    Sergi and his dad did an AWESOME job on our hardwood installation! Everything was very professional, detailed, honest and at a great price. They matched our current floors very well. Truly the quality and attention to detail could not be any better. They arrived on time everyday, not bouncing from job to job. I feel lucky to have found them and 150% recommend them to anyone.

    Working with Sega Flooring was the easiest part of our rehab project. Sergiy was awesome to work with! They did beautiful work and kept the space clean during the process. He was able to rip out and replace the original 50+ year old wood and also tooth-in new floor to the newer 20 year old section. The result was seamless beauty! He answered my endless questions and was very helpful/patient with my final color decision process. I know I should wait to post pictures until I have finished painting and have furniture placed- but I couldn’t wait to share. Goodbye old dated squeaky floors- hello gorgeous! Thanks Sergiy!

    Sergiy and his team are the best. We hired them, based on a referral from our trusted painter/carpenter (Artison’s Painting and Carpentry), to refinish our stairs and install new luxury vinyl flooring in our basement. We absolutely LOVE the way it turned out! They are very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled craftsmen, and they are perfectionists, which is so important with this kind of work. They are very good at communicating along the way to make sure things turned out exactly how we want them to. We will definitely hire them again in the future and recommend them to others!!

    I highly recommend Sega Flooring. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Sergiy and his team are very easy to work with and their craftsmanship is outstanding. They were reliable and always showed up on time. Sergiy was available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. They sanded and re-stained my first floor, stairs and installed new railings. Its been 1 year and the floors still look beautiful.

    We hired Sega to install vinyl plank in our upstairs. Sergei arrived promptly to measure the area, and he provided helpful guidance while doing so. He provided us with a timely and reasonable quote, and was accommodating when we changed what we wanted...twice.He installed the flooring not long after. They were efficient and proficient, and even extended flooring under a murphy bed and a built-in (still not certain how they accomplished that!)I would recommend Sega.

    Sega Flooring made my 18 year old floors and brand new floors all match and look radiant. He moved all my furniture out of my first floor and then moved it back after the job was finished. It was a dream come true. The stressful job of having my floors redone was not stressful because Sega Flooring took care of everything. I recommend anyone to use him.     Sergiy and his dad did a fantastic job on our floors! We had our entire second floor refinished. They are very detailed and professional. Sergiy took the time to explain everything in detail and was very patient and helpful when deciding on a stain that would work with our unique floors. Now our refinished floors look brand new!     Sergiy and his team helped us by finishing a flooring install we started on our own. He negotiated an extremely fair price and finished the job 3 days after my initial contact with him. His team was on time or early for both of our appointments.     I am having issues with wood floors separating and do not why this is happening. I contacted Sega Flooring to come out and give me an assessment. They were able to come out to my home within a few days, answered all of my questions, and uncovered the issue and made recommendations on how to resolve. Unfortunately the work I need to get done has to deal with the foundation of my home. I will use Sega Flooring when I am ready to replace my wood floors.

    We recently had Sega Flooring remove carpeting from our living room/ dining room, stairway and upstairs hall to install oak hardwood flooring. We echo all the other reviews on this site ! Sergiy and his dad are an incredible team. From our first contact we knew these were the people we wanted to work with. A company that returns phone calls, shows up on time, does impeccable work, cleans up and is personable is often a rarity these days. After 8 days of them working in our home, they felt like family ! Sergiys attention to detail and his ideas to improve our original ideas were outstanding. It was clear he was not one to cut corners. We appreciate their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of flooring. We love the end result.     Sergiy and his father performed an excellent job. Our floors are just beautiful! We previously had work preformed by a different company who left dark stains in the middle of floors, large puddles of varnish, and over sanded. It was awful. Sergiy and his Dad were able to fix everything, far exceeding our expectations. We are very happy to highly recommend their company.

    For our first project, Sergiy and his Dad installed red oak hardwood with plywood underlayment for the first and second floor of our 1929 Tutor home in Arlington Heights. The entire original hardwood was removed. For our second project, they installed luxury plank vinyl plank flooring and baseboard in our basement. It is about 2500 sq ft of We have worked with many tradesmen over the years, having done two major renovations to our homes. I can say that Sergiy and his Dad are the best of the best people and craftsmen we have worked with. Their work is beautiful. Their attention to detail is unmatched. The materials they use are top notch. Their price is very competitive. One of the greatest things is how easy they are to work with. They answered all our questions, gave us many options, showed up on time, worked a full day, cleaned up everything at the end of the day and are always positive, friendly and polite.     Sergei, Vladimer and Victor did our entire first floor in hardwood which originally was a mixture of parquet and carpet. They did an outstanding job in every respect. Their quality is terrific. They were here on time every day. And they are really helpful and nice to work with. You can feel comfortable in hiring them. In fact, my son will be doing a floor with them soon.

    I could not be happier with the look and feel of our stairs. Our home was built in the early 1900’s. The stairs leading from the living room to the second floor had never been refinished. So happy I found Sega Flooring to do this job. They were always on time, worked efficiently and used a dust free system. Their attention to detail was wonderful, matching stain color to our woodwork around doorways and windows. Their work area was sealed off from the living room and was left cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others if asked.

    We got quotes for refinishing our hardwood floors and staircase (double) from 3 contractors. I knew fairly quickly that we would go with Sega Flooring. Not only was Sergiy’s quote very competitive, he is hands down the most responsive contractor we’ve ever dealt with. Question? Problem? Sergiy responds usually immediately, and certainly the same day. But what really sold me was that I could tell that he is very detailed and would do the job right. And that he did. One challenge was to have our red oak floors blend with the newer white oak floors on the second floor. The new stain is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. Thanks to Sergiy and his crew for taking our house to the next level! Bottom line: just hire Sega Flooring.

    Our hardwood floors hadnt been touched for 20 years! They were in pretty good shape but there were definitely areas of wear and in need of fixing. They frankly look like brand new! The floors were meticulously sanded (after full preparation which led to NO dust anywhere!); hand-stained with a color that matched what we had and also matched an area that is not hardwood; then sealed and buffed to finish. The work was done professionally and we are more than pleased with what was done and how it looks. We moved the furniture out but they put everything back in place for us. Sergiy and his father are knowledgeable and take pride in what they do. We clearly would recommend Sega Flooring to anyone who needs to have their floors looking like new.

    Sega Flooring was fantastic! This family run business was everything a flooring installer should be. When I called to make an appointment for an estimate, they promptly showed up at the appointment time and provided a written estimate with a reasonable price. And, professionally answered all my questions with expertise that day as well a few days later when new questions occurred to me. When I scheduled an appointment for flooring installation they professionally delivered the flooring materials I had chosen at a mutually agreeable time before the installation, and when the date of the installation appointment arrived they showed up right on time and went to work immediately to install the flooring. When I say they, I am referring to Sergyi and his father, who both demonstrated a work ethic that was superb. They finished half a day early and meticulously and carefully moved all the furniture necessary for the installation beforehand and afterwards. Their flooring installation job was flawless. I can’t speak highly enough of this flooring company! They are great great great!
