws to the installation for added stability.Though this original installation was done sometime ago and my original problems were not completely addressed at my first call back, my complaints had been full adressed long after the original installation.James Oziomek, 6/27

    Residential work: Replaced existing weather head, service cable, meter socket and repaired double taps at load center. Terminated/reconnected basement wiring.Trent and Patrick did a fabulous job and were very professional. I am elated with the work that they did. I would highly recommend them for any electrical needs.

    We needed an additional outlet for our bathroom vanity and also needed to determine why our landscape lights were not working. The electrician showed up on time, installed the outlet, and cleaned up the dust afterwards. He found and reconnected a loose wire at the transformer, which took care of the landscape lighting issue.Great job, reasonable price!

    I live in an area with underground cables and ended up losing a leg to my house in the middle of the night. I called Thompson that morning and Todd came out, located the problem, dug to it and fixed it all before dinner time getting my power restored. Very professional, friendly, and prompt. Highly recommend.

    We had Mr. Jack Difiore out to our house to find out why our power kept going out on our dishwasher. Turned out it was just a bad wire, but he was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in fixing what could have turned into something much worse. I will definitely use them again!
